This thesis deals about theme of music in leisure and its effects on humans. The first chapter is describing about music in history. The second chapter deals about the pop music, using music in leisure and about the media which are producing music and spreading it among the people. The last third chapter discusses about the effect of music on humans. Effects are noxious or therapeutic. In the practical part we were examining and describing the perception of healthy and unhealthy music by people. Except that we were also examining the status of music in leisure. Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá témou hudby vo voľnom čase a jej vplyvu na človeka. Prvá kapitola opisuje hudbu v priebehu dejín. V druhej kapitole sme sa zaoberali populárnou hudbou, využitím hudby vo voľnom čase a médiami, ktoré hudbu produkujú a šíria medzi ľudí. Posledná tretia kapitola pojednáva o vplyve hudby na človeka. Tá má buď škodlivé účinky, alebo terapeutické a liečivé účinky. Z týchto tém vychádza náš výskum, kde sme zisťovali a teoreticky popisovali to, ako ľudia vnímajú zdravú a nezdravú hudbu. Okrem toho sme zisťovali, aké je postavenie hudby v rámci voľného času.

Ochrana obyvateľstva v zóne havarijného plánovania jadrovej elektrárne Jaslovské Bohunice

The main topic of the thesis is protection of the population in the emergency planning zone of Jaslovské Bohunice Nuclear Power Plant, and dealing with evacuation in case of an emergency situation associated with the release of radioactive substances. Particular way of evacuation of people as one of the most important protective measures to ensure public protection was analyzed. The thesis particularly focuses on the correct procedures in case of evacuation and the competence of persons involved in the protective measures. It deals with the basic criteria that are applied in the protection of the population from the impact of ionizing radiation around the nuclear power plant. Improvements for protection and awareness of population living in the emergency planning area are proposed. According to Nuclear Legislation a license holder is responsible for taking action to eliminate the occurrence of an emergency as well as taking action to prevent occurrence of an emergency related to technological devices that work with hazardous substance, process, use, transport, store it or manipulate with it. At the same time they are responsible for protecting their employees and persons taken into their care. Measures by permit holder to operate a nuclear facility and protect their own employees or persons taken into care represent the first stage in the structure of emergency preparedness. The public protection plan involves measures to protect the population in the area of release of radioactive substances into the environment. The part of the plan shall be a mutual interaction between the internal emergency plans of the holder of the permit to operate. The work is based on existing legislation and scientific publications of the scope of the research. The protection plan of the population is seen as the basic document for planning measures to handling with the consequences of radiation incidents or accidents and elimination of their consequences on the emergency planning zone. The theoretical part is based on the analysis of current legislation related to the issue, where the membership of the Slovak Republic in the European Union undertakes the country to fulfil its duties, obligations and responsibilities under the legislation of the European Commission. All these directives are transposed in the Atomic Act and create conditions for the exchange of information in the event of an accident of a nuclear device in the Slovak Republic. Basic concepts are defined, and the thesis deals with important safety measures when dealing with an emergency, related to a radiation accident at a nuclear power plant. The principles of appropriate behaviour of the population in the event of such an occurrence are emphasised. Exploratory method of asking underlying the proposed methodology was used to compile the thesis. Based on the analysis of results of the questionnaire, areas for improvement were proposed. From the collected data possible systemic measures related to evacuation with respect to application in real life were assessed. Hlavnou témou diplomovej práce bola ochrana obyvateľstva v zóne havarijného plánovania jadrovej elektrárne Jaslovské Bohunice a zaoberala sa riešením evakuácie v prípade vzniku mimoriadnej situácie spojenej s únikom rádioaktívnych látok. Analyzuje možný spôsob evakuácie osôb ako jedného z najdôležitejších ochranných opatrení k zaisteniu ochrany obyvateľstva. Diplomová práca sa obzvlášť zameriava na správne postupy v prípade realizácie evakuácie a na kompetencie osôb, ktorých sa ochranné opatrenia dotýkajú. Zaoberá sa základnými kritériami, ktoré sú uplatňované pri ochrane obyvateľstva pred účinkami ionizujúceho žiarenia v okolí jadrovej elektrárne. Navrhuje skvalitnenie zabezpečenia ochrany a informovanosti osôb v zóne havarijného plánovania. Podľa atómového zákona je držiteľ povolenia zodpovedný za prijatie opatrení na eliminovanie vzniku mimoriadnej udalosti a vykonanie opatrení na prevenciu vzniku mimoriadnej udalosti súvisiacej s technologickými zariadeniami, ktoré s nebezpečnou látkou pracujú, spracúvajú ju, používajú, prepravujú, skladujú alebo s ňou iným spôsobom manipulujú. Zároveň zodpovedá za ochranu vlastných zamestnancov a osôb prevzatých do svojej starostlivosti. Opatrenia držiteľa povolenia na prevádzku jadrového zariadenia na ochranu vlastných zamestnancov alebo osôb prevzatých do starostlivosti predstavuje prvý stupeň v štruktúre havarijnej pripravenosti. Plán ochrany obyvateľstva obsahuje opatrenia na ochranu obyvateľstva v oblasti ohrozenia počas úniku rádioaktívnych látok do životného prostredia. Súčasťou plánu ochrany musí byť vzájomné prepojenie s vnútorným havarijným plánom držiteľa povolenia na prevádzku. Práca sa opiera o platné právne predpisy a odborné publikácie skúmanej problematiky. Uvádza plán ochrany obyvateľstva, ako základný dokument pre plánovanie opatrení na likvidáciu následkov radiačnej nehody alebo havárie a k obmedzeniu ich následkov pre zónu havarijného plánovania. Teoretická časť vychádza z analýzy súčasnej legislatívy dotýkajúcej sa danej problematiky, kde členstvo Slovenskej republiky v Európskej únii ju zaväzuje plniť povinnosti, záväzky a úlohy vyplývajúce z legislatívy Európskej komisie. Všetky tieto predpisy sú transponované v atómovom zákone a vytvárajú predpoklad pre výmenu informácií v prípade vzniku havárie jadrového zariadenia na území Slovenskej republiky. Definuje základné pojmy a zaoberá sa dôležitými ochrannými opatreniami pri riešení mimoriadnej udalosti, ktorá vznikla v súvislosti s radiačnou haváriou v jadrovej elektrárni. Práca kladie dôraz na zásady správneho chovania sa obyvateľstva v prípade vzniku takejto udalosti. Pri spracovaní diplomovej práce bola použitá exploratívna metóda pýtania sa, z ktorej vychádza navrhnutá metodika. Na základe analýzy výsledkov dotazníkového prieskumu, boli navrhnuté možné spôsoby zlepšenia tejto oblasti. Z nazhromaždených údajov boli posúdené možné systémové opatrenia evakuácie s ohľadom na uplatnenie v praxi.

The aim of the present thesis is to introduce the way in which Alexandre Dumas pere communicates his travel experiences and impressions of his first Italian journey through the territory of Tuscany and the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. This is based on the presentation of my previous analysis of the travel book Une année a Florence and an analysis of the travel books Le Speronare, Le capitain Aréna and Le corricolo. Cieľom predkladanej diplomovej práce je predstavenie spôsobu, akým Alexander Dumas starší sprostredkováva svoje cestovateľské skúsenosti a dojmy z prvej talianskej cesty po území Toskánska a Kráľovstva oboch Sicílii. Ten je predstavený prostredníctvom výsledkov predošlej vlastnej analýzy cestopisu Une année a Florence a analýzy cestopisov Le Speronare, Le capitain Aréna a Le corricolo.
