Automatická kontrola pneumatik pomocí skenů jejich povrchu

This thesis deals with automatic detection of defects on tire treads using their depth scans. The approach proposed in the thesis doesn’t require a faultless reference tire for the inspected tire. The first step is the detection of anomalies, which is done using a modification of the PatchCore method proposed in the thesis, taking advantage of the repetition of patterns on the tire tread. Subsequently, anomalies corresponding to special elements on the tire are detected using the deep neural networks Faster R-CNN and Deep Hough transform, and they are filtered out. Applying the proposed approach on the prepared dataset, the value 0.584 of Average Precision metric for detection was obtained. The biggest weakness of the proposed method is its limited ability to detect defects with a very small depth. Táto práca sa zaoberá automatickou detekciou defektov na behúni pneumatík pomocou ich hĺbkových snímok. V práci navrhnutý prístup nevyžaduje pre kontrolovanú pneumatiku jej bezchybnú referenciu. Prvým krokom je detekcia anomálií, ktorá prebieha pomocou tu predstavenej modifikácie metódy PatchCore využívajúcej opakovanie vzorov na kontrolovanej pneumatike. Následne sú s použitím hlbokých neurónových sietí Faster R-CNN a hlbokej Houghovej transformácie nájdené a odfiltrované anomálie tvorené špeciálnymi prvkami na pneumatike. Použitím navrhnutého prístupu dosiahla na pripravenej dátovej sade metrika average precision hodnotu 0,584. Najväčšou slabinou navrhnutej metódy je jej obmedzená schopnosť detekcie defektov s veľmi malou hĺbkou.

Stanovení nejistoty měření při kalibraci a vyhodnocení způsobilosti CMM MicroVu

The diploma thesis deals with the determination of measurement uncertainty in the calibration of the Micro-Vu Excel 4520 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). The research part of the diploma thesis is focused on the basic terminology used in the field of calibration measurement and on the general characteristics of coordinate measuring machines. The review part is concluded with the characteristics and description of the principle of operation of the CMM Micro-Vu Excel 4520. In the practical part, the diploma thesis first focuses on the selection of suitable standards for the calibration of the aforementioned CMM. Then it describes the performance of individual calibration measurements, which were carried out in the calibration laboratory in the building of the Czech Metrology Institute in Brno. Subsequently, it deals with the identification of individual measurement uncertainties and their evaluation. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the results obtained, evaluation of CMM capability and recommendations for practice. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá stanovením neistoty merania pri kalibrácii súradnicového meracieho stroja (CMM) Micro-Vu Excel 4520. Rešeršná časť diplomovej práce je zameraná na základnú terminológiu používanú v oblasti kalibračného merania a na všeobecnú charakteristiku súradnicových meracích strojov. Rešeršná časť je zakončená charakteristikou a popisom princípu činnosti CMM Micro-Vu Excel 4520. V praktickej časti sa diplomová práca najskôr zameriava na výber vhodných etalónov pre kalibráciu uvedeného CMM. Ďalej popisuje prevedenie jednotlivých kalibračných meraní, ktoré boli vykonané v priestoroch kalibračného laboratória v budove Českého metrologického inštitútu v Brne. Následne sa zaoberá identifikovaním jednotlivých neistôt merania a ich vyhodnotením. V závere diplomovej práce je zahrnuté vyhodnotenie dosiahnutých výsledkov, vyhodnotenie spôsobilosti CMM a spolu s nimi aj odporúčania pre prax.

This thesis deals with the design of the chassis components of an electric urban vehicle and its final structural design. The introduction of the thesis contains the division of electric urban vehicles into different categories, which differ in various technical parameters. Subsequently, the different chassis components and their structural designs that can be found on these vehicles are mentioned. A conceptual design is involved in the selection of suitable parts, either commercially available or calculated to meet criteria such as functionality and reliability. The structural design, which has been developed based on FEM analyses, simulations and calculations, provides the final design of the chassis, brake and steering parts. Táto práca sa zaoberá návrhom komponentov podvozka elektrického mestského vozidla a jeho finálneho konštrukčného prevedenia. Úvod práce obsahuje rozdelenie elektrických mestských vozidiel do jednotlivých kategórií, ktoré sa líšia rôznymi technickými parametrami. Následne sú spomenuté jednotlivé podvozkové komponenty a ich konštrukčné prevedenia, ktoré je možné na týchto vozidlách nájsť. Vybraním vhodných dielov, či už komerčne dostupných alebo na základe výpočtov vhodných tak, aby spĺňali kritéria, ako je napríklad funkčnosť a spoľahlivosť, sa zapodieva koncepčný návrh. Konštrukčný návrh, ktorý bol vytvorený na základe MKP pevnostných analýz, simulácií a výpočtov, poskytuje konečné prevedenie použitých dielov podvozka, bŕzd a riadenia.

The master´s thesis is focused on the analysis of the current situation of the manufacturing company PLAST-EX spol. s.r.o. operating in the field of shading technology, and on the proposals for improving the marketing communication strategy of the mentioned company. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical background in the field of marketing communication strategy, which should serve for a better understanding of the issue. The second part of the thesis characterizes the analyzed company, analyzes its current state including communication mix, macro environment, competitors, and in addition includes an own marketing research. The final part of the thesis presents proposals based on analyses and research results, which should improve the current marketing communication strategy of the company. Diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu súčasnej situácie výrobnej spoločnosti PLAST-EX spol. s r.o. pôsobiacej v odvetví tieniacej techniky, a na návrhy zlepšenia celkovej marketingovej komunikačnej stratégie spomínaného podniku. Práca pozostáva z troch častí. Prvá časť práce obsahuje literárnu rešerš z oblasti marketingovej komunikačnej stratégie, ktorá by mala slúžiť pre lepšie pochopenie danej problematiky. V druhej časti práce je charakterizovaný skúmaný podnik, analyzovaný jeho súčasný stav vrátane komunikačného mixu, makroprostredia, konkurencie a súčasťou je aj vlastný výskum. Záverečná časť práce predkladá návrhy vychádzajúce z analýz a výsledkov výskumu, ktoré by mali zlepšiť súčasnú marketingovú komunikačnú stratégiu spoločnosti.

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of data governance. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of data governance in the selected company and to implement a data governance system that will lead to an improvement of the current situation. The current state of the company is analysed using Gap Analysis and Maturity Assessment and based on their results, the implementation of a data governance system is proposed that reflects the specific requirements of the company and is in line with best practices. Diplomová práca sa venuje problematike správy dát. Cieľom práce je zhodnotiť súčasný stav správy dát vo vybranej spoločnosti a využitím poznatkov zo zavedených postupov následne zaviesť systém správy dát, ktorý povedie k zlepšeniu súčasnej situácie. Súčasný stav spoločnosti je analyzovaný pomocou analýzy medzier a pomocou Maturity Assessmentu a na základe ich výsledkov je navrhnutá implementácia systému správy dát, ktorá reflektuje špecifické požiadavky spoločnosti a je v súlade s najlepšími postupmi.

Stanovenie zvyškovej životnosti cyklicky zaťažovaného vodíkového adsorbéra

There was a need to asses the residual life of a cyclically pressurized adsorber of PSA unit used for the separation of hydrogen gas from a feedstock mixture, of which designed lifetime according to outdated standart ČSN 69 0010-4.20 was exceeded. The maximum design life was determined according to more recent design codes by the methodology of fatigue curves and comparison of results of outdated standard and 3 newer standards: EN 13445-3 - clause 17 and clause 18, and ASME BPVC Section VIII Div.2 - Level 2 was made. Due to the exceeding of the design life results by all of the standards the alternative approach of Fitness for service method based on linear elastic fracture mechanics of crack growth with the assumption of the occurrence of non-detectable defect size was used. The crack growth parameters were adjusted according to the study of crack propagation in hydrogen environment and implemented into the calculation of API-579-1/ASME FFS-1 Fitness for Service standard. The results showed, that pressure vessel can be further operated if regular NDT inspections are made. Inspection intervals of critical positions were determined from these results with compliance to safety and, at the same time, the scope of inspections has been modified to reduce expenses of carrying them out. Bolo potrebné posúdiť zvyškovú životnosť cyklicky zaťažovaného adsorbéra jednotky PSA používaného na separáciu vodíkového plynu zo surovinovej zmesi, ktorého návrhová životnosť podľa neaktuálnej normy ČSN 69 0010-4.20 už bola vyčerpaná. Bola určená maximálna návrhová životnosť podľa novších noriem metódu únavových kriviek, kde bol porovnaný pôvodný normovaný prístup s 3 novšími: EN 13445-3 - kapitola 17 a kapitola 18 a ASME BPVC Section VIII Div.2 - úroveň 2. Z dôvodu prekročenia výsledkov návrhovej životnosti počas prevádzky pre všetky riešené normy sa alternatívne na výpočet zvyškovej životnosti použila metóda Fitness for service, založená na lineárne elastickej lomovej mechanike šírenia trhliny s predpokladom nedekovateľnej veľkosti defektu. Parametre rastu trhliny boli upravené podľa štúdie rastu trhlín vo vodíkovom prostredí a implementované do výpočtového postupu normy API-579-1/ASME FFS-1 Fitness for Service. Podľa jej výsledkov sa zistilo, že nádoba môže byť naďalej prevádzkovaná pri pravidelnom vykonávaní NDT inšpekcií. Ich intervaly sa určili pre kritické pozície s ohľadom na bezpečnosť a zároveň sa podarilo upraviť rozsah inšpekcii pre úsporu nákladov na ich prevedenie.

The thesis is dedicated to the assessment of the information system in the selected company and subsequent proposal of changes improving its functionality. In three main parts, it first discusses the theoretical knowledge related to the issue. The second part is dedicated to evaluating the selected company and the current state of its information system using appropriate analytical methods. In the last part, concrete solutions are proposed and implemented to improve the areas of deficiencies revealed in the previous part. Práca sa venuje problematike posúdenia informačného systému vo zvolenej spoločnosti a následnému návrhu zmien zlepšujúcich jeho funkcionalitu. V troch hlavných častiach rozoberá najprv teoretické východiská súvisiace s problematikou. Pokračuje časťou, ktorá je venovaná zhodnoteniu zvolenej spoločnosti a súčasného stavu jej informačného systému prostredníctvom vhodných analytických metód. V poslednej časti sú navrhnuté a implementované konkrétne riešenia pre zlepšenie nedostatkových oblastí odhalených v predchádzajúcej časti.

Propojení ulic v Holáskách a Brněnských Ivanovicích

This thesis deals with the interconnection of V holáskách and Brněnské Ivanovice streets. The aim of this work is to design a traffic-urban study of the BI-2 site according to the Draft Zoning Plan of the City of Brno. I focused on the suitability and method of connecting the streets V Aleja, Sladovnické, Jubilejní, Rolencově and the examination of the establishment of the railway stop Holásky. After studying the topography and elevation, I proposed various connections of these streets. I examined them in direction, width and height and on the basis of the results I proposed new suitable connections for different modes of transport. I then designed the layout of the plots and buildings on the basic traffic skeleton. A reasonable layout resulted in a population of 1,022. The population density works out at 101 inhabitants/ha. There are 38 % of public areas and 62 % of non-public areas. The results of this work allow for better decision making when processing further detailed documentation and deciding on the further use of the area. It is also beneficial that development site BI-2 is connected to the second development site Ho-2 by a footbridge that runs over the railway. The main result is that the connection of the streets is realistic and the establishment of a railway station is also possible. Táto práca rieši prepojenie ulíc V holáskách a Brněnských Ivanovicích. Cieľom tejto práce je navrhnúť dopravne-urbanistickú štúdiu riešenej lokality BI-2 podľa Návrhu Územného plánu mesta Brna. Zameral som sa na vhodnosť a spoôsob prepojenia ulíc V Aleji, Sladovnické, Jubilejní, Rolencově a preverenie zriadenia železničnej zastávky Holásky. Po preštudovaní polohopisu a výškopisu som navrhol rôzne prepojenia týchto ulíc. Preveroval som ich smerovo, šírkovo a výškovo a na základe výsledkov som navrhol nové vhodné prepojenia rôznych druhov dopravy. Na základnej dopravnej kostre som potom navrhol rozloženie pozemkov a objektov. Rozumným usporiadaním sa podarilo dosiahnuť počet obyvateľov 1 022. Hustota obyvateľstva vychádza na 101 obyv/ha. Verejných plôch je navrhnutých 38 % a neverejných plôch je navrhnutých 62 %. Výsledky tejto práce umožňujú lepšie rozhodovanie pri spracovaní ďalšej podrobnejšej dokumentácii a rozhodovaní o ďalšom využití územia. Prínosné je tiež, že rozvojová lokalita BI-2 je prepojená s druhou rozvojovou lokalitou Ho-2 pomocou lávky, ktorá vedie nad železnicu. Hlavným výsledkom je, že prepojenie ulíc je reálne a zriadenie železničnej zastávky je tiež možné.

This master's thesis focuses on designing three laboratory tasks for the subject of Telecommunication Network Services. The aim of this work is to develop education in the field of telecommunication networks through practice-oriented tasks. The work begins with a theoretical introduction that addresses current requirements for metallic and optical networks. It thoroughly examines the various services and approaches used in these networks. The theoretical part specifically focuses on the IXIA network analyzer, which is presented as a key tool for analysis and testing in laboratory conditions, including its advantages and limitations. In the practical part of the work, the design of three laboratory tasks integrated into the course is presented. These tasks are designed to correspond to realistic network scenarios and provide students with practical skills with devices and software. The first task involves working with the IXIA network generator, the second task focuses on simulation and testing using the GNS3 software and the third task thoroughly analyzes the DOCSIS system, its configuration, and functionality. Táto diplomová práca sa zameriava na návrh troch laboratórnych úloh pre predmet Služby telekomunikačných sietí. Cieľom tejto práce je rozvoj výuky v oblasti telekomunikačných sietí prostredníctvom praxe orientovaných úloh. Práca sa začína teoretickým úvodom, ktorý sa venuje súčasným požiadavkám na metalické a optické siete. Detailne sa rozoberajú jednotlivé služby a prístupy využívané v týchto sieťach. Teoretická časť sa špeciálne venuje sieťovému analyzátoru IXIA, ktorý je prezentovaný ako kľúčový nástroj pre analýzu a testovanie v laboratórnych podmienkach, vrátane jeho výhod a obmedzení. V praktickej časti práce je predstavený návrh troch laboratórnych úloh, ktoré sú integrované do predmetu. Tieto úlohy sú navrhnuté tak, aby zodpovedali realistickým sieťovým scenárom a poskytli študentom praktické zručnosti so zariadeniami a softvérom. Prvá úloha zahŕňa prácu so sieťovým generátorom IXIA, druhá úloha sa zameriava na simuláciu a testovanie s využitím softvéru GNS3 a tretia úloha podrobne analyzuje systém DOCSIS, jeho konfiguráciu a funkčnosť.
