Diplomová práce se zabývá etnickými rozdíly na 1. stupni základního vzdělávání zprostředkované žákům skrze literaturu pro děti. V teoretické části práce je vymezen pojem multikulturalita a s ním spojené pojmy hodnoty, stereotypy a předsudky. Dále je popsán současný stav nejpočetnějších cizinců v České republice. Uvedena je jak multikulturní výchova, tak interkulturní výchova, jejich postavení ve školním kurikulu, současná situace v českých školách a možnosti rozvoje obou výchov. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je čtenářská gramotnost. Zmíněny jsou především faktory, které mají vliv na čtenářskou gramotnost. Další část se zabývá literaturou pro děti zaměřenou na etnické rozdíly. Závěr teoretické části představují vybrané metody čtení, konkrétně je specifikován třífázový model výuky a z něj vycházející metody. Cílem praktické části bylo popsat, jakými způsoby a prostřednictvím kterých knih lze zprostředkovat žákům na 1. stupni téma etnických rozdílů skrze literaturu pro děti; zjistit a popsat, jaký postoj mají žáci k danému tématu a zda se změnil po odučených lekcí. Jako metoda sběru dat pro praktickou část práce byl zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor s pedagogy na vybrané základní škole o tom, jak s tématem etnických rozdílů pracují, a s žáky k ověření jejich postojů na základě realizovaných lekcí... The diploma thesis deals with ethnic differences at the 1st level of primary education conveyed to students through literature for children. In the theoretical part of the work, the concept of multiculturalism and the related concepts of values, stereotypes and prejudices are defined, including descriptions of the most numerous minority populations in the Czech Republic. The thesis presents both multicultural education and intercultural education, their position in the school curriculum, the current situation in Czech schools and their development possibilities. Reading literacy, as well as its primary influencers, is an integral part of the theoretical part. Another section of the thesis describes literature for children focused on ethnic differences. The conclusion of this part presents selected reading methods, specifically the three-phase teaching model and the methods stemming from it. The aim of the practical part was to describe in what ways and the topic of ethnic differences can be conveyed to pupils in the 1st grade through literature for children; find out and describe their attitude towards the given topic and whether it has changed after the lessons learned. Diplomová práce pojednává o vývoji nebinární genderové identity za použití rámce sociálně- kognitivní teorie. Práce si klade tři cíle. Zaprvé porozumět, co pro nebinární osoby znamená gender, genderová identita a binární pojetí genderu. Zadruhé zjistit, které významné aspekty vstupují do vývoje nebinární genderové identity a zatřetí prozkoumat, jakým způsobem nahlížet na nebinární genderovou identitu prostřednictvím sociálně-kognitivní teorie. Teoretická část je zaměřena na téma genderové socializace, genderu a genderové identity a teoretických hledisek, která se vývojem genderové identity zabývají. Následně se zaměřuje na vývoj nebinární genderové identity a dílčí oblasti. Empirická část představuje vlastní výzkum. Byly provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory s devíti nebinárními osobami ve věku od 18-25 let tematicky orientované na jejich subjektivní prožitky vývoje genderové identity. Data byla analyzována prostřednictvím reflexivní tematické analýzy. Následně byla stanovena témata "Existovat mimo škatulky", "(Ne)viditelnost" a "Takové zvířátko". Na základě analýzy byly zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. Práce ukázala, že nebinární osoby vnímají svou odlišnost již v dětství, ačkoliv až do adolescence nevědí, co tato odlišnost znamená. V adolescenci se prostřednictvím internetu a osob v jejich životě... The thesis discusses the development of non-binary gender identity using the framework of social cognitive theory. The thesis has three objectives. Firstly, to understand what gender, gender identity and the binary concept of gender mean for non-binary people. Second, to identify which significant aspects enter into the development of non-binary gender identity and third, to explore how to view non-binary gender identity through the lens of social cognitive theory.The theoretical section focuses on gender socialization, gender and gender identity and the theoretical perspectives that address gender identity development. It then focuses on the development of non-binary gender identity and subfields. The empirical section presents the actual research. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with nine non-binary individuals aged 18-25 years old thematically focused on their subjective experiences of gender identity development. The data were analysed through reflective thematic analysis. Subsequently, the themes of "Existing outside the box", "(In)visibility" and "Such a pet" were established. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na narativní analýzu procesu stávání se mistrem v oblasti hudby a identifikaci klíčových faktorů, které subjekt vnímá jako důležité na své cestě k dosažení mistrovství ve hře na hudební nástroje. Práce je dělena na dvě části. Teoretická část práce pojednává o konceptu mistrovství a jeho procesu dosahování, důležitosti stavu flow a jeho vazbě na mistrovství, teorii afordance, rozdílech mezi mistrovskými a začátečnickými hráči v šachu a propojení psychologie a hudby. Empirická část práce implementuje kvalitativní výzkumný design, konkrétně realizaci sedmi narativních rozhovorů s hudebníky, kteří dosáhli určitého stupně mistrovství. Analýza těchto rozhovorů odhaluje, že klíčové zdroje při dosahování mistrovství jsou dispozice, motivace, sebeuvědomění, vliv významných druhých, zvládání nervozity a stav flow. Tyto zdroje se mohou vzájemně ovlivňovat. Diskuze prezentuje srovnání získaných výsledků s existující literaturou a identifikuje možné omezení práce. Přínos této práce spočívá v detailním mapování a identifikaci klíčových faktorů vedoucích k mistrovství v oblasti hudby. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována nejen aspektům, sociálně- motivačně-afektivní rovině, ale i psychomotorické rovině, což přináší unikátní perspektivu na proces stávání se hudebníkem až do podoby... This thesis focuses on a narrative analysis of the process of becoming a master musician and the identification of the key factors that the subject perceives as important in their journey towards achieving mastery of a musical instrument. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the concept of mastery and the process of achieving it, the importance of the flow state and its connection to mastery, the theory of Affordance, the differences between master and beginner players in chess, and the connection between psychology and music. The empirical part of the thesis implements a qualitative research design, specifically conducting seven narrative interviews with musicians who have achieved a certain level of mastery. Analysis of these interviews reveals that the key resources in achieving mastery are disposition, motivation, self-awareness, the influence of significant others, managing nervousness, and state of flow. These resources may interact with each other. The discussion presents a comparison of the results obtained with the existing literature and identifies possible limitations of the work. Diplomová práce se zabývá zmapováním a následnou pilotáží vybraných didaktických pomůcek, které se dají využít ve výuce českého jazyka a literatury na prvním stupni základní školy. První část práce vymezuje pojmy čtení, četba a čtenářství i s popisem faktorů, jež tyto body ovlivňují. Dotýká se tématu čtenářské gramotnosti a čtenářských strategií. Uvedeny jsou také možnosti, jak čtenářství ve škole rozvíjet. Dále pak definuje didaktické pomůcky, ukazuje jejich dělení a konkrétně představuje devět didaktických pomůcek. Cílem empirické části bylo navrhnout, realizovat a reflektovat (evaluovat) tři lekce, v nichž byly využity didaktické pomůcky. Realizace proběhla na konci školního roku 2022/2023 ve dvou třídách druhého ročníku základní školy vždy po třech samostatných lekcích. Hodiny byly zaměřené na rozvoj čtenářství skrze didaktické pomůcky. Voleny byly různé pomůcky (Dixit karty, Story cubes a Create a story cards), vyučovací metody a organizační formy. Po lekcích následovaly polostrukturované rozhovory s vybranými žáky a zúčastněnými učitelkami a reflexe zúčastněného pozorování. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že zapojením didaktických pomůcek do hodin českého jazyka a literatury dochází k podpoře čtenářství a má smysl s nimi pracovat. The Master's thesis deals with mapping and subsequent piloting of selected didactic aids that can be used in the teaching of Czech language and literature at the first stage of primary school. The first part of the thesis defines the concepts of reading, literacy, and readership along with describing the factors that influence these points. It touches on the topic of literacy and reading strategies. Possibilities for developing reading at school are also presented. It further defines didactic aids, shows their classification and specifically introduces nine didactic aids. The aim of the empirical part was to design, implement and reflect (evaluate) three lessons in which didactic aids were used. The implementation took place at the end of the school year 2022/2023 in two classes of the second year of primary school, each with three separate lessons. The lessons focused on the development of reading skills through didactic aids. Various aids (Dixit cards, Story cubes and Create a story cards), teaching methods and organizational forms were used. Přeshraniční aspekty zdanění koncernů Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá klíčovými výzvami, instituty a současnými problémy v přeshraničním zdanění koncernů, které jsou známější spíše pod označením nadnárodní společnosti. Nadnárodní společnosti jsou podnikatelským uskupením, které musí dosáhnou kvality, aby mohly být označeny za koncerny, kterým se tato diplomová práce věnuje. Základními aspekty v přeshraničním zdanění koncernu je existence dvojího zdanění nebo nezdanění, převodní cena a konečně nové instituty, které mají za cíl reagovat na nejnovější a dosud nevyřešené otázky v této oblasti. Těch je stále dost, nicméně snaha států i nadnárodních organizací jim čelit je velmi silná. Multinational companies are business associations that must achieve the quality to be described as concerns, which are the focus of this thesis. The essential aspects in the cross-border taxation of a concern are the existence of double taxation or non-taxation, the transfer pricing and, finally, the new institutes that are aimed at reacting to the most recent and unsolved issues in this area. These are still numerous, but the efforts of countries and multinational organisations to tackle them are very strong. Specifically, this thesis deals with the essential instruments in the field of international taxation, such as double taxation treaties, transfer pricing, which can be described as traditional institutes, but also new institutes in the field of international taxation, which are BEPS action plans (Pillar I and Pillar II), MLI, EU directives, which compete with the basic and new instruments. Windfall tax: otázky její konstrukce v České republice Abstrakt Diplomové práce se zabývá kritickou analýzou právní úpravy daně z neočekávaných zisků v České republice. Jejím cílem je zanalyzovat, zda je právní úprava daně z neočekávaných zisků v souladu s ústavním pořádkem České republiky. Za tímto účelem též zkoumá judikaturu nejvyšších soudů České republiky a Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Jako výzkumná metoda je použit doktrinální výzkum, založený na analýze právní upravy daně z neočekávaných zisků, její komparaci s ostatní daňovou legislativou, a to za účelem indukce a dedukce, včetně možných řešení a návrhů de lege ferenda. Vnitřní členění práce je rozvrženo systematicky do šesti kapitol. První kapitola zkoumá základní koncepty a historii windfall daní včetně důvodů jejich existence. Dále je v první kapitole provedeno zařazení daně z neočekávaných zisků do daňové soustavy České republiky a uvedena teoretická východiska přezkumu ústavnosti daní. Its aim is to analyse whether the windfall profits tax legislation is in line with the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. To this end, it also examines the case law of the highest courts of the Czech Republic and the European Court of Human Rights. The research method used is doctrinal research, based on the analysis of the legal regulation of windfall profits tax, its comparison with other tax legislation, for the purpose of induction and deduction, including possible solutions and de lege ferenda proposals. The internal structure of the thesis is formed systematically into six chapters. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na porozumění algebraickým výrazům u žáků 2. stupně základních škol. Cíle jsou dva. Zaprvé, na základě kvantitativního vyhodnocení řešení žáků určit, jaké chyby jsou u algebraických výrazů nejvíce prominentní v okruzích: zobecňování, algebraizace, intepretace, geometrizace a manipulace výrazů, a zadruhé srovnat, jak je zavedení těchto výrazů pojato v různých učebnicích matematiky. Nad rámec tohoto je zahrnuta i rešerše literatury. Včetně výběru výzkumů o porozumění algebraickým výrazům je v této sekci podán popis pro to, jak lze docílit vyššího porozumění algebry vhodnými aktivitami při výuce, a dále jaké jsou časté chyby a jejich možné důvody pro dílčí okruhy. Druhou část práce poté představuje 2dílná komparace učebnic. Její první část odpovídá analýze výkladu, kdy se řeší různé přístupy, jak autoři dokládají platnost manipulace algebraických výrazů. A druhou částí je kvantitativní analýza úloh (tj. přehled jejich složení u výkladu u pěti okruhů stanovených výše). Třetí část práce je nakonec tvořena vyhodnocením experimentu. S písemným otestováním 207 žáků z posledních ročníků povinné školní docházky byly pro tuto část vytyčeny další 2 dílčí cíle - zaprvé, zjistit, jaké okruhy úloh činí žákům největší potíže u algebraických výrazů; a dále ověřit, zda se shodují s... This master's thesis focuses on the understanding of algebraic expressions by higher primary school pupils. The objective is twofold. First, to determine, based on the quantita- tive evaluation of research data, the most common mistakes pupils make under the headings of generalization, algebraization, interpretation, geometrization, & manipu- lation; and then second, to compare the introduction of algebraic expressions in different mathematics textbooks. Beyond this, a theory is also appended. Including several research results, literature review also delves into several activities effective in enhancing pupils' understanding of algebraic expressions, as well as an illustration of their typical errors associated to the aforementioned headings. The second part of the thesis then consists of the two-part textbook analysis: First, a qualitative analysis of authors' reasoning when validating modifications of algebraic expressions, and then a quantitative analysis of the algebraic tasks concerning the headings (i.e., the creation of a task overview). Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zprostředkování tématu specifických poruch učení a chování žákům ve škole prostřednictvím literatury pro děti mladšího školního věku. Zaobírá se popsáním specifických poruch učení a chování, zejména ve vztahu ke školnímu prostředí, a charakteristikou vybraných titulů současné literatury pro děti a mládež, zaměřených na téma specifických poruch učení a chování. Cílem práce je navrhnout lekce s knihami, které by žákům tato témata přiblížily, provést realizaci těchto lekcí ve vybraném druhém ročníku základní školy a zhodnotit jejich dopad na porozumění žáků dané problematice. Všechny lekce vychází z třífázového modelu učení a metod RWCT doporučených pro práci s knihou. Dle časového harmonogramu jsou lekce učené v pěti týdnech. V každé lekci se pracuje s jednou vybranou knihou, mezi něž se řadí Můj brácha Tornádo, autorky Petry Štarkové, Pravidla skutečných ninjů, autorky Petry Štarkové, Největší nemehlo pod sluncem, autorky Petry Štarkové, Mise dyslexie, autorů Julie McNeil a kol. a Nikdo nejde z kola ven autorky Hany Zobačové. The thesis deals with the issue of conveying the topic of specific learning and behavioural disorders to pupils at school through literature for children of younger school age. It deals with the description of specific learning and behavioural disorders, especially in relation to the school environment, and the characteristics of selected titles of contemporary literature for children and young people, focused on the topic of specific learning and behavioural disorders. The aim of this paper is to design lessons with books that would introduce students to these topics, to carry out the implementation of these lessons in a selected second year primary school and to evaluate their impact on students' understanding of the subject. All lessons are based on the three-phase model of learning and the methods RWCT recommended for working with books. According to the timetable, the lessons are taught in five weeks. Skrze relevantní literaturu teoreticky analyzuji vztah subkultury skinheads ke kultuře dominantní a odkrývám její charakteristiky utvářené převážně vlivy globalizace, současného kapitalistického systému a vzájemnou interakcí různých společenských činitelů. Výpovědi skinheads o aktuálním stavu jejich subkultury a jejím možném budoucím vývoji jsou tak posléze důsledně analyzovány a interpretovány. This diploma thesis is based on the essence of the subculture anchored in the post- industrial era. Through the relevant literature, I theoretically analyze the relationship of the skinhead subculture to the dominant culture and uncover its characteristics formed mainly by the influences of globalization, actual capitalist system and mutual interaction of various social factors. I also focus on the specific signs and internal differentiation of the subculture, which are related to its politicization. In the empirical part, I focus on answering research questions through qualitative research, which aims to reveal the emic perception of subculture in the post-industrial era through the eyes of its members themselves. The testimonies of skinheads about the current state of their subculture and its possible future development are then thoroughly analyzed and interpreted.

Důkazní břemeno při správě daní Abstrakt Diplomová práce detailně analyzuje jednotlivá ustanovení Daňového řádu věnující se problematice důkazního břemene. První část práce je věnována analýze teoretických východisek problematiky důkazního břemena se zvláštním důrazem na aplikaci základní zásad Daňového řádu v tomto institutu. Práce se zejména snaží přiblížit konkrétní dopady těchto zásad na vztah správce daně a daňového subjektu v průběhu daňového řízení. V druhé části se práce věnuje individuálním skutečnostem, ve vztahu ke kterým nesou daňový subjekt a správce daně důkazní břemeno. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována zejména propojení břemena tvrzení daňového subjektu a břemena důkazního, které je pro daňové řízení specifické. Při pojednání o skutečnostech, ve vztahu ke kterým daňový subjekt nese důkazní břemeno, se zároveň práce dotýká následků jeho neunesení. Poslední část diplomové práce se pak věnuje klíčovému nástroji pro překonaní neunesení důkazního břemena daňovým subjektem. Použití pomůcek je jakožto následek neunesení důkazního břemene daňovým subjektem sekundární způsob stanovení daňové povinnosti. Pro stanovení daně za využití pomůcek je charakteristické použití tzv. kvalifikovaného odhadu a částečná rezignace na stanovení daně ve správné výši. Místo toho se správce daně použitím pomůcek snaží... Burden of proof in tax administration Abstract The thesis analyses the provisions of the Tax Code that deal with the burden of proof in detail. The first part of the thesis analyses the theoretical background of the burden of proof, with special emphasis on the application of the basic principles of the Tax Code in this area. The thesis aims to examine the impact of these principles on the relationship between the tax administrator and the tax subject during tax proceedings. The second part of the thesis discusses the individual factors for which the burden of proof lies with the tax subject and the tax administrator. In tax proceedings, special attention is given to the relationship between the burden of proof and the burden of statement of the tax subject. When discussing the matters in relation to which the tax subject and tax administrator bears the burden of proof, the work also touches upon the consequences of not bearing it. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the key tool for overcoming the tax subject's failure to bear the burden of proof. The use of tools (in czech "pomůcky") as a secondary method of determining tax liability is a consequence of the taxpayer's failure to bear the burden of proof.
