One of the current problems in transport research is the problem of availability of huge amounts of unused data measured telematics systems on motorways and urban roads. This data often contain information that - without the use of appropriate mathematical tools for data analysis - remain hidden and unused for traffic control. Within the project, a new method of traffic congestion in the urban areas, our aim is to propose new algorithms for adaptive control of urban transport networks. The current version of the algorithm is based on a linearized model of the development length of the queue of vehicles waiting at the red light, based on the classic balance of conservation. This model is for cases saturation supplemented alternative model queue length as a function of traffic occupancy detector. The aim of the work described in this report was to investigate possible links and other hidden states of the transport system, hidden in the measured data, and until now not considered by the traffic model used. Cílem práce, popsané v této zprávě, bylo prozkoumat možné další vazby a skryté stavy dopravního systému, ukryté v měřených datech a do této chvíle neuvažované v používaném dopravním modelu.

2013 - Czech
The reserach report describes design and implementation issues of LED field with triangular matrix of diodes. LEDs with the narrowest bandwidth and with the largest homogeneity of emitted light cover the widest wavelength bandwidth overall (350 - 1000nm). The proposed equipment is dedicated to multispectral acquisition of paintings. Dokument popisuje návrh a zhotovení pole LED (svítivých diod) s trojúhelníkovou maticí LED se stranou o délce 5 cm. Jednotlivé LED s co nejnižší šírkou pásma a s co největší homogenitou vyzařovaného světla pokrývají co největší pásmo vlnových délek (viditelného) světla od 350 do 1000nm, v celkové velikosti 8 x 8 LED. Navržené zařízení je určeno k multispektrálnímu snímání uměleckých obrazů.

2011 - Czech
Positron emission tomography (PET) is a medical imaging modality which estimates spatial distribution of applied radiotracer and investigate functional processes in the patient’s body. The aim of this work is to show that the prescription used nowadays to determine the amount of activity to be applied (the necessary amount of radiotracer) results in a non-constant quality of PET images among patients with different body parameters. This work is a retrospective study and uses data acquired in the past during routine PET examinations.
