Dynamic Behavior of a Rational Agent at a Limit Order Market

2006 - anglický We generalize the traditional continuous time portfolio selection problem (Problem T) for the case of a nonzero bid-ask spread (Problem S) and, further, for the case that the investor may put limit orders (Problem L). We show that Problem L reduces to Problem S (if the spread is non-zero) or to Problem T (if the spread is zero). V práci je generalizován problém optimálního výběru portfolia ve spujitem čase (Problem T) pro případ nenulového rozpětí nákupní a prodejní ceny (Problem S) a pro případ, kdy investor může zadávat limitní objednávky (Problem L). Je ukázáno, že Problem L se redukuje na Problem T (při nulovém rozpětí) či na Problem S (při nenulovém rozpětí). 2006 - anglický In this report, we propose four feature selection algorithms based on the Best Individual Feature method and one based on the sequential method. After that the best method is selected for following classifier methods comparison. In this step we compare classification performance and computation expense of two classifiers based on Naive Bayes and third classifier is SVM. Classification performance is tested on the Reuters data set and Newsgroup data set. Finally we shows results on the multi-labelled subset of the Reuters data set.
