2020 - Czech This bachelor's thesis on the topic of CO Intoxication in the South Bohemian Region and Triage of Patients is divided into two parts. A theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part is focused on the creation of carbon monoxide (hereinafter referred to as CO), its effect on the body, care for intoxicated people, triage of these people and options for prevention of this type of intoxication. Objective 1 was determined for the research part: Map awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding carbon monoxide poisoning and awareness regarding possibilities for prevention of this type of poisoning. Two research questions were determined on the basis of this objective. Research question 1 is: What is the level of awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding CO poisoning? Research question 2 is: Are the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region aware of the possibilities for prevention of CO poisoning? Research was further extended to include question 3, which is: Do workers of the emergency services in the South Bohemian Region know what the procedure is for treatment of a patient suspected of having suffered CO poisoning? A qualitative research method was used to gain the required data, this being in the form of semi-structured interviews with 16 inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region, divided into 4 groups according to their level of education. The data gained was divided into 12 parts. Summary of the research pointed to a lack of awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding CO intoxication. In view of the fact that this is the most frequent type of accidental intoxication, I regard it as important that the population's awareness of this issue be raised. On the basis of this, I designed an information leaflet which could be disseminated, for example via social networks. Another group investigated concerned procedure followed when treating a patient suspected of having suffered CO poisoning. This related to only four participants - paramedics who work for the Emergency Medical Services of the South Bohemian Region. Research pointed to them having sufficient knowledge of therapy for this type of intoxication and triage of those affected. Tato bakalářská práce na téma Intoxikace CO v Jihočeském kraji, triage pacientů je rozdělena na dvě části. Na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vznik oxidu uhelnatého (dále CO), jeho působení na organismus, na péči o intoxikované osoby, jejich triage a na možnosti prevence této intoxikace. Pro výzkumnou část byl stanoven Cíl 1: Zmapovat povědomí obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o otravě oxidem uhelnatým a povědomí o možnostech prevence této otravy. Na základě tohoto cíle byly určeny dvě výzkumné otázky. Výzkumná otázka 1 zní: Jaké je povědomí obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o otravě CO?Výzkumná otázka 2 zní: Mají obyvatelé Jihočeského kraje povědomí o možnostech prevence otravy CO? Výzkum byl dále rozšířen o otázku 3, která zní: Znají pracovníci záchranné služby v Jihočeském kraji postup při ošetření pacienta podezřelého z otravy CO? Kzískání potřebných dat byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 16 obyvateli Jihočeského kraje, rozdělených do 4 skupin podle úrovně vzdělání. Získaná data byla rozdělena do 12 částí. Sumarizace výzkumného šetření poukázala na nedostatečnou informovanost obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o intoxikaci CO. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o nejčastější náhodnou intoxikaci, považuji za důležité, zvýšit informovanost obyvatel. Na základě toho jsem navrhla informační leták, který by se mohl dále šířit například skrz sociální sítě. Další zkoumanou skupinou byl postup při ošetření pacienta podezřelého z otravy CO, což se týkalo pouze čtyř participantů- zdravotnických záchranářů, vykonávajících svou profesi u Zdravotnické záchranné služby Jihočeského kraje. Výzkumné šetření poukázalo na dostatečnou znalost terapie této intoxikace a triage postižených. 2012 - Czech The particular purpose of my thesis was to analyze University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice?s marketing management. In my thesis I have focused on marketing communication and issues of corporate identity which belongs to fundamental components of public relations. After evaluation of instruments currently put to use and after benchmarking elaboration I can convey, however, University of South Bohemia falls behind other universities in many aspects particularly in modern trends. My thesis summarizes many deficiencies and areas which deserves more attention in the future. I believe the University is going to realize measures to improve its position. I also hope it will appreciate my comments and it will take my proposals into account which could catch up some of trends. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zanalyzovat řízení marketingu Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích. Práce se zaměřuje na oblast marketingové komunikace a problematiku corporate identity, jež patří k základním prvkům public relations. Po zhodnocení současných využívaných nástrojů a po provedeném benchmarkingu však lze říci, že JU v mnoha oblastech zaostává za ostatními univerzitami, a to především v moderních trendech. Diplomová práce poukazuje na mnoho nedostatků a oblastí, které si v budoucnu jistě zaslouží větší pozornost. Veškeré připomínky a návrhy jsou koncipovány s cílem napomoci dohnat současné trendy. Golf as an alternative use of leisure time for seniors with focus on South Bohemian Region

2013 - Czech In the theoretical part of this work I deal with old age, aging process and impact of physical activities on seniors´ health. Furthermore this part focuses on the history of golf and positive effects of playing golf not only on physical but also mental health. The practical part is focused on obtaining information from seniors having senior status by the statutes of Czech Senior Golf Association. The research analyzes current status and expansion of golf among senior population. The research proceeded in South Bohemian region. Consultation with representatives of the South Bohemian golf clubs on the issue of seniors´ members and their active involvement is part of this research. Results of survey indicate a great interest in the elderly but low general awareness of possibilities of playing golf. 81.3% of surveyed seniors considers golf as an appropriate alternative of outdoor leisure activities. 50% of respondents perceive golf as a possible improvement of physical condition and 45.3% of respondents suppose that it promotes overall health. But, beyond 90.6% of respondents believe that golf is an expensive sport and 14% of respondents feared condemnation by others because golf is considered to be a game only for the wealthy. Based on information obtained from the questionnaire and from interview with representatives of the South Bohemian golf clubs on the issue of surviving myths is golf an appropriate alternative of leisure activities for seniors. V teoretické části této práce se věnuji stáří, procesu stárnutí a vlivu pohybových aktivit na zdraví seniorů. Dále je tato část zaměřena na historii golfu a pozitivní účinky golfové hry nejen na fyzické ale i duševní zdraví. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na získávání informací od seniorů, kteří mají seniorský statut dle stanov České seniorské golfové asociace. Výzkumná část práce se zabývá analýzou aktuálního stavu a rozšířeností golfu mezi seniorskou populací. Uvedené výzkumné šetření probíhalo v Jihočeském kraji. V rámci výzkumu byly provedeny konzultace se zástupci jihočeských golfových klubů ohledně seniorských členů a jejich aktivního zapojení. Získané výsledky z dotazníkového šetření poukazují na velký zájem u seniorů, avšak na nízkou všeobecnou informovanost o možnostech golfové hry. Celkem 81,3% dotazovaných seniorů vidí golf jako vhodnou alternativu využití volného času, jenž je provozována v přírodě na čerstvém vzduchu. 50% respondentů hodnotí golf jako možné zlepšení fyzické kondice a 45,3% respondentů se domnívá, že podporuje celkové zdraví. Zároveň však 90,6% respondentů se domnívá, že golf je sport finančně nákladný a 14% dotázaných se obává odsouzení ze strany okolí, protože golf je považován za hru pouze pro bohaté. Na základě získaných informací z dotazníkového šetření a řízeného rozhovoru se zástupci jihočeských golfových klubů o přežívajících mýtech je golf vhodnou volnočasovou aktivitou pro seniory. Social Entrepreneurship and its Development in the South Bohemian Region

2019 - Czech This bachelor thesis deals with social entrepreneurship and its aim is to map the state of existing social enterprises in the South Bohemian region and to find out whether they meet the conditions set out in the Factual Intention of the Social Entrepreneurship Act. The partial goal of the thesis is to open a dialogue on the legislative regulation of social enterprises. A qualitative research strategy, a questioning method and a semi-structured interview technique were conducted to meet the objectives. The research sample was determined by purposeful sampling and further obtained by the snowball method. Seven social enterprises operating in the South Bohemian Region participated in the research. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces social entrepreneurship as such and incorporates it into the context of social economy for proper understanding. In the practical part of the thesis there are presented grant projects in the South Bohemian Region supported by the European Social Fund from the call for Support of Social Entrepreneurship and described individual social enterprises involved in the research. Furthermore, the answers of informants to individual questions from interviews are analyzed and compared. The last part evaluates the fulfillment of the goals of the thesis and answers the research questions concerning the fulfillment of conditions and the opinion of the managers of social enterprises in the South Bohemian Region on the Factual Intention of the Social Entrepreneurship Act. The contribution of the work is seen in finding the answer to the need for legislative anchoring of social entrepreneurship from the perspective of managers of social enterprises in the South Bohemian Region. The thesis also provides feedback to the enterprises concerned whether they fulfill the conditions of the Factual Intention of the Social Business Act. The general public will then get a comprehensive overview of social entrepreneurship and social enterprises, whether in general or in the South Bohemian Region. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním podnikáním a klade si za cíl zmapovat stav existujících sociálních podniků v Jihočeském kraji a zjistit, zda splňují podmínky stanovené ve Věcném záměru zákona o sociálním podnikání. Dílčím cílem práce je otevřít dialog o legislativní úpravě sociálních podniků. Pro naplnění cílů byla použita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který byl veden s jednotlivými vedoucími pracovníky zkoumaných sociálních podniků. Výzkumný vzorek byl stanoven účelovým vzorkováním a dále získáván technikou snowball, přičemž do výzkumu se zapojilo celkem sedm sociálních podniků působících v Jihočeském kraji. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce představuje sociální podnikání jako takové a pro správně pochopení ho začleňuje do kontextu sociální ekonomiky. V praktické části práce jsou představeny dotační projekty v Jihočeském kraji podpořené Evropským sociálním fondem z výzvy č. 129 "Podpora sociálního podnikání" a popsány jednotlivé sociální podniky zapojené do výzkumu. Dále jsou analyzovány a komparovány odpovědi informantů na jednotlivé otázky z rozhovorů. V poslední části je zhodnoceno naplnění cílů práce a jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky týkající se naplňování podmínek a názoru vedoucích pracovníků sociálních podniků v Jihočeském kraji na Věcný záměr zákona o sociálním podnikání. Přínos práce je spatřován v nalezení odpovědi na potřebu legislativního ukotvení sociálního podnikání z pohledu vedoucích pracovníků sociálních podniků v Jihočeském kraji. Práce dále poskytuje zpětnou vazbu zkoumaným podnikům, zda naplňují podmínky Věcného záměru zákona o sociálním podnikání. Široké veřejnosti poté práce zprostředkuje ucelený přehled o sociálním podnikání a sociálních podnicích, ať už obecně či konkrétně v Jihočeském kraji. 2013 - Czech The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the transport-geographical attributes of the South Bohemian Region. Basically, the thesis considers two important characteristics of the settlement structure-transport relationship. These are transport regionalization and hierarchization of the transport centres. Besides the viewpoint of the public transport the diploma thesis also deals with the individual automobile transport. The first chapters describe goals of the thesis and analyse relevant literature. These are followed by detailed methodological part containing the description of the choice of the settlement centres, delimitation of the transport regions and the analysis of hierarchy of the transport nodes. The further chapters analyse the real condition of the South Bohemian Region itself from the points of view of the attributes mentioned above. Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dopravně geografických atributů Jihočeského kraje. Ve své podstatě zkoumá dvě nejzákladnější charakteristiky vztahu sídelní struktury a dopravy ? dopravně geografickou regionalizaci území a hierarchizaci středisek osídlení. Práce nebere v potaz pouze hledisko veřejné hromadné, ale také individuální automobilové dopravy. Úvodní kapitoly definují cíle práce a rozebírají základní literaturu související s tématem dopravní geografie. Následuje podrobná metodologická část, kde autor popisuje výběr zkoumaných středisek, vymezování dopravních regionů a analýzu hierarchie dopravních nódů. Další kapitoly analyzují samotný stav vybraného území z hlediska všech výše zmíněných dopravně geografických atributů a závěrečné zhodnocení a syntézu sledované problematiky. It also treats in detail the characteristics and history of the monitored sites, detailed processing of annual maintenance of cherry orchard and the harvest season, description of cultivated varieties and mechanization in monitored orchard used along with planting and developed according to current investment costs. Tato bakalářská práce řeší historii a vývoj sadovnictví na českém území, zakládání ovocných sadů a jejich začlenění do krajinného rázu, specifika pozemkových úprav při řešení ovocných sadů a porovnání konvenčního a ekologického hospodaření.
