The aim of the bachelor thesis is the digitalization of the sports ground booking agenda, primarily based on the requirements of TJ Ochoz u Brna, but the system is also applicable to other small or medium-sized sports clubs. The system is intended to make the timetable of sports grounds in the municipality more transparent, to facilitate the creation of bookings for the sports grounds in question for the residents and to relieve the responsible persons from maintaining and using different systems for managing bookings, such as various Google or Excel spreadsheets or writing them down on plain paper. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je digitalizácia agendy rezervácie športovísk, primárne založené na požiadavkách TJ Ochoz u Brna, ale systém je aplikovateľný aj pre iné malé alebo stredné športoví kluby. Systém má za úlohu zprehľadniť časový harmonogram športovísk v obci, uľahčiť vytvorenie rezervácie na dané športoviská pre obyveteľov a odbremeniť zodpovedné osoby od udržovania a používania rôznych systémov na správu rezervácií, ako napríklad rôzne Google či Excel tabuľky alebo zapisovanie na obyčajný papier.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the mechanical analysis of the front wipers mechanism of a Škoda Felicia and Škoda Octavia cars. Firstly, the explanation of necessary terms of mechanics needed for the solution to the problem is provided, followed by a brief history of windshield wipers. The aim of the practical part was to find the driving moment and contact forces in the links and further analyze the behavior of the mechanism after overcoming the static stability limit. The creation of mechanism models in Solidworks was also included. The unknown parameters were determined using Matlab. The dynamic analysis was solved numerically using Ansys software. Práca sa zaoberá mechanickou analýzou mechanizmu predných stieračov automobilu Škoda Felicia a Škoda Octavia. Na úvod sú vysvetlené potrebné pojmy mechaniky na riešenie problému a krátka rešerše o histórií mechanizmu stieračov. Cieľom praktickej časti bolo určiť hnací moment a stykové sily vo väzbách a následne analyzovať chovanie mechanizmu po prekonaní hranice kľudnej stability. Súčasťou bolo aj vytvorenie modelov mechanizmov v softvéri Solidworks. Neznáme parametre boli vypočítané pomocou softvéru Matlab. Dynamická analýza bola riešená numericky pomocou softvéru Ansys.

This diploma thesis deals with the determination of the service life of the journal bushings of the rotary bearing of the Kaplan turbine rotor blades. Due to the change in the way turbines are operated in recent years, a reduction in the service life of the journal bushings has been observed. The work aimed to create a model that would capture the effect of the turbine's operating mode on the service life of the sliding bushings. To simulate the behavior of the rotary bearing, the task was divided into hydraulic and mechanical parts. The hydraulic load of the Kaplan turbine blade was solved on a simplified model represented by a separate aerodynamic profile using CFD calculation. The mechanical part of the model was made up of a rotary pin mounted in journal bushings. The load of the bearing was derived from the CFD calculation and the FEM method with a contact task was used for the calculation. The basic service life of the selected type of journal bushings was derived from the foundation of an empirical relationship and contact pressures derived from the mechanical part of the model. Based on available experimental studies, our effort was to assess the influence of regulation by microdisplacements on the service life of the selected type of journal bushings or to correct the basic calculated service life. Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá určením životnosti klzných púzdier otočného uloženia rotorových lopatiek Kaplanovej turbíny. Zmenou spôsobu prevádzky turbín v posledných rokoch bolo pozorované zníženie životnosti klzných púzdier. Cieľom práce bolo vytvoriť model, ktorý by zachytil vplyv prevádzkového režimu turbíny na životnosť klzných púzdier. Pre simulovanie správania otočného uloženia bola úloha rozdelená na hydraulickú a mechanickú časť. Hydraulické zaťaženie lopatky Kaplanovej turbíny bolo riešené na zjednodušenom modely reprezentovaného samostatným aerodynamickým profilom pomocou CFD výpočtu. Mechanická časť modelu bola tvorená otočným čapom uloženého v klzných púzdrach. Zaťaženie uloženia bolo odvodené z výpočtu CFD a na výpočet bola využitá metóda MKP s kontaktnou úlohou. Základná životnosť pre zvolený typ klzných púzdier bola odvodená na základe empirického vzťahu a kontaktných tlakov odvodených z mechanickej časti modelu. Na základe dostupných experimentálnych štúdii bolo našou snahou posúdiť vplyv regulácie mikroposuvmi na životnosť zvoleného typu klzných púzdier poprípade korigovať základnú vypočítanú životnosť.

This thesis focuses on creating an application capable of determing whether a given image is deepfake or not. The application is created by using the convolutional neural network vgg-net. Part of the work is to create a Siamese neural network and test if it is suitable for detecting deepfake images. Several configurations of vgg16 and vgg19 networks are created within the thesis. Each configuration contain tables with the success rates of individual models agains our created deepfake dataset. The thesis also includes a section where we discuss deepfake algorithms that are open-source and describe the work with them. The entire application is implemented in Python using the TensorFlow library. Práca sa zaoberá vytvorením aplikácie, ktorá bude schopná určiť či zadaný snímok je alebo nie je deepfake. Aplikácia je riešená pomocou konvolučnej neurónovej siete vgg-net. Súčasťou práce je vytvoriť siamskú neurónovú sieť a otestovať jej vhodnosť pri detekcií deepfake snímkov. V rámci práce je vytvorených niekoľko konfigurácii sietí vgg16 a vgg19. Ku každej konfigurácií sú uvedené tabuľky s úspešnosťami jednotlivých modelov voči nami vytvorených deepfake snímkov. Práca obsahuje aj sekciu jednotlivých voľne dostupných algoritmov a prácu s nimi. Celá aplikácia je implementovaná v jazyku Python a za použitia knižnice TensorFlow.

Bakteriocidní účinek superparamagnetických nanočástic s obsahem Ag na vybrané bakterie

The aim of this work is to demonstrate the bacteriocidal effect of Ag-containing superparamagnetic nanoparticles on selected non-pathogenic bacteria. The theoretical part is focused on the characterization of superparamagnetism, but the main part of the work is the characterization of silver-containing nanoparticles, methods of their synthesis and their practical application. Furthermore, basic specificities for selected bacteria are presented. The experimental part is mainly focused on the cultivation of bacterial cultures together with nanoparticles, thus demonstrating the antibacterial effect of nanoparticles. The biocompatibility of the nanoparticles was also determined by real-time PCR using the corresponding DNA. Cieľom tejto práce je dôkaz bakteriocídneho účinku superparamagnetických nanočastíc s obsahom Ag na vybrané baktérie nepatogénneho typu. Teoretická časť sa zameriava na charakteristiku superparamagnetizmu, no hlavnou časťou práce je charakterizácia nanočastíc s obsahom striebra, ich metódy syntézy a využitie v praxi. Ďalej sú v nej uvedené aj základné špecifiká pre vybrané baktérie. Experimentálna časť sa zameriava najmä na kultivácie bakteriálnych kultúr spoločne s nanočasticami, čím sa dokazoval antibakteriálny efekt nanočastíc. Za použitia vhodnej DNA bola tiež stanovená biokompatibilita nanočastíc pomocou real-time PCR.

This thesis focuses on designing a system for processing a large stream of geo-localized temporal data in real-time. The theoretical part addresses concepts and tools for real-time data processing and characteristics of real-time systems. The thesis introduces the design and architecture of a scalable system that utilizes message queues. Furthermore, the main concepts of implementation of the proposed system are outlined, using technologies emphasizing fast response times. As part of the work, a scalable system capable of processing a large data stream was developed. Táto práca sa zaoberá návrhom systému pre spracovanie veľkého toku geo-lokalizovaných temporálnych dát v reálnom čase. Teoretická časť sa venuje konceptom a nástrojom pre spracovanie dát v reálnom čase a vlastnostiam systémov pracujúcich v reálnom čase. V práci je predstavený návrh a architektúra škálovateľného systému, ktorý využíva fronty správ. Ďalej sú priblížené hlavné koncepty implementácie navrhnutého systému, kde boli využité technológie kladúce dôraz na rýchlu odozvu. V rámci práce bol vytvorený škálovateľný systém, ktorý dokáže spracovať veľký tok dát.

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of an application that utilizes gamification elements to support the education of students at VUT. The application allows both students and teachers to create quiz questions and compete for points and rankings in challenge mode. Students can track their progress, compare it with others, and thereby motivate themselves to achieve better results. Additionally, a system of achievements and rewards is proposed, although it has not yet been implemented, but it represents an opportunity to expand the functionality of this application. Táto práca sa zaoberá vytvorením návrhu a implementáciou aplikácie, ktorá využíva gamifikačné prvky na podporu vzdelávania študentov VUT. Aplikácia umožňuje študentom aj vyučujúcim vytvárať otázky vo forme kvízov a zároveň v móde výzva získavať body a následne sa umiestniť v rebríčku. Študenti môžu vidieť svoj pokrok porovnávať ho s ostatnými a týmto sa motivovať k lepším výsledkom. Okrem tohto je navrhnutý aj systém úspechov a odmien, ktorý však ešte nebol implementovaný avšak predstavuje možnosť rozšírenia funkcionality tejto aplikácie.

Automatizované generování pravidel pro modifikaci hesel s využitím metod strojového učení

The success of password cracking using a dictionary attack is limited by the scope and quality of the used dictionary. One way to enhance the success rate of password cracking is to expand the dictionary with password mangling rules. These rules typically reflect human tendencies in password creation, such as appending numbers at the end of the password or capitalizing the first letter. This bachelor’s thesis describes a tool’s design and implementation process that aims to generate these rules by analysis of existing passwords, for example, from datasets obtained during security breaches. This tool enhances existing solutions by providing a choice of four distinct clustering methods. Unlike other rule-generating tools that leverage machine learning, it broadens the generated rules to nineteen unique types. Additionally, the tool offers customizable configurations for rule types and their priorities. Testing results suggest that the tool discussed in this bachelor’s thesis performs comparably or even better than a previously known state-of-the-art solutions. Úspešnosť lámania hesiel s využitím slovníkového útoku je limitovaná rozsahom a kvalitou použitého slovníka. Spôsob akým je možné vylepšiť úspešnosť lámania, je rozšíriť použitý slovník pravidlami pre modifikáciu hesiel. Tieto pravidlá zvyčajne odzrkadľujú ľudské tendencie pri tvorbe hesiel, ako napríklad pridanie čísiel na koniec hesla, či nastavenie prvého písmena na veľké. Táto bakalárska práca opisuje návrh a implementáciu nástroja, ktorého účelom je generovať tieto pravidlá, na základe automatizovanej analýzy existujúcich hesiel, napríklad z dátových sád získaných pri bezpečnostných únikoch. Tento nástroj rozširuje existujúce riešenia o možnosť výberu zo štyroch rôznych zhlukovacích metód a v porovnaní s ostatnými nástrojmi na generovanie pravidiel využívajúcich strojové učenie, rozširuje množinu generovaných pravidiel na devätnásť odlišných typov. Tento nástroj taktiež umožňuje modifikovať množinu pravidiel a prioritu typov pravidiel aké bude generovať. Výsledky testovania realizovaného v rámci tejto práce taktiež indikujú, že predstavený nástroj dosahuje porovnateľné a lepšie výsledky ako existujúce nástroje.

The goal of this Bachelor's thesis was to design and implement an interactive web application used for previewing and managing geographical and image data. The key part of the solution is displaying geographical elements in map and image views, as well as implementation of optimization techniques of predictive loading. As a result, an app was developed with the client side implemented in the Vue.js framework, and the server side implemented with the FastAPI library and the MongoDB database. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo navrhnúť a implementovať interaktívnu webovú aplikáciu na prehliadanie a správu geografických a obrazových dát. Podstatou riešenia je zobrazovanie geografických prvkov v mapových a obrazových pohľadoch, a implementácia optimalizačnej techniky prediktívneho načítania. Vo výsledku bola vytvorená aplikácia s klientskou časťou implementovanou vo frameworku Vue.js a serverovou časťou implementovanou s knižnicou FastAPI a MongoDB databázou.

The diploma thesis explores the concept of competency and its application in pilot training within Area 100KSA. It provides a general overview of competency, focusing specifically on pilot competency and its integration into Area 100KSA training. The thesis emphasizes communication competency and analyzes communication deficiencies that have contributed to aviation accidents. Based on the identified deficiencies, a survey was conducted among commercial airline pilots to gather their real-world experiences. These findings, combined with the analysis of aviation accident causes, informed the design of competency-based exercises focused on communication within Area 100KSA. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá pojmom kompetencia vo všeobecnosti, ale predovšetkým kompetenciami pilotov, ich výukou a hodnotením v rámci oblasti 100KSA. Práca je zameraná primárne na komunikačnú kompetenciu a analýzu jej nedostatkov, ktoré prispeli k leteckým nehodám. Na základe identifikovaných príčin bol vytvorený prieskum medzi pilotmi, ktorého úlohou bolo zistiť ich skúsenosti a poznatky z reálnej prevádzky. Tieto zistenia spolu s príčinami leteckých nehôd boli použité k návrhu štruktúry výuky a cvičení zameraných na hodnotenie kompetencií v rámci oblasti 100KSA.
