2020 - Czech The ceramic (decorative or utility) accompanies humanity from prehistoric times to the present days. Therefore, the ceramic play important role in collections in all institutions. Due to the nature of the material are those items extremely sensitive to mechanical damage. The submitted method explains the damage mechanism or destruction of the items of cultural heritage. The method also summarizes recommendations for designing the optimal condition of depositing, exhibiting, conservation/restoration, and the manipulation with such sensitive material. Including a description of several methods useful to make quality documentation and replication of cultural heritage items (3D models). Keramika na bázi keramických materiálů (dekorativní i užitková) provází lidstvo od pravěku až po současnost; je proto významnou součástí sbírek všech sbírkotvorných institucí. Vzhledem k povaze materiálu jsou však tyto předměty extrémně náchylné zejména k mechanickému poškození. Předkládaná metodika je souhrnem informací o možných příčinách (mechanismech) poškození či destrukce tohoto typu předmětů kulturního dědictví; zahrnuje však i soubor doporučení pro vytvoření optimálních podmínek deponování, vystavování, konzervování/restaurování a pro manipulaci s předměty, a to včetně popisu několika metod využitelných ke zhotovení kvalitní dokumentace a věrné virtuální replikace předmětů (3D modely).
