Wind speed and wind direction measured at Experimental Ecological Study Site Bílý Kříž

2003 - Czech This paper presents an analysis of the wind direction and wind speed measurements in and above young spruce forest stand in the locality Bílý Kříž in Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains, the Czech Republic. The values of the wind direction and wind speed were measured by the sonic anemometr, a component of eddy covariance system, during the vegetation seasons 1999-2001. Příspěvek se zabývá analýzou měření rychlosti a směru větru na lokalitě Bílý Kříž v Moravskoslezských Beskydech. Směr i rychlost větru byly v průběhu let 1999-2001 měřeny nad porostem smrku ztepilého sonickým anemometrem (Gill Instruments, U.K.), který je součástí systému pro měření toků energií a látek mezi lesním ekosystémem a přízemní vrstvou atmosféry.Proudění na Bílém Kříži je výrazně ovlivněno orografií terénu. Smrkový porost se nachází na JJZ svahu, který je součástí severo-jižně orientovaného údolí. Nad Moravskoslezskými Beskydami převládá severní a západní proudění vzduchu. Radiation regime of spruce forest stand in the locality Bílý Kříž in Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains

2003 - Czech Following radiation characteristics were used to describe the radiation regime of the study forest site: a)transmitation of the spruce stand for PAR, b)reflectation of spruce stand for PAR, c)absorbation of spruce stand for PAR. K popisu radiačního režimu studovaného smrkového porostu byly použity následující radiační charakteristiky:a) transmitance smrkového porostu pro fotosynteticky aktivní radiaci (podíl mezi FAR pronikající pod korunovou vrstvu porostu a FAR dopadající na korunovou vrstvu porostu), b) reflektance smrkového porostu pro fotosynteticky aktivní radiaci (podíl mezi FAR odraženou korunovou vrstvou porostu a FAR dopadající na korunovou vrstvu porostu), c) absorbance smrkového porostu pro fotosynteticky aktivní radiaci (rozdíl mezi FAR dopadající na korunovou vrstvu porostu, FAR odraženou korunovou vrstvou porostu a FAR pronikající pod korunovou vrstvu porostu).
