Complete spinal cord injury resulting in paraplegia from physiotherapist's point of view

2012 - Czech The thesis is concerned with an overview of basic knowledge of complete spinal cord injury and its complications from physiotherapist?s point of view. Major physiotherapeutic procedures are positioning of patients, respiratory physiotherapy, making active and passive movements with patients, physical therapy and soft and mobilization techniques. Most commonly used physiotherapeutic concepts are Vojta?s method, PNF, sling-exercise-therapy and Bobaths concept. Among the latest rehabilitation device techniques belong usage of Lokomat and practice of balance functions by means of virtual reality. The thesis contains a case study of patient with spinal cord injury resulting in paraplegia. Bakalářská práce obsahuje přehled poznatků o problematice příčného přerušení míchy s následkem paraplegie z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Základní fyzioterapeutické přístupy jsou polohování, respirační fyzioterapie, provádění aktivních a pasivních pohybů, fyzikální terapie, vertikalizace a měkké a mobilizační techniky. Nejčastěji používané koncepty při rehabilitaci jsou Vojtova metoda, PNF, cvičení v závěsu a koncept manželů Bobathových. Mezi nejnovější přístrojové techniky patří využití Lokomatu a nácvik balančních funkcí pomocí virtuální reality. Práce obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta s paraplegických postižením míchy. 2012 - Czech The target of this dissertation is approach of history events of printing during 200 years time near to border of Cieszyn and Český Těšín. Here were described smaller and bigger printing workshops opposite complicated history of the town, which was located on the territory of two countries and subject to different political and economy changes. Cílem této práce je přiblížení historických událostí v tiskařství v 200 ? letém období v okolí hranic Cieszyna a Českého Těšína. Popsány jsou zde jak menší tak větší tiskařské dílny oproti zkomplikovaným dějinám města, které se od roku 1918 nachází na území dvou států a podléhají různým politickým a hospodářským změnám. The social integration of Slovak users at the Salvation Army Centre for homeless people in Brno

2012 - Czech The thesis The social integration of Slovak users at the Salvation Army Centre for homeless people in Brno discusses the emigration motivation of Slovak users and their ways of integration in the Czech republic. The teoretical part focuses on the definition of integration and its conceptual principles in the Czech republic, on the legal positions of the citizens from EU member states and on the possibilities of providing social service in Brno in terms of social and economical dimension of integration. The methodological part is based on qualitative research and finds out, how the Slovak users perceive the life in the host country and how they evaluate the help with social integration provided by the Salvation Army shelters and following social service. The goal is to find the main factors, which influence the integration of Slovak users at the Salvation Army Centre in Brno. Diplomová práce s názvem Sociální integrace slovenských uživatelů azylového domu Armády spásy v Brně pojednává o motivech odchodu slovenských uživatelů ze Slovenské republiky a jejich způsobu integrace v České republice. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení integrace a její koncepční zásady v České republice, právní postavení občanů ze států Evropské unie a možnosti poskytování sociálních služeb ve městě Brně z hlediska sociální a ekonomické dimenze integrace. Metodologická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu a zjišťuje, jak slovenští uživatelé vnímají život v hostitelské zemi a hodnotí pomoc v sociální integraci v zařízení Armády spásy a návazných sociálních službách. Cílem výzkumného šetření je odpovědět na otázku, jaké hlavní faktory ovlivňují (ne) integraci slovenských uživatelů azylového domu Armády spásy v Brně. The European Arrest Warrant in area of freedom, security and justice

2012 - Czech The mission of the thesis is to introduce a European arrest warrant as a judicial decision issued by a State to make another Member State arrest and surrender the sought after person for prosecution, imprisonment or protective measures. In the paper the author defines international judicial co-operation in criminal matters, defines the differences of extradition with the transmission under the European Arrest Warrant, points out the problematic areas related to violations of the surrendered person´s rights and characterizes the implementation process in the Czech constitutional court. The intention is also to point out the decision-making activities of courts (Court of Justice of the European Union, Czech courts) and the changes that are related to the Institute of freedom, security and justice after Lisbon amendment. Posláním diplomové práce je přiblížit evropský zatýkací rozkaz jako justiční rozhodnutí, které vydal některý stát pro to, aby jiný členský stát zatkl a předal hledanou osobu za účelem trestního stíhání, výkonu trestu odnětí svobody nebo ochranného opatření. V práci autorka definuje mezinárodní justiční spolupráci v trestních věcech, vymezuje rozdíly extradice s předáváním na základě Evropského zatýkacího rozkazu, poukazuje na problematické okruhy související s porušováním práv předávané osoby a charakterizuje proces implementace před českým ústavním soudem. Úmyslem je také poukázat na rozhodovací činnost soudů (Soudního dvora Evropské unie, českých soudů) a na změny, které se institutu svobody, bezpečnosti a práva po Lisabonské novele dotýkají.
