2023 - Czech Attenuation of the remaining, still active mines of OKD company will mean the end of the primary reason for pumping mine water from mines, which is to ensure the safety of work and operation underground. At the same time, this eliminates the need to maintain the currently determined level of mine water in the already attenuated part of the Ostrava-Karviná district (OKR), i.e. in the Ostrava (ODP) and Petřvald (PDP) parts of the OKR, which are now ensured by the Jeremenko (ODP) and Žofie (PDP) water shafts. After the end of all activities in the OKR underground, the process of flooding of the abandoned mine could be started. The aim of this work is to determine the possible risks caused by geomechanical and rheological changes in the rock massif disturbed by mining activity and, above all, the associated possible risks of affecting the earth's surface. Útlum zbylých, dosud činných dolů OKD, a.s. bude znamenat zánik primárního důvodu čerpání důlních vod z dolů, kterým je zajištění bezpečnosti práce a provozu v podzemí. Zároveň se tím eliminuje potřeba udržování v současnosti stanovené hladiny důlních vod v již utlumené části ostravsko-karvinského revíru (OKR), tedy v ostravské (ODP) a petřvaldské (PDP) části OKR, kterou nyní zajišťují vodní jámy Jeremenko (ODP) a Žofie (PDP). Po ukončení veškerých aktivit v podzemí OKR by tak mohl být spuštěn proces zatápění opuštěných důlních prostor. Cílem této práce je stanovit možná rizika způsobená geomechanickými a reologickými změnami v horninovém masívu, porušeném hornickou činností a především s tím spojená možná rizika ovlivnění zemského povrchu. The Transformation of Czech Pre-November Alternative Rock Music in the 1990s

2023 - Czech This study focuses on the key contemporary trends that both positively and negatively influenced the transformation of the alternative rock scene in the 1990s. Particular attention is paid to external factors (e.g. music management, commercionalization), while internal factors (personal development of the participants) are not neglected. By analysing contemporary music magazines, interviews and oral history research (involving music publicists, music industry representatives and musicians), the author traces the influence of these factors on the transformation of the environment under consideration. Studie se zaměřuje na klíčové dobové trendy, které v 90. letech 20. století v pozitivním i negativním směru ovlivnily proměnu kdysi alternativní rockové scény. Pozornost je věnovaná zejména vnějším faktorům (např. hudebnímu managementu, komercionalizaci), opomenuty však nejsou ani faktory vnitřní (osobní vývoj aktérů). Vliv těchto faktorů na proměnu zkoumaného prostředí autorka mapuje na základě analýzy dobových hudebních časopisů, rozhovorů a orálně historického výzkumu (zahrnující provozovatele hudebních klubů, hudebního publicistu a hudebníky). 2023 - Czech The course aims to introduce biotherapeutics, which are becoming an increasingly important part of the pharmacotherapy of serious diseases. Mass spectrometry plays an important role for their quality control in the pharmaceutical industry. We will introduce the audience to biopharmaceuticals, which in this context are peptides, proteins, monoclonal antibodies or oligonucleotides. From the analyst's point of view, we will focus mainly on antibody drugs, looking at the possibilities of their separation and analysis by mass spectrometry, at the level of intact protein molecules, antibody subunits or peptides. Kurz má za cíl představit bioléčiva, která se stávají stále významnější součástí farmakoterapie závažných onemocnění. Pro kontrolu jejich kvality ve farmaceutickém průmyslu hraje důležitou roli hmotnostní spektrometrie. Uvedeme posluchače do problematiky bioléčiv, kterými jsou v tomto pohledu peptidy, proteiny, monoklonální protilátky nebo oligonukleotidy. Z pohledu analytika se zaměříme především na protilátková léčiva, podíváme se na možnosti jejich separace a analýzy pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie, a to na úrovni intaktních proteinových molekul, protilátkových podjednotek nebo peptidů. Long-term savings in Czech households.

2023 - Czech Long-term savings help to maintain a stable standard of living and well-being for people at different stages of their lives, or even to support a rising standard of living over time, even after the loss of income that can be expected, for example, in retirement. The main reasons for saving for the long term are to provide for retirement, invest in property or higher education, either for oneself or for one's children. The aim of this study is to identify the main factors that can influence long-term savings. \n\n Dlouhodobé úspory pomáhají udržovat stabilní standard a blahobyt lidí v různých fázích života či dokonce podporovat růst životní úrovně v čase, a to i po výpadku příjmů, který lze očekávat např. v důchodu. Hlavními důvody dlouhodobého spoření bývá právě zajištění na důchod, investice do nemovitosti či do vyššího vzdělání, ať už pro sebe, nebo pro své děti. 2023 - Czech Of the public institutions surveyed, the police (74%), the army and banks (68%) are the most trusted. On the other hand churches (28%) and political parties & movements (24%) are the least trusted.\nHigher prevalence of trust over distrust is also evident in the case of courts, opinion polls, trade unions and radio. In relation to non-profit organisations, trust and distrust are more or less equal. For the remaining institutions (television, the internet), mistrust is already slightly or strongly prevalent (political parties and movements, churches, the press).\nCompared to the previous survey of March 2022 and August 2021 respectively, the biggest changes were recorded in the case of trade unions (10 percentage point increase in trust), non-profit organisations, opinion polls and political parties (6 percentage point increase in trust), the internet (5 percentage point increase in trust) banks and radio (4 percentage point increase in trust). The army and the police, on the other hand, recorded a year-on-year decline in trust (by 5 percentage points).\nInterpersonal (social) trust is slightly lower in Czech society compared to the previous survey from March 2022. 94% of respondents trust their closest relatives (down by 4 percentage points), while 73% trust ordinary people (down by 6 percentage points). Největší důvěře ze zkoumaných veřejných institucí se těší policie ČR (74 %) armáda a banky (shodně 68 %), nejméně lidé důvěřují církvím (28 %) a politickým stranám a hnutím (24 %).\nVýraznější převaha důvěry nad nedůvěrou je patrná také v případě soudů, výzkumů veřejného mínění, odborů a rádií. Ve vztahu k neziskovým organizacím je důvěra a nedůvěra víceméně vyrovnaná. U zbývajících institucí (televize, internet) již mírně či výrazně (politické strany a hnutí, církve, tisk) převažuje nedůvěra.\nV porovnání s předchozím šetřením z března 2022 případně srpna 2021 byly zaznamenány největší změny v případě odborů (nárůst důvěry o 10 procentních bodů), neziskových organizací, výzkumů veřejného mínění a politickým stranám (nárůst důvěry shodně o 6 procentních bodů), internetu (nárůst důvěry o 5 procentních bodů) bank a rádií (nárůst důvěry shodně o 4 procentní body). Armáda a Policie ČR naopak meziročně zaznamenávají pokles důvěry (shodně o 5 procentních bodů).\nMezilidská (sociální) důvěra je v české společnosti oproti minulému šetření z března 2022 mírně nižší. Svým nejbližším důvěřuje 94 % dotázaných (pokles o 4 procentních body), obyčejným lidem pak 73 % (pokles o 6 procentních bodů).
