Economic analysis and evaluation of buildings based on wood in the Russian construction market.

The task of my thesis is to conduct marketing analysis of wooden structures in the Russian building market. The theoretical part focuses on the interesting origin and development of buildings based on wood in Russia. Next on characteristics of each building technology, which are log building, skeleton system, panel construction, combined structures.
The theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part, where is made the analysis of the current state of housing construction in Russia, including structure of building industry wooden constructions based on wall materials, operating time, the class of buyers. The practical part deals with the trend in the proportion of houses built of brick and wooden houses in five years (2011 2015), and compares some advantages and disadvantages of technology wooden buildings. Based on Research.Techart forecasts work is described and assessed the volume and dynamics of the wooden constructions in Russia in 2015 2025 years. Next part deals with the analysis of demand and pricing in wooden houses. Offer of wooden houses in the Russian market evaluated on the basis processed Annex : Summary 50. building companies, top rated by customer.
After making a complete market analysis of wooden constructions, the author informs the main problems the industry of wooden buildings in Russia and suggests the possibility of increasing the share of realization of houses based on wood. Úkolem mé bakalářské práce je provedení marketingové analýzy dřevostaveb na ruském stavebním trhu. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vznik a vývoj staveb na bázi dřeva v Rusku. Dále na charakteristiku jednotlivých stavebních technologií, jimiž jsou srubové stavby, skeletový systém, panelové konstrukce, paneloskeletové konstrukce.
Získané teoretické poznatky jsou uplatňovány v praktické části bakalářské práce, kde je provedena analýza současného stavu bytové výstavby v Rusku, včetně struktury dřevostaveb založené na materiálech stěn, doby provozu, třídy kupujících. Praktická část zpracovává trend podílu domů postavených z cihel a dřevěných domů v průběhu pěti let (2011 2015), porovnává a definuje výhody a nevýhody dřevostaveb. Součástí práce je popis a hodnocení objemu a dynamiky vývoje dřevostaveb v Rusku v průběhu let 2015 2025 na základě prognózy Research.Techart. Další část práce se zabývá analýzou poptávky a tvorbou cen dřevostaveb. Nabídka dřevěných domů na ruském trhu je řešena na základě zpracované přílohy: souhrn 50. stavebních firem nejlépe hodnoceny zákazníky.
Po provedení kompletní analýzy trhu dřevostaveb autor informuje o hlavních problémech dřevostaveb v Rusku a navrhuje možnosti zvyšování podílu realizace domů na bázi dřeva.

The bachelor thesis called Market development and trade of cocoa is focused on evaluation and development of an international cocoa trade. In the thesis there is also discribed the trade with a fair trade cocoa and other commodities that are produced from it. This work is divided into two parts, the theoretical one where I focused on cocoa as commodity itself, then on organisastions such as Fair Trade and WTO and international trade of historical development of consumption of this commodity. The practical part of this task is focused on fluctuations of the cooca prices in time horizon where this part is focusing especially on selected developing countries. Last but not least the thesis deals with trade of this commodity and its own production development. Bakalářská práce s názvem Vývoj obchodu a trhu s kakaem se zaměřuje na zhodnocení a vývoj mezinárodního obchodu s kakaem. Dále je v práci popsán obchod s fairtradovým kakaem a komoditami, které se z něj vyrábějí. Tato práce se dělí na teoretickou část, kde je pozornost věnována samotné komoditě, organizacím Fair Trade a WTO, mezinárodnímu obchodu či historickému vývoji spotřeby této komodity. Praktická část je posléze zaměřena na fluktuaci cen kakaa v časovém horizontu, kde se tato část zaměřuje na vybrané, převážně rozvojové země. V neposlední řadě se pak práce věnuje obchodu s touto komoditou a samotnému vývoji produkce.

Bachelor thesis has an imminent focus on detailed analysis of audio processing software and their evaluation. The main goal of this work is to compare four most popular programmes used on daily basis in recording studios, which is precisely described in the theoretical part. Secondly, a brief historical development of audio processing software and a detailed list of avaible products on the market are listed. Practical part represents an analysis of convenient product purchase for start-up recording companies. Every single software is evaluaded including its pros and cons. Bakalářská práce je tematicky zaměřena na problematiku softwarů pro zpracování audio formátů a jejich hodnocení. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je komparace čtyř nejpoužívanějších softwarů, které se využívají v nahrávacích studiích. Dílčími úkoly práce jsou sumarizace historického vývoje audio formátů a vypracování přehledu dostupného SW pro zpracování audio formátů. Praktická část je zaměřena na výběr vhodného audio softwaru pro začínající nahrávající studia. Vyzdvihnuty jsou výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých softwarů.

Statistical analysis of mortgage market development in the Czech Republic and its tendencies

This thesis tends to analyse development of mortgage loans in the Czech republic, where due to decreasing interest rate in few past years is wanted way of purchasing real property. Using statistical timelines analysis is set main structure of mortgage purchasing development by number of approved morgages loan, in the period from 2002 to 2015. Based on this analysis, it is forecasted the future development of the number of mortgage loans, volume of mortgage loans and number of hans according to the provided purpose. Prognosis depicts presumed development of indicators in 2016 and 2019 and brings common suggestions for banks overall. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vývoje hypotečních úvěrů v ČR, které díky snižující se úrokové sazbě v posledních letech jsou stále žádanějším způsobem financování vlastního bydlení. Pomocí statistických metod používaných pro analýzu časových řad je analyzován vývoj hypotečního bydlení v počtu poskytnutých úvěrů, ve výši poskytovaných objemů, v počtu hypoték na koupi nemovitosti, výstavbu a neúčelových hypotečních úvěrů od roku 2002 do roku 2015. Na základě této analýzy je prognózován budoucí vývoj počtu hypotečních úvěrů, objemu hypotečních úvěrů a počet úvěrů dle poskytnutého účelu. Prognóza ukazuje očekávaný vývoj ukazatelů v roce 2016 až 2019 a přináší obecná doporučení pro všechny banky

The thesis is focused on spending free time of inhabitants from two small villages in Prague sururban area and if there is any other option how to improve efficiency of spending free time of local inhabitants. The theoretical part concerns free time: its definiton, history, functions, factors which influence spending of free time. Essay gives information about two surveyved willages and its local options of free time activities.
The practical part used questionnaires and interviews which are described at the end of this thesis. Práce se zaměřuje na trávení volného času obyvatel a způsob jakým lze ve dvou malých obcích pražského příměstí zvýšit efektivnost trávení volného času místních obyvatel. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na volný čas: jeho definici, historií, funkce, faktory ovlivňující jeho trávení. V práci jsou následně představovány zkoumané obce a jejich volnočasové nabídky.
Empirické šetření použilo dotazníky a rozhovory, které jsou v závěru práce popsány.

The thesis follows up the interpretation of the administrative proceedings pursuant to Act no. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Procedure. It begins with the history and development of the administrative proceedings in the Czech Republic. The aim is to further clarify the basic principles of administrative bodies. The main part explains the general provisions on administrative proceedings, for example what administrative bodies exist, what is a participant in the proceeding and which tasks it makes. Further follows its own course of the proceedings at first instance. This is the initiation of the procedure, its progress and the possibility of an appeal. The last part deals with administrative proceedings under special laws. This is the procedure for non-payment of social security contributions and state employment policy. The thesis describes the methods of execution order from the social security against debtors Práce se zabývá výkladem průběhu správního řízení dle zákona č. 500/2004 Sb., správní řád. Začíná historií a vývojem správního řízení v České republice. Snahou je blíže vysvětlit základní zásady činnosti správních orgánů. V hlavní části práce vysvětluje obecná ustanovení o správním řízení, například jaké jsou správní orgány, kdo je účastníkem řízení, jaké činí úkony. Následuje vlastní průběh řízení v prvním stupni. Jedná se o zahájení řízení, jeho průběh a možnost odvolání. V poslední části práce je zachyceno správní řízení dle zvláštních zákonů. Jedná o postup při nezaplacení pojistného na sociální zabezpečení a státní politiku zaměstnanosti. Práce popisuje způsoby nařízení exekuce správou sociálního zabezpečení vůči dlužníkům.

Internal audit and its importance in the company

The aim of this work is to evaluate the usefulness of internal audit in a specific organization, which is focused on information and communication technologies. The first part of the document describes theoretical background obtained by comparation literature and Internet sources analyzing. There is also described the history of the internal audit, its importance and development, the progress of the internal audit, the final report, the types of internal audits and the difference between internal and external audit.. The second section contains conclusion of practical activities based on specific company. In the beginning, there is description of internal audit and control department, which was observed over a certain time interval. It was being studied what types of internal audits are performed in the company, how the audits are carried out, findings and deficiencies identified during internal audits and cooperation among internal and external auditors. and comparison between practice and theory. The conclusion is compared with the theory and practice of the evaluation of the situation and the internal audit function in the company. It is assessed that the internal audit in this particular company has its justified place. Their contributions are mainly in saved costs and detect errors in working practices. They were recommended only two possible improvements for a better functioning of the department. The management was advised to set up an audit committee, for greater independence of the internal audit. The second recommendation resulted from the interviews with the auditors regarding their education, where there is great potential for improving a company should consider investing in this area. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit potřebnost a význam interního auditu v konkrétní organizaci, která je zaměřena na informační a komunikační technologie. V první části práce jsou vymezena teoretická východiska získaná studiem a komparací odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Je zde popsána historie interního auditu, jeho význam a vývoj, průběh interního auditu, závěrečná zpráva, typy interních auditů a rozdíl mezi interním a externím auditem. V druhé části je nejprve charakterizován vybraný podnik a popsáno Samostatné oddělení interního auditu a kontroly, které bylo pozorováno po určitý časový interval. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny typy interních auditů, které se v podniku vykonávají, analýza samotného průběhu auditu, nedostatky zjištěné z provedených auditů a spolupráce mezi interním a externím auditem. V závěru práce je porovnána praxe s teorií a tím zhodnocena situace a fungování interního auditu v podniku. Je vyhodnoceno, že interní audit v tomto konkrétním podniku má své opodstatněné místo. Svůj přínos má především v ušetřených nákladech a v odhalení chyb v pracovních postupech. Byla doporučena pouze dvě možná zlepšení pro efektivnější fungování tohoto útvaru: zřídit výbor pro audit, z důvodu větší nezávislosti útvaru interního auditu; druhé doporučení vyplynulo z rozhovorů s auditory na téma jejich vzdělávání, kde je velký potenciál pro zlepšení a podnik by měl zvážit investici do této oblasti.

Summary
Bachelor thesis is focused on the theme of human capital and its possibilities for development. The aim is to assess the current level of human capital in a selected company, which for these purposes has become an engineering company, and identify the degree of motivation for its development. The theoretical part of his introduction discusses the history of the development of the issue and then the whole issue was explored deeper in terms of development opportunities, level of motivation, education or investments and costs in human capital. In the analytical part they were applied their theoretical knowledge. In selected engineering firm was carried out a survey on a selected group of respondents among blue-collar occupations, whose purpose was to obtain sufficient information to assess the level of human capital and then suggest possible solutions to promote motivation to develop human capital by employers. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma lidského kapitálu a jeho možností k rozvoji. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současnou úroveň lidského kapitálu ve vybrané společnosti, jíž se pro tyto účely stala strojírenská firma, a identifikovat míru motivace k jeho rozvoji. Teoretická část ve svém úvodu pojednává o historii vývoje dané problematiky a následně se celým tématem zabývá hlouběji z hlediska možnosti rozvoje, míry motivace, vzdělání či investic a nákladů do lidského kapitálu. V analytické části byly aplikovány nabyté teoretické znalosti. Ve vybrané strojírenské firmě bylo uskutečněno dotazníkové šetření na vybrané skupině respondentů z řad dělnických profesí, jehož účelem bylo získat dostatek informací ke zhodnocení úrovně lidského kapitálu a následně navrhnout případná řešení k podpoření motivace rozvoje lidského kapitálu ze strany zaměstnavatele.

This thesis deals with a revitalization action suggestion in the chosen part of Karlický creek in the district of Dobřichovice. The points of the thesis are to collect information material, to explore studied area, to evaluate current situation of creek and to suggest of revitalization actions, to return natural character of creek. In the studied area was made terrain survey, on which are based the suggestions of revitalization measures with appropriate accompanying vegetation. Hereafter this thesis deals with successfully realized revitalization measures of water flows in the Czech Republic. The results were processed in the form of evaluated situation of the creek and suggested revitalization measures. Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem revitalizačních opatření ve vybrané části Karlického potoka v okrese Dobřichovice. Cílem práce je shromáždit podklady, zmapovat území, zhodnotit současný stav a provést návrh vhodných revitalizačních opatření s cílem navrátit toku přírodní charakter. V řešeném území proběhl terénní průzkum, na jehož základě bylo navrženo vhodné revitalizační opatření s vhodným vegetačním doprovodem. Dále se práce zabývá úspěšně realizovanými revitalizačními opatřeními vodních toků na území České republiky. Výsledky jsou zpracovány formou zjištěného stavu řešeného území a návrhu revitalizačního opatření.

Bachelor thesis explain the motivation behind extension of network protocol HTTP to the secured network protocol HTTPS. Thesis describe and compare protocols, which can be used for such extension. These protocols are compared and their known vulnerabilities are listed and commented. Results are used for recommendations to WWW servers administrators and to regular web browsers users. Thesis also include practical example of WWW server configuration with enabled secured network protocol HTTPS. Bakalářská práce nejprve vysvětluje důvody pro zavedení zabezpečeného síťového protokolu HTTPS jako rozšíření síťového protokolu HTTP. Následně popisuje a porovnává protokoly, které toto rozšíření umožňují, včetně upozornění na známé zranitelnosti. Výsledky jsou použity k praktickému doporučení pro správce serverů WWW služeb. Dále jsou uvedeny doporučení pro uživatele webových prohlížečů. Závěrem je poskytnuta modelová konfigurace WWW služeb pro využití zabezpečeného síťového protokolu HTTPS.
