Continuous pyrolysis of carbonaceous materials with model gasification of the solid product

Vzorky samotného hnědého uhlí z dolu Jiří a jeho směsi (30%) s pneu-pryží, Forsanem (ABS), a celulózou byly pyrolyzovány v rotační peci při teplotě 900°C. Tuhý produkt byl zplyňován vodní parou a oxidem uhličitým. Samples of lignite from Jiří Mine alone and its mixtures (30%) with waste tire-rubber, Forsan (ABS) and cellulose were pyrolyzed on a rotary kiln at a temperature of 900°C. The solid product was gasified by steam and carbon dioxide.

Monitoring of seismic impact on historical buildings and thier damage during building the tunnel Blanka – especially influence on the stability of historical buildings in the Prague Castle area

The persistence of unique historical buildings is restricted due to weathering of construction material enhanced by meteorological processes such as storms, driving rain and temperature variations beneath the freezing point. Dynamic forces endangering the mechanical stability of exposed elements of building structures could be caused by impacts of seismic waves. Životnost staveb unikátní kulturně historické hodnoty je snižována zejména jejich dynamickou únavou, která může být nepříznivě ovlivněna výstavbou inženýrských staveb v jejím okolí. Postupující oslabování tuhosti a zmenšování odolnosti jednotlivých extrémně namáhaných stavebních prvků se vyšetřuje metodami monitorování jejich seismické odezvy.

Studujeme Rayleighovy vlny generované zemětřesením v Lubinu. Za použití programu SVAL je vypočten model rychlostí S vln. Rayleigh waves generated by rockburst in Lubin is studied. S-wave velocity model is estimated, using program SVAL.

Tento příspěvek pojednává o ověření vlivu nano/mikro aditiv hydroxyapatitu a fosforečnanu vápenatého, které jsou běžně používané ke zlepšení bioaktivity implantátů, na mechanické vlastnosti kompozitních materiálů tvořených Aramidovými vlákny a polysiloxanovou matricí, a jsou potenciálně využitelné v kostní chirurgii. This study is aimed at verification of influence of hydroxyapatite/tri-calcium phosphate nano/micro particles additives, commonly used to improve the bioactivity of implants, on mechanical properties of composite material consisting of polyamide fabrics embedded in poly (dimethyl siloxane) matrix potentially applicable in the bone surgery.

The Raman microspectroscopy mapping technique, nanoindentation and environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) in combination with microanalysis (EDX), and electron diffraction (EBSD-OIM)were successfully used to study of the interfacial transition zone (ITZ) around polyethylene terephtalate (PET) reinforcement in concrete. Kontaktní zóna mezi PET mikrovýztuží a cementovou matricí představuje kritické místo rozhodující o výsledné pevnosti kompozitu. Mikrostruktura, chemické a mineralogické složení bylo stanoveno Ramanovy mikrospektroskopie, metody nanoindentace, elektronové mikroskopie a mikroanalýzy. ca 25 µm.

Vodík vázaný ve struktuře uhlí byl získán v plynné formě pomocí dvoustupňové pyrolýzy. Objem vodíku v pyrolyzním plynu strmě rostl souběžně se zvyšující se teplotou ve štěpném modulu. Byla ověřena možnost získat vodík termickou degradací těkavých produktů z pyrolýzy uhlí. Hydrogen fixed in the coal structure was converted to gaseous form using two-stage pyrolysis. The hydrogen volume in the pyrolytical gas strong increased along with the temperature in the cracking module. There was verified the possibility to obtain hydrogen by thermal decomposition of coal pyrolysis volatile products.
