Consistency of mathematical and experimental model of the autoparametric system

2023 - English This paper presents a long-overdue comparison of data obtained from experimental investigation of a spherical vibration absorber with the results of two mathematical models of the motion of a heavy sphere in a spherical surface. It shows that the danger posed by the potentially unstable self-parametric nature of the mathematical system is not too great in the case of realistic configurations, and that the values of the parameters describing the realistic structures remain within intervals corresponding to the stable behaviour of the absorber. Biopharmaceuticals from the MS point of view

2023 - Czech The course aims to introduce biotherapeutics, which are becoming an increasingly important part of the pharmacotherapy of serious diseases. Mass spectrometry plays an important role for their quality control in the pharmaceutical industry. We will introduce the audience to biopharmaceuticals, which in this context are peptides, proteins, monoclonal antibodies or oligonucleotides. From the analyst's point of view, we will focus mainly on antibody drugs, looking at the possibilities of their separation and analysis by mass spectrometry, at the level of intact protein molecules, antibody subunits or peptides. Kurz má za cíl představit bioléčiva, která se stávají stále významnější součástí farmakoterapie závažných onemocnění. Pro kontrolu jejich kvality ve farmaceutickém průmyslu hraje důležitou roli hmotnostní spektrometrie. Uvedeme posluchače do problematiky bioléčiv, kterými jsou v tomto pohledu peptidy, proteiny, monoklonální protilátky nebo oligonukleotidy. Z pohledu analytika se zaměříme především na protilátková léčiva, podíváme se na možnosti jejich separace a analýzy pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie, a to na úrovni intaktních proteinových molekul, protilátkových podjednotek nebo peptidů. Long-term savings in Czech households.

2023 - Czech Long-term savings help to maintain a stable standard of living and well-being for people at different stages of their lives, or even to support a rising standard of living over time, even after the loss of income that can be expected, for example, in retirement. The main reasons for saving for the long term are to provide for retirement, invest in property or higher education, either for oneself or for one's children. The aim of this study is to identify the main factors that can influence long-term savings. \n\n Dlouhodobé úspory pomáhají udržovat stabilní standard a blahobyt lidí v různých fázích života či dokonce podporovat růst životní úrovně v čase, a to i po výpadku příjmů, který lze očekávat např. v důchodu. Hlavními důvody dlouhodobého spoření bývá právě zajištění na důchod, investice do nemovitosti či do vyššího vzdělání, ať už pro sebe, nebo pro své děti. Research contacts between Bohemia and Moravia. Contribution to the mutual cooperation of Innocenc Ladislav Červinka and Kliment Čermák

2023 - Czech Kliment Čermák, the archaeologist and museum curator in Čáslav, established and during his lifetime maintained relatively abundant contacts with a number of personalities from the Moravian archaeological community. The contribution provides a partial overview of these contacts with individual researchers, especially with Innocenc Ladislav Červinka, while is primarily based on the preserved correspondence and manuscripts stored as part of Čermák's estate in the Literary Archive of the Museum of Czech Literature in Prague, the Archive of the Municipal Museum and Library in Čáslav and the State District Archive in Kutná Hora. The contribution also includes the information about the mutual publication of texts on the pages of the periodicals of the Museum and Patriotic Society „Včela Čáslavská“, the Patriotic Museum Society in Olomouc and the Moravian Archaeological Club. Čáslavský archeolog a muzejník Kliment Čermák navázal a po dobu svého života pak i udržoval poměrně hojné styky s řadou osobností z moravské archeologické obce. Příspěvek přináší dílčí přehled těchto kontaktů s jednotlivými badateli, zejména pak Innocencem Ladislavem Červinkou, přičemž primárně vychází z dochované korespondence a rukopisů uložených v rámci Čermákovy pozůstalosti v Literárním archivu Památníku národního písemnictví v Praze, Archivu Městského muzea a knihovny v Čáslavi a Státního okresního archivu v Kutné Hoře. Do příspěvku jsou zahrnuty i zjištěné informace o vzájemném publikování textů na stránkách spolkových periodik Muzejního a vlastivědného spolku „Včela Čáslavská“, Vlasteneckého spolku muzejního v Olomouci a Moravského archeologického klubu. 2023 - Czech The MIT project entitled Development of a switchgear for severe conditions and reduction of risks of critical infrastructure threat was focused on research, development of optimized design and provision of configuration technology for repeated production of different variants of modular system switchgear for use in severe conditions and reduction of risks of seismic threat, to ensure the reliability of critical infrastructure. The output is to be a prototype seismically robust device with a dynamically lightweight design, high reliability of switchgear and electrical equipment assembly function, and a software application for interactive design and documentation. Projektu MPO s názvem Vývoj rozvaděče pro těžké podmínky a snížení rizik ohrožení kritické infrastruktury byl zaměřen na výzkum, vývoj optimalizované konstrukce a zajištění konfigurační technologie pro opakovanou produkci různých variant modulárního systémového rozváděče pro použití v těžkých podmínkách a snížení rizik seizmického ohrožení, pro zajištění spolehlivosti kritické infrastruktury. Výstupem má být prototyp seizmicky robustního zařízení s dynamicky odlehčené konstrukce, vysokou spolehlivostí funkce sestavy rozvaděče a elektrovýzbroje a SW aplikace pro interaktivní návrhy a dokumentaci.
