The final thesis focuses on the work of an educational advisor in a small-class school and its problems. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of educational counseling in education with a focus on small-class schools. The practical part deals with research, its methodology, strategic steps including the interpretation of acquired data and drawing conclusions. The aim of the thesis is to map the views and attitudes of respondents to the work of educational counselors in small class schools. Závěrečná práce se zaměřuje na práci výchovného poradce v malotřídní škole a její problematiku. Teoretická část práce je věnována problematice výchovného poradenství ve vzdělávání se zaměřením na malotřídní školy. Praktická část pojednává o výzkumu, jeho metodologii, strategických krocích včetně interpretace získaných dat a vyvození závěrů. Cílem závěrečné práce je zmapování názorů a postojů respondentů na práci výchovných poradců v malotřídní školy.

Závěrečná práce "Problematika školního řádu" v první části definuje legislativní východiska a požadavky na obsah školního řádu základní a střední školy. Popisuje proces jeho tvorby, vydání a schválení. V druhé části pak obsahuje vypracovaný sankční řád, který je nedílnou součástí řádu školního a popisuje pravidla udělování kázeňských opatření. Tato část je také doplněna několika případy přímo z praxe.

The first part deals with the mapping of the artistic personality of Jaroslav Kvapil under the perspective of the main factors of life which influenced him in his poetic, dramatic and directing work. In the second part it studies Kvapil's dramatic and directing works, including the interpretation of selected dramatic works. Práce se v první části věnuje mapování umělecké osobnosti Jaroslava Kvapila pod hlediskem hlavních životních faktorů, které jej ovlivnily v jeho básnické, dramatické a režijní práci. V druhé části práce zkoumá Kvapilovu dramatickou a režijní tvorbu, včetně interpretace vybraných dramatických děl.

The thesis deals with the influence of religion on education. The thesis pays attention to two world religions: Islam and Judaism. Particular attention is paid to the history of Islam, which is a reason for splitting Islam into two different groups, of which the Sunni and Shia are the most important ones. The practical part is devoted to an opinion of individual believers on a choice of type of schools, on an importance of religion in schools, on a compulsory physical education in schools and for example on exchange study stay. Závěrečná práce se zabývá vlivem náboženství na výchovu a vzdělávání. Práce se věnuje dvěma světovým náboženstvím: islámu a judaismu. U islámu je věnována zvláštní pozornost především historii islámu, ze které vychází důvod rozštěpení islámu na různé směry, z nichž nejvýznamnější jsou sunnité a šíité. Praktická část se věnuje názoru jednotlivých věřících na výběr typu škol, důležitosti náboženství v rámci výuky, na povinnost tělesné výchovy ve školách či například na zahraniční studijní pobyty.

Teaching Strategies for pupils with ADHD at primary school

The qualification thesis deals with possible suitable but also inappropriate procedures for working with pupils with ADHD in primary school. It describes the causes of ADHD, symptoms of the syndrome and occurrence in the population. The main part of the work is a description of the possible procedures for working with these pupils in teaching with an emphasis on those procedures that work. The qualification thesis includes two case studies of pupils with ADHD and a small questionnaire for teachers. Kvalifikační práce se zabývá možnými vhodnými, ale i nevhodnými postupy při práci se žáky s ADHD na základní škole. Popisuje příčiny vzniku ADHD, projevy syndromu a výskyt v populaci. Hlavní částí práce je popis možných postupů při práci s těmito žáky ve výuce s důrazem na ty postupy, které fungují. Součástí kvalifikační práce jsou i dvě případové studie žáků s ADHD a malý dotazník pro učitele.

Teaching of programming and application of didactic principles

The final thesis is focused on the application of didactic principles in teaching programming. The thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter deals with teaching programming according to RVP for primary education and proposed revision of RVP. The second part deals with the concepts associated with algorithmization, digital literacy and computer science and the terms related to the fourth industrial revolution. The central theme of the third chapter is the didactic principles and their analysis with respect to programming. The final fourth part of the thesis is an action research that examines teachers' opinions on the importance of didactic principles in teaching programming and presents an action plan for teaching that is based on this research. Závěrečná práce je zaměřena na uplatnění didaktických zásad při výuce programování. Práce se skládá ze čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje výuce programování dle RVP pro ZV a navrhované revizi RVP. Druhá část se zabývá pojmy spjatými s algoritmizací, digitální gramotností a informatickým myšlením a termíny souvisejícími se čtvrtou průmyslovou revolucí. Stěžejním tématem třetí kapitoly jsou didaktické zásady a jejich rozbor s ohledem na výuku programování. Závěrečná čtvrtá část práce je pak akčním výzkumem, který zjišťuje názory pedagogů na význam didaktických zásad při výuce programování a předkládá akční plán výuky, která z tohoto výzkumu vychází.

The aim is to describe in detail the history of the school, which is closely linked with the history of our family, and the results of my research also introduce to my colleagues and the public. The school was founded in 1976 under the leadership of director Aloisie Rambosskové acquired a new title Elementary School Julius Fucik. After the Velvet Revolution, the school has undergone major changes and began to position itself as a school with extended language teaching. Cílem práce je podrobně popsat historii školy, která je úzce spjata s historií naší rodiny a s výsledky svého bádání seznámit také své kolegy a veřejnost. Škola vznikla v roce 1976 a pod vedením ředitelky Aloisie Rambosskové získala nový název Základní škola Julia Fučíka. Po sametové revoluci prošla škola velkými změnami a začala se profilovat jako škola s rozšířenou výukou jazyků.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the preparation and realization of the project day "The Building of The Hareland" as a celebration of the centennial anniversary of the birth of Czechoslovakia. The Hareland project is based on the principles of John Dewey, the founder of pragmatic education. Key outputs, goals and competences are defined through Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. Cílem této práce je popis přípravy a realizace projektového dne "Budování státu Zaječí" jako oslavy stoletého výročí vzniku Československa. Projekt Zaječí vychází z principů projektové metody a integrované tématické výuky, které mají kořeny v pragmatické pedagogice Johna Deweye. Klíčové výstupy, cíle a kompetence jsou definovány pomocí rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro základní školy.
