2017 - Russian The aim of this thesis is to create a commented translation of the short story Rock, paper, scissors (Kamenj, nožnicy, bumaga) by Maxim Osipov. The theoretical part includes chapters dedicated to the author and his work, and linguistic-stylistic characteristics of the translated short story. This section also contains translation commentary that, among other things, describes the methods of translation and strategies for solutions of individual translational problems from stylistic and morpho-syntactic level. Furthermore, translation commentary includes pragmatic level, in which culture, the name of the short story, phraseology, and allusions are analyzed. The practical part is the actual translation of the short story into the Czech language. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření komentovaného překladu části novely Kámen, nůžky, papír (Kamenj, nožnicy, bumaga) Maxima Osipova. Teoretická část zahrnuje kapitoly, které se věnují autorovi a jeho tvorbě a lingvo-stylistické charakteristice překládané novely. Tato část obsahuje také překladatelský komentář, jehož součástí je metoda překladu a strategie řešení jednotlivých překladatelských problémů stylistické a morfosyntaktické roviny. Dále je v překladatelském komentáři zahrnuta rovina pragmatická, ve které jsou rozebírány reálie, název novely, frazeologie a aluze. Praktickou část tvoří samotný překlad části novely do češtiny. 2017 - Russian This thesis is focused on syncretic phenomena in the system of parts of speech in the Russian language in comparison with the Czech language, especially on adjectives and nouns. The aim is to define the term syncretism in linguistics and essence of transformations within the parts of speech, as well as to define the adjectives and nouns and identify their differential morphological and syntactic characteristics that differentiate them. Based on these characteristics, we have compiled a range of transition between adjectives and nouns, based on which we have illustrated syncretic phenomena. Diplomová práce zkoumá projevy synkretismu a přechodnosti v oblasti slovních druhů v ruštině ve srovnání s češtinou, konkrétně adjektiv a substantiv. Cílem práce je definovat pojem synkretismus v lingvistice a podstatu přechodnosti slovních druhů, dále definovat adjektiva a substantiva a určit diferenční morfologické a syntaktické znaky, které je odlišují. Na základě těchto znaků jsme sestavili škálu přechodnosti mezi adjektivy a substantivy, pomocí níž jsme znázornili synkretické jevy. 2017 - Russian The aim of this thesis is to introduce current production of film subtitles. The work is divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis is focused on producing subtitles from the theoretical point of view. Methods and rules of production and placement of subtitles are described here. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to a practical aspect of the subject matter where the acquired knowledge from the theoretical part is applied to a translation of the film The Champions: Faster. Higher. Stronger. The last part of this work deals with translation methods exemplified by instances gained during translation of the film. Cílem této práce je představení procesu tvorby filmových titulků v současnosti. Práci je možné rozdělit na dvě části. První část práce je věnována teoretickému hledisku titulkování. Jsou zde popsány postupy a pravidla tvorby a umístění titulků. Druhá část práce je věnována praktické stránce, kdy znalosti získané v teoretické části jsou aplikovány na překladu filmu Šampioni: Rychleji. Výše. Silněji. V poslední části práce jsou rozebrány překladatelské metody s uvedenými příklady získanými při překladu filmu. 2017 - Russian This bachelor thesis presents the literary places of Orel. Its aim is to create the guide for these places and show their attraction. The thesis includes these museums: I. S. Turgenev, "Spasskoje-Lutovinovo", N. S. Leskov, I. A. Bunin, L. N. Andreyev and also the Museum of Orel authors and the places conected with these authors. You can also find here the examples from the works by the authors who have already mentioned the town of Orel. The thesis contains my own photographs and the map with the museums as well. Tato bakalářská práce je věnována literárním místům Orla. Jejím cílem je vytvořit průvodce po literárních místech Orla a poukázat na jejich přitažlivost. Práce zahrnuje muzea I. S. 2017 - Russian This thesis is focused on creating a detailed portrait of current Russian society based on examples from the works of Russian writer Darya Dontsova. The paper presents basic information about the author and her work. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with definition of the detective genre and provides basic information about the ironic detective genre. The practical part of the thesis deals with specifics of D. Dontsova's writings and, based on examples of particular works, explores four selected areas related to Russian society: corruption in Russia, realia of everyday life, the Moscow metro and the concept of the new Russians. The conclusion summarizes the results of the work. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na vytvoření obrazu současné ruské společnosti na základě příkladů z děl ruské spisovatelky Darji Doncovové. Práce uvádí základní informace o autorce a jejich dílech. V teoretické části se práce zabývá definicí detektivního žánru a poskytuje základní informace o žánru ironické detektivky. V praktické části se práce zabývá specifiky tvorby D. Doncovové a na základě příkladů z konkrétních děl zkoumá čtyři vybrané oblasti související s ruskou společností: korupce v Rusku, reálie každodenního života, Moskevské metro a pojem noví Rusové. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky práce. 2017 - Russian The subject of the Master´s Thesis is Juvenile Crime (Russian-Czech Comparison). The aim of the thesis was not only to present an idea about the nature and motives of underage and juvenile offenders who commit criminal acts, but also to describe the approach and solution of law enforcement authorities in this case. It also explains the difference between juvenile crime and crime against young people. The thesis is conceived as a comparative work, which analyzes the problém from the point of view of criminal laws of the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The thesis may be further used by experts and professionals who carry out research in this area and do not speak Czech language at the required level. The Master´s Thesis is divided into two parts the theoretical and the practical ones. In the theoretical part, we outline the nature of the criminal law of both countries, the terminology concerining "underage" nad "juvenile" offenders, age borders of criminal liability, the main differences between juvenile crime and crime against young people, and possible measures taken in order to prevent the criminal activity. The practical part consists of specific criminogenic factors in the North Moravian region, the interview given by our consultant the officer of the Police of the Czech Republic, the translation of the original legal acts from the cases handled by the Police of the Czech Republic and four selective dictionaries. The thesis demonstrates the similarities and differences in the area of juvenile crime in two legal systems. Tématem naší diplomové práce je Kriminalita mládeže (v rusko-českém srovnávacím plánu). Cílem dané práce bylo nejen přiblížit podstatu a pohnutky nezletilých a mladistvých ke spáchání provinění a činů jinak trestných, nýbrž i popis přístupu a řešení orgánů činných v trestním řízení v této věci. Snažili jsme se objasnit, jaký je rozdíl mezi trestnou činností mládeže a trestnou činností páchanou na mládeži. Práci jsme pojali komparačně, tudíž uvádíme informace o dané problematice z hlediska trestního práva České republiky a Ruské federace. Práce může posloužit jako materiál k dalšímu využití při obeznámení se a případném výzkumu odlišností dané oblasti pro znalce, experty a odborníky, kteří neovládají český jazyk na potřebné úrovni. Práci dělíme na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se můžeme seznámit s podstatou trestního práva obou zkoumaných států, pojmoslovím "nezletilého" a "mladistvého" pachatele, věkovou hranicí trestní odpovědnosti, hlavními rozdíly mezi kriminalitou mládeže a kriminalitou páchanou na mládeži a v neposlední řadě, jakým způsobem lze bojovat s páchanou trestnou činností. Praktická část se skládá z konkrétních kriminogenních faktorů Severomoravského kraje, rozhovoru poskytnutého naším konzultantem z řad vyšetřovatelů Policie ČR, samotný překlad originálních případů řešených Policií ČR a čtyři výběrové slovníky. Utvrdili jsme se v tom, že v obou právních systémech lze najít podobnosti i odlišnosti v dané problematice. 2017 - Russian Patočka´s interest in Comenius was motivated by his interest in the philosophy of history. The chapter demonstrates Patočka´s concern with Comenius which resultated from Patočka´s focus on the turn from the Christian man to the man without Christiantiy as well as from his interest in the crisis of the modern man. For Patočka, the spiritual transformation, which is the main of civilisation difficulties of the modern humanity lies in replacing one´s “open soul” with a soul that´s “closed”. Patočka approaches Comenius as a thinker who´s difference from the main ideational trend of the modern age might be enormously inspirational in searching for a new spiritual path, whithout which our current humanity has no chance of leading itself out of the crisis that was brought on it by scinetific and technical civilisation; attention is drawn to the issue “pedagogy of the turn” towards the openness in the Post-European period. Interes Jana Patočki k Komenskomu byl motivirovan ego interesom k filosofii istorii. Staťja pokazyvaet, čto vnimanie Patočki k Komenskomu svjazano s ego napravlennostju k probleme pereroždenija christianskogo čeloveka v čeloveka poslechristianskogo i k probleme krizica civilizacii moderna. Soglasno Patočke, duchovnoe prevraščenie, kotoroe stalo glavnoj problemoj čelovečestva epochi moderna, eto zamena “otkrovennoj duši” “dušoj zamknutoj”.
