2023 - francouzský 5 ABSTRACT This bachelor's thesis deals with the phenomenon called "French gallantry" of the 17th century and its various aspects, including etymology, its impact on a certain degree of women's emancipation, preciosity, contemporary manners, salons, gallant love and eroticism, as well as its demise associated with the advent of the French Revolution. The thesis examines the origin of the term "gallantry" whose main significance lies in courteous behaviour towards women and each other. Emphasis is placed on the role gallantry played in women's emancipation, helping them gain social recognition. Inextricably linked to this are salons, the environments that promoted the intellectual exchange of ideas. The thesis also delves into an analysis of gallant literature of the 17th century focusing on themes of love and eroticism, and how they were portrayed in works of the time. The pre-Romantic period put an end to this social phenomenon, focusing on a completely different proclamation of feelings. This thesis aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of French gallantry, using a literary approach based on the analysis texts and works from the period. KEYWORDS French gallantry, a social phenomenon, a gallant man 4 ABSTRAKT Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem zvaným francouzská galantnost 17. století a jejími různými aspekty, včetně etymologie, jejího vlivu na určitý stupeň emancipace žen, preciozity, dobových manýrů, salonů, galantní lásky a erotiky, a také na její zánik, spojený zejména s příchodem Velké Francouzské revoluce. Práce se zabývá původem termínu "galantní", jehož hlavní význam tkví ve zdvořilém chování k ženám a k sobě navzájem. Důraz je kladen na to, jakou roli sehrála galantnost v emancipaci žen a pomohla jim získat uznání ve společnosti. S tím jsou neodlučně spjaty salony, tedy prostředí podporující intelektuální výměnu názorů. Práce se také zabývá analýzou galantní literatury 17. století se zaměřením na témata lásky a erotiky a jejich ztvárnění v dobových literárních dílech. Období romantismu ukončilo tento společenský fenomén a zaměřilo se na zcela jinou proklamaci citů. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat historické kořeny a rysy galantního chování ve francouzské společnosti a tím poskytnout hluboké porozumění francouzské galantnosti s využitím literárního přístupu, založeném na analýze dobových i současných textů a děl. Abrogace obsoletních zákonů ve Francii

2023 - francouzský This thesis attempts to introduce the reader to the issue of obsolete legal regulations, which are an unnecessary burden on the legal system. The legal order is a complex system whose clarity is essential for the functioning of the state. The thesis follows a legal regulation from its inception, through the emergence of obsolescence to its abrogation. As this is a topical issue in the legal field, the sources of the thesis are mainly laws, explanatory reports, statements published on the official websites of political institutions or expert articles. In the first chapters, general theoretical issues are presented, in particular the interpretation of legal terms, the development of the legal order or the reasons for the emergence of the obsolescence. All the information contained here is essential for understanding Mission B.A.L.A.I, which aims to clarify the legal order by abrogating obsolete norms. As part of this initiative, the reader is introduced to the various abrogation laws and also the laws that are abrogated. The thesis also mentions the situation in the Czech Republic, where the same efforts are currently underway. Tato práce se snaží čtenáře seznámit s problematikou obsoletních právních předpisů, které jsou zbytečnou zátěží pro právní řád. Právní řád je složitým komplexním systémem, jehož přehlednost je pro fungování státu zásadní. Práce sleduje právní předpis od jeho vzniku, přes vznik obsolence až po jeho abrogaci. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o aktuální téma z právní oblasti, jsou zdrojem práce především zákony, důvodové zprávy, prohlášení zveřejněná na oficiálních webových stránkách politických institucí či odborné články. V prvních kapitolách je představena obecná teoretická problematika, a to zejména výklad právních termínů, vývoj právního řádu či důvody vzniku obsolence. Všechny informace zde obsažené jsou nezbytné pro pochopení Mission B.A.L.A.I, jejímž cílem je zpřehlednění právního řádu za pomoci abrogace obsoletních norem. Čtenář je v rámci této iniciativy seznámen s jednotlivými abrogačními zákony a též zákony, které jsou abrogovány. 2023 - francouzský This bachelor's thesis approaches the life of Maria Montessori, her pedagogy, and more specifically the teaching of French as a foreign language in Montessori schools. It consists of two parts. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis introduces the reader to the basic terminology in the field of alternative pedagogy, what were the impulses and reasons for the emergence of alternative pedagogy as such and describes the development of alternative pedagogy in the Czech Republic and France. Then it focuses on the life and personality of Maria Montessori and her pedagogy, in particular her principles and methods. The thesis also describes the concept of teaching at Montessori schools, including the role of the teacher in education and the specific features of Montessori pedagogy at second grade of elementary school. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter that introduces the reader to Maria Montessori's legacy and how her pedagogy is widespread. It includes a mapping of Montessori school facilities in the three largest cities of the Czech Republic. The practical part consists of a case study of two Montessori primary schools. The theoretical approach is based on Tzvetan Todorov's definition of fantasy and the horizon of expectations according to the Constance School of Reception Aesthetics. The practical part includes the analysis of questionnaires from reading individual stories. 2023 - francouzský The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to show the topos of Prague in selected works of French surrealist poets connected with Prague, such as Guillaume Apollinaire, Philippe Soupault, André Breton, Paul Éluard and Louis Aragon. The thesis aims to reveal the components of the poetics of city in the given poems or texts and their gradual development, either the coherence or its lack. It will also put into the context the French and Czech relations at that time, mainly with the focus on the literary circles. Způsoby estetizace konzumní společnosti a reklamy ve třech vybraných moderních románech

2023 - francouzský The aim of this thesis is to analyze the means of aestheticizing consumer society and advertising in three works: Frédéric Beigbeder's "99 Francs," Christophe Léon's "Black Friday," and Gauz's "Debout-payé." This selection of works allows us to see the image of consumption from three different angles. In Beigbeder's work, we find the people who produce advertising, Christophe Leon opens up the world of consumption and purchasing, and in Gauz's "Debout-payé," we see people working "standing up" so that others can consume. The narrator in all the novels attempts to convey the image of consumer society, with each narrator choosing their own social level. Our analysis will be based on Jean Baudrillard's theory of consumption and Umberto Eco's thoughts on mass media and communication. Given the position of this work at the intersection of literature and sociology, one chapter will be dedicated to the literary styles that authors choose to aestheticize or "de-aestheticize" consumption. In the other chapters, we will analyze the social aspect of purchasing in the novels. Tato práce se klade za cil analyzovat prostředky estetizace konzumní společnosti a reklamy ve třech dílech: 99 franců od Frédérica Beigbedera, Black Friday od Christopha Léona a Debout- payé od Gauze. Tento výběr nám umožňuje vidět obraz spotřeby ze tří různých stran. U Beigbedera nalezneme lidi, kteří vyrábějí reklamu, Christophe Leon nám otevírá svět spotřeby a nákupu, a jako hlavní problém vidíme spotřebitele. Gauz v Debout-payé nám umožňuje vidět lidi, kteří pracují "na nohou", aby ostatní mohli spotřebovat. Vypravěč v každém románu se snaží předat obraz konzumní společnosti, každý vypravěč si vybírá svou sociální úroveň. Naše analýza bude založena na teorii konzumace Jeana Baudrillarda a myšlenkách Umberta Eca na média a masovou komunikaci. Vzhledem k pozici práce na průsečíku literatury a sociologie bude jedna z kapitol této práce věnována literárním stylům, které autoři volí k estetizaci nebo "odestetizaci" spotřeby. V dalších kapitolách budeme analyzovat sociální stránku nákupu v románech. 2023 - francouzský Les initiatives territoriales ont gagné en importance dans la promotion du développement régional durable, en raison de leur capacité ? tenir compte des particularités et des besoins spécifiques de chaque région. L'Union Européenne encourage d'ailleurs activement de telles initiatives afin d'étendre le développement durable sur l'ensemble de son territoire. Les régions rurales, éloignées des centres urbains ou situées en périphérie des grandes voies de communication, de m?me que celles situées aux fronti?res nationales, peuvent particuli?rement profiter d'une approche de développement durable adaptée ? leurs caractéristiques uniques. Basée sur une étude qualitative comprenant trois entretiens, ce mémoire met en lumi?re le rôle joué par le renforcement de la destination touristique ? Ardenne ? dans le développement durable du territoire transfrontalier ardennais. De mani?re générale, il apparaît que le développement territorial repose sur des ressources, matérielles et immatérielles, propres ? chaque territoire, et qui sont coordonnées et valorisées au sein d'un projet tel que le portefeuille de projets Ardenne Attractivity. Intégrer la dimension durable, conformément ? sa définition premi?re, peut ?tre plus complexe dans un projet territorial. Cependant, la durabilité est manifeste et innovante dans le contexte transfrontalier ardennais, m?me si son intégration dans le projet territorial global demande une réflexion approfondie. Territorial initiatives have gained in importance in the promotion of sustainable regional development, due to their ability to take into account the particularities and specific needs of each region. The European Union is actively encouraging such initiatives in order to extend sustainable development throughout its territory. Rural areas, far from urban centers or located on the periphery of major communication routes, as well as those on national borders, can particularly benefit from a sustainable development approach adapted to their unique characteristics. Based on a qualitative study including three interviews, this thesis highlights the role played by strengthening the "Ardenne" tourist destination in the sustainable development of the Ardennes cross-border territory. Generally speaking, it appears that territorial development is based on resources, both material and immaterial, which are specific to each territory, and which are coordinated and enhanced within a project such as the Ardenne Attractivity project portfolio. Integrating the sustainable dimension, in line with its original definition, can be more complex in a territorial project. However, sustainability is an obvious and innovative concept in the Ardennes cross-border context, even if its integration into the overall territorial project requires further reflection. The guiding question is the following: Did Jean Hyppolite defend a pantragic reading of the dynamics of Hegelian history? We begin with an account of Hegelian studies in France from the beginning of the nineteenth century until the end of the 1930s, when Alexandre Kojève's teachings on the Phenomenology of Spirit came to an end.
