The methodology sets out priority objectives, defines the set of activities and procedures, resources and responsibilities with regard to the organizational environment. It consists on a standardized steps and measures for achieving diversity and improving conditions for reconciliation between work and private life in the workplace in the context of socio-economic conditions of our society. It defines the tools for analysis of organizational needs and for a combination of measures to achieve the set objectives. It also takes into account the nature and structure of an organization and its culture and mission. The methodology is intended for various employers. Metodika vytyčuje prioritní cíle, vymezuje sled aktivit a postupů stejně jako zdroje a odpovědnost s ohledem na organizační prostředí. Spočívá ve standardizovaném postupu kroků a opatření pro dosažení diverzity a ve vylepšení podmínek slaďování pracovního a soukromého života na pracovišti v kontextu sociálně-ekonomických podmínek naší společnosti. Vymezuje nástroje pro analýzu potřeb organizace a pro kombinaci opatření k dosažení vytýčených cílů, bere rovněž v úvahu charakter a strukturu organizace i její kulturu a poslání. Je určena pro různé zaměstnavatelské subjekty.

The methodology describes the process of creation of conceptual document for culture. It deals with culture in the complex way so it enables overlapping with other areas of local development. The process of creation of the document is introduced as a part of broader approach of cultural planning. Involvement of local community and application of participatory approach belong to its key attributes. The methodology is primarily intended for small and mid-size towns. Metodika přibližuje postupy tvorby koncepčních dokumentů pro oblast kultury, které se zabývají oblastí kultury komplexně a umožňují tak přesah do dalších oblastí místního rozvoje. Tvorba dokumentu je uvedena jako součást širšího přístupu kulturního plánování, jehož důležitým aspektem je zapojení místní komunity a uplatnění participativního přístupu. Metodika je primárně určena pro města menší a střední velikosti.
