The influence of the hat on the acoustic characteristics of the singing voice

This bachelor thesis deals with the objectification of acoustic changes in singing with the cover of the head.
Shows the sound material used for the measurement, analyzes in detail the parts of the recording system and justifies used recording hardware. It also focuses on the subsequent digital processing of the audio signal. Subsequently, focuses on the selection of suitable acoustic characteristics in the spectral and time domains and explains how they are calculated.
Based on these characteristics, it concludes that the hat influences the singer's tone in terms of volume, color and vigour. Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá objektivizací akustických změn při zpěvu s pokrývkou hlavy. Nejprve představuje zvukový materiál použitý pro měření, detailně rozebírá jednotlivé členy nahrávacího řetězce a odůvodňuje konkrétně použitý záznamový hardware. Zaměřuje se také na následné číslicové zpracování zvukového signálu. Následně se věnuje výběru vhodných akustických charakteristik ve spektrální i časové oblasti a ozřejmuje způsob jejich výpočtu.
Na základě těchto charakteristik dochází k závěru, že klobouk ovlivňuje pěvcův tón z hlediska hlasitosti, barvy i nosnosti.

The Funding of Music Education in the Czech Republic

The thesis deals with the issues of financing music education in the Czech Republic. The education field is analysed and linked to finance. Music education copying general education is characterised. It consists of three stages – elementary, middle and higher specialised education.The thesis draws from analyses of the Ministry of Education and annual reports on the economic mangement of educational organisations. This is supported by charts containing budget data, numbers of facilities and numbers of students at individual education stages. V bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem financování hudebního školství v České republice. Tento výsek vzdělávání analyzuji a dávám do souvislostí s financováním. Charakterizuji hudební vzdělávání kopírující všeobecné vzdělávání, které je tvořeno třemi stupni, a to základní, střední a vyšší odborné a vysoké vzdělávání.
Práce vychází z analýz a databází Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy a z výročních zpráv o činnosti a hospodaření vzdělávacích institucí. Tuto skutečnost pak dokládám jednotlivými tabulkami o hospodaření (rozpočty), počtu zařízení a počtů studentů jednotlivých stupňů vzdělávání.

Bachelor theses is focused on compositions originaly written for oboe and guitar in
period from the middle of 19th century to the 10s of 21st century. The research introduces life
and work of eight composers. There are Napoleon Coste, Ferdinand Rebay, Karl Pilss, Barna
Kováts, Bruno Bartolozzi, Tom Eastwood, Toru Takemitsu and Peter Dayton in the selection.
The bachelor theses looks for what motivates composers to compose for oboe and guitar.

Bakalářská práce představuje výběr skladeb originálně napsaných pro hoboj a kytaru
v období od poloviny 19. století do druhé dekády 21. století. Formou rešerše seznamuje
s životem a dílem osmi skladatelů. Jsou to Napoleon Coste, Ferdinand Rebay, Karl Pilss, Barna
Kováts, Bruno Bartolozzi, Tom Eastwood, Toru Takemitsu a Peter Dayton. Dále se práce
zaměřuje se na motivaci, která autory vedla k napsání díla pro hoboj a kytaru. Zkoumá
souvislosti vzniku a hledá konkrétního hobojistu/konkrétní hobojistku či kytaristu/kytaristku,
kterým mohla být skladba věnována.

introduction:
The theme of the thesis is based on personal experience. In 2016, I intuitively felt that artists working with thematic themes would start to harden in their approach and make the creation more radical. So I wrote in the bathroom on the mirror the statement FUCK HARDER IN 2K17. It turned out I was right, and indeed 2017 was a sign of radicalism in more directions - from visual art, video clips, music, pop culture to fashion photography. In my work I would like to concentrate on this subject and selected artist from all over the world. Understand your perception of this phenomenon over the current work of selected artists, and on the basis of this you can easily indicate the further development of these artists. The selection of artists will be key to the work and will be intuitive, complemented by interviews with artists. Intuition at work will be the next key to link everything you can imagine. Téma se odkazuje k současné světové tvorbě queer umělců. Cílem této práce je ilustrovat na příkladech osobní teorii o radikálnějším přístupu v queer kultuře, informovat o nových přístupech v queer umění a fluidně spojovat jisté sounáležitosti.

úvod:
Téma práce vychází z osobní zkušenosti. V roce 2016 jsem intuitivně cítil, že umělci pracující s queer tématy začnou ve svém přístupu přitvrzovat a tvorba bude radikálnější. Napsal jsem proto v koupelně na zrcadlo statement FUCK HARDER IN 2K17. Ukázalo se, že jsem měl pravdu a opravdu rok 2017 byl ve znamení radikalismu na více směrů – od vizuálního umění, videoklipy, hudbu, pop kulturu až k módni fotografii. Ve své práci bych se tudíž rád zaměřil na toto téma a vybrané umělce z celého světa. Podložit své povšimnutí tohoto fenoménu skrze aktuální tvorbu vybraných umělců a na její bázi lehce naznačit další vývoj těchto radikálně tvořících umělců. Samotný výběr umělců bude klíčový pro celé téma práce a bude intuitivní, doplněný o rozhovory s umělci. Intuice v práci bude dalším klíčem na jehož základě budu spojovat vše co si dokážete představit.

ND FILTRATION WITH DIGITAL CINEMA CAMERAS

This thesis concerns the possibilities of neutral density filters which are used on digital cameras. It is focused on the development of filters, information about technological innovations and solutions. Understanding this issue is an important part of the cinematographer's work, as neutral density filters are the most used filters, especially in the exteriors. The theoretical knowledge is used in the practical part of the thesis focused on camera filter testing. Práce se zabývá možnostmi šedých filtrů při snímaní na digitální kamery. Mapuje vývoj filtrů, obsahuje informace o technologických novinkách a řešeních. Porozumění této problematice je důležitou součástí práce kameramana, neboť šedé filtry jsou nejpoužívanějších kameramanovým filtrem, především v exteriérech. Teoretické poznatky jsou využity v praktické části práce soustředěné na testování filtrů na kamerách.

The first phase of this work, I would like to dedicate a few sociological analysis
concepts arising under the influence of postmodern and mark them as key concepts,
which I will use for my diploma thesis.
In the next phase I want to understand how much we can trace the roots of this topic in the
history.
And the final phase I want to present the term "Imitacianismus» as designating
art term with using media avatars. In order to well
analyze this issue, I want to examine some examples of artworks that are
associated with it. První fázi této práce bych chtěla věnovat analýze několika sociologickým
pojmům, vznikajících pod postmoderním vlivem a označít je jako klíčové koncepty,
které budu používat po dobu mé diplomové práce.
V další fázi chci pochopit, jak moc lze vysledovat kořeny tohoto tématu.
A finální etapou chci představit termín «Imitacianismus» jako pojem označující
umění při použití medialních avatarů. To znamená, že využívají alter ego nebo alter
situace vytvořené v prostoru sociálních médií. Aby bylo možné dobře
analyzovat toto téma, chci prozkoumat některé příklady uměleckých děl, které jsou
s ním spojeny.

Bachelor thesis The Additional Right Hand Techniques Used in Classical Guitar Playing serves a very expert publication dedicated in particular to the classical guitar players and music composers interested in the possibilities of this instrument. This thesis presents almost a complete summary of right hand guitar techniques (in terms of left-handed, the author means the hand that strums the strings). The layout of this literal work presents four main pillars – an excursion into the historical context, detailed view on nail role in the guitar playing (supported by quantitative questionnaire), melodic & accords techniques and percussive techniques. This thesis devotes to the playing techniques of classical guitar players, but with an overlap to another discipline, like flamenco. Bakalářská práce Doplňující prostředky užívané při hře na kytaru (pravá ruka) je velice úzce odborná publikace určená zejména hráčům na klasickou kytaru, ale i skladatelům chystajícím se pro tento nástroj něco zkomponovat. Práce představuje přehled téměř všech známých technik hry pravou rukou na kytaru (aby nedošlo ke zmatení v případě levorukých hráčů – jedná se o ruku, která rozeznívá struny drnkáním). Autorka rozděluje svou práci na čtyři hlavní části – exkurz do historického kontextu, detailní pohled na roli nehtů v kytarové hře (argumentačně podložen kvantitativním výzkumem formou dotazníku), techniky melodicko-akordické a techniky perkusivní. Tato práce se věnuje rozboru technik hry používaných zejména u klasických kytaristů, ale svým záběrem zasahuje i do okrajových disciplín, jako je například flamenco.

Music in crematoria and tradition of the krematorium Pardubice artistic group

The bachelor thesis deals with music in the crematoria and tradition of the artistic team of the crematorium in Pardubice. The first chapter characterizes the meaning and tradition of funeral ceremonies across history and religious denominations. The second one describes the history of crematoria in Bohemia and Europe. The third chapter is about the architecture of the Pardubice crematorium and the fourth one depicts the beginning of the local musical production and artistic background. The fifth chapter deals with the development of the artistic group in Pardubice, it provides a list of all the musicians who have worked here between 1923 and 2018. The last chapter defines the repertoire of the ensemble and its development. Bakalářská práce se zabývá hudbou v krematoriích a tradicí uměleckého kolektivu krematoria Pardubice. První kapitola charakterizuje význam a tradice smutečních obřadů napříč historií a náboženských denominací. Druhá kapitola přibližuje historii krematorií v Čechách a Evropě. Třetí kapitola se věnuje architektuře pardubického Krematoria, čtvrtá pak počátkům zdejší hudební produkce a uměleckému zázemí. Stěžejní pátá kapitola se věnuje vývoji uměleckého kolektivu Pardubice a přináší soupis všech hudebníků, kteří zde působili v letech 1923 až 2018. Poslední šestá kapitola definuje repertoár souboru a jeho vývoj.

ILJA HURNÍK AND HIS BENEFITS TO PIANO TEACHING

This bachelor degree thesis focuses on the work of a famous Czech composer, pianist, writer and teacher; Ilja Hurník. Most of his teaching methods and piano works were created for children. The thesis also summarizes research on how favored these works are among piano teachers and children, as well as, how they enrich their subjects.
After the introduction, Hurník's life is shortly described. This is then followed by an abridged list of his musical non‑piano work and his books to help orient the reader. The following chapter deals with his piano work, teaching compositions for children and his principles of teaching. This chapter is further broken down and contains partial lists of the works relating to these areas.
The final part of the thesis is a research of the popularity of Hurník’s pieces created for the purpose of teaching. The research was done through a questionnaire and the answers of the respondents are processed quantitatively. The form of the questionnaire was a simple rating system (yes/no or never/sometimes/often/always tick boxes) and free from comments were not used. These responses were then tabulated and the answers summarized. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá slavným českým skladatelem, klavíristou, spisovatelem a pedagogem Iljou Hurníkem, a to zejména jeho pedagogickými a instruktivními klavírními díly a pedagogickými metodami. Obsahuje také výzkum, nakolik jsou jeho instruktivní díla oblíbená a jaké obohacení pedagogům i žákům klavírní hry přinášejí.
Po úvodu je čtenáři představen Hurníkův život. Následuje orientační výčet jeho hudebního i slovesného díla. Ke klavírnímu a instruktivnímu dílu jsou přiřazeny kapitoly, které podrobně rozebírají nejvýznamnější zásady jeho klavírní pedagogiky a nejpoužívanější instruktivní díla pro výuku dětí.
Poslední část práce se zabývá výzkumem oblíbenosti jeho děl, provedeným formou dotazníku; získaná data jsou zpracována kvantitativně.
