Zařízení pro sběr dat v oblasti monitorování potravinového řetězce

The goal of this thesis is to explore the legal and practical requirements of food chain monitoring in different types of storage facilities and to design and build an IoT sensor based on gathered data and real-life requirements. The thesis features a short description of legal requirements for food storage safety and food storage techniques. It also explores real life conditions and devices used in food storage monitoring in goverment-ran facilities. The thesis describes IoT sensor design using discovered leagal requirements and data gathered from observations and consultations. It features an abstract design concept, selesction process of electronic components, schemtics design and PCB design for and IoT sesnsor. The thesis then describes hardware assembly as well as enclosure CAD design with the requirement of minimal size. It also describes firmware developement process, features of this sensor and describes best practices for firmware developement for battery powered IoT devices. Finally, it evaluates collected data and explores possible future developement. Cieľom tejto práce je preskúmať zákonné a praktické požiadavky na monitorovanie prostredia v rôznych druhoch skladov potravín a na základe zistených poznatkov navrhnúť a vyhotoviť IoT senzor. Práca zahŕňa krátke zhrnutie spôsobu skladovania potravín a prieskum zákonných požiadaviek kladených na prevádzkovateľov skladov. Ďalej sa práca venuje prieskumu skutočných procesov a zariadení na monitorovanie skladov, požiadaviek a postrehov prevádzkovateľov so zameraním na verejný sektor. Výsledkom nazbieraných dát, zákonných a praktických požiadaviek je návrh a vyhotovenie elektronického zariadenia, ktorému sa práca podrobne venuje. Súčasťou návrhu je abstraktný koncept, výber vhodných elektronických komponentov, vytvorenie elektronickej schémy a návrh plošného spoja. Ďalej sa práca venuje vyhotoveniu elektroniky a dizajnu krabičky s ohľadom na minimálnu možnú veľkosť. V práci je tiež popísaný firmvér, aspekty vývoja firmvéru pre batériou napájané zariadenia s nízkou spotrebou a dlhou výdržou. Práca sa tiež venuje vyhodnoteniu dát nazbieraných počas testovania a možnostiam ďalšieho vývoja.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the digitalization of the sports ground booking agenda, primarily based on the requirements of TJ Ochoz u Brna, but the system is also applicable to other small or medium-sized sports clubs. The system is intended to make the timetable of sports grounds in the municipality more transparent, to facilitate the creation of bookings for the sports grounds in question for the residents and to relieve the responsible persons from maintaining and using different systems for managing bookings, such as various Google or Excel spreadsheets or writing them down on plain paper. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je digitalizácia agendy rezervácie športovísk, primárne založené na požiadavkách TJ Ochoz u Brna, ale systém je aplikovateľný aj pre iné malé alebo stredné športoví kluby. Systém má za úlohu zprehľadniť časový harmonogram športovísk v obci, uľahčiť vytvorenie rezervácie na dané športoviská pre obyveteľov a odbremeniť zodpovedné osoby od udržovania a používania rôznych systémov na správu rezervácií, ako napríklad rôzne Google či Excel tabuľky alebo zapisovanie na obyčajný papier.

The aim of this thesis is to design and implement an information system for a specific company where the existing solution needs to be replaced. This information system focuses on the execution of business processes, otherwise known as workflows that are defined in the BPMN standard. The new system is divided into a client part in the form of a web application and a server part running in the Node.js runtime environment. The implementation language of both parts is TypeScript. Communication between the system parts as well as with other systems used in the company is done through REST API. The new information system allows the company to leave the rigid and cumbersome form of the executed processes behind, replacing them with visually configurable diagrams run by the Camunda platform. Cieľom tejto práce je navrhnúť a implementovať informačný systém pre konkrétnu firmu, kde treba nahradiť stávajúce riešenie. Tento informačný systém sa zameriava na vykonávanie podnikových procesov, inak nazvané procesy workflow, ktoré sú definované v štandarde BPMN. Nový systém sa delí na klientskú časť v podobe webovej aplikácie a na serverovú časť bežiacu v prostredí Node.js. Implementačným jazykom je v oboch prípadoch jazyk TypeScript. Komunikácia medzi súčasťami, ako aj s ďalšími systémami vo firme prebieha rozhraniami štýlu REST. Nový informačný systém firme prináša rozviazanie pevnej a ťažkopádnej podoby vykonávaných procesov, ktoré nahrádza vizuálne konfigurovateľnými diagramami na platforme Camunda.

Novostavba bytového domu v Moravských Budějovicích

The apartment building is located on parcels number 1512/6 and 1512/7 in the cadastral area of the town of Moravské Budějovice. The building has 3 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. On the first above-ground floor, there are two apartments with a layout of 3+KK, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility or orientation. The second and third above-ground floors are identical, with each containing two apartments with a layout of 3+KK and one apartment with a layout of 2+KK. In the first underground floor, there are storage rooms for each apartment, a communal room, a utility room, and a storage area. In total, the residential building contains eight apartment units. The entire building, including apartment number 102, is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The load-bearing exterior walls of the above-ground floors are designed from ceramic blocks, while the underground floor is constructed from formwork blocks. The foundation structures are made of strip foundations from plain concrete. The ceiling structures are designed from prefabricated prestressed panels. The staircase, including landings, is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. The roof is a heavy, single-layer, flat roof. Novostavba bytového domu je umiestnená na parcelách číslo 1512/6 a 1512/7 v katastrálnom území mesta Moravské Budějovice. Budova má 3 nadzemné poschodia a 1 podzemné poschodie. Na prvom nadzemnom poschodí sa nachádzajú dva byty 3+KK, z ktorých jeden je určený pre ľudí so zníženou schopnosťou pohybu alebo orientácie. Druhé a tretie nadzemné poschodia sú identické, pričom na každom z nich sa nachádzajú dve bytové jednotky 3+KK a jedna bytová jednotka 2+KK. V prvom podzemnom poschodí sa nachádzajú pivničné kóje pre každú bytovú jednotku, spoločenská miestnosť, technická miestnosť a sklad. Celkom sa v bytovom dome nachádza 8 bytových jednotiek. Celý objekt, vrátane bytu číslo 102, je navrhnutý ako bezbariérový. Obvodové nosné konštrukcie nadzemných poschodí sú navrhnuté z keramických tvárnic, podzemné poschodie je tvorené z debniacich tvárnic. Základové konštrukcie sú tvorené základovými pásmi z prostého betónu. Stropné konštrukcie sú navrhnuté z prefabrikovaných predpätých panelov. Schodisko vrátane podest je prefabrikované železobetónové. Strecha je ťažká, jednoplášťová, plochá.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a tool for processing and converting nanopore signals. It starts by explaining the development of sequencing technologies, then introduces data formats containing information generated by nanopore sequencing, and finally introduces the reader to the conversion of a signal to a nucleotide sequence by a process called basecalling. The practical part addresses the implementation of a tool capable of searching for a selected nucleotide sequence in the generated reads, the export of selected sequencing run data as files of appropriate format, and the visualization of a signal of a selected read with the nucleotide positions highlighted. Táto bakalárska práca je venovaná návrhu nástroja pre spracovanie a konverziu nanopórových signálov. V úvode čitateľovi objasňuje vývoj sekvenačných technológií, následne približuje formáty dát obsahujúce informácie vzniknuté nanopórovým sekvenovaním a nakoniec zoznamuje čitateľa s konverziou signálu na nukleotidovú sekvenciu procesom zvaným basecalling. Praktická časť je venovaná implementácii nástroja schopného vyhľadávania zvolenej nukleotidovej sekvencie vo vytvorených čítaniach, exportu vybraných dát sekvenačného behu v podobe súborov vhodného formátu a vizualizácie signálu so zvýraznenými pozíciami nukleotidov.

Velké jazykové modely pro generování kódu se zaměřením na vestavěné systémy

The goal of this work was to adapt a pre-trained language model for the purpose of generating code in the field of embedded systems. The work introduces a new dataset for fine-tuning code generation models, consisting of 50,000 pairs of source code and comments focused on embedded systems programming. This dataset is composed of collected source code from the GitHub platform. Two new language models for code generation, based on transformer architecture pre-trained models, were fine-tuned on the data of the new corpus. Model MicroCoder is based on the CodeLLaMA-Instruct 7B model, and during its fine-tuning, the QLoRA technique was used to minimize computational requirements. The second model, MicroCoderFIM, is based on the StarCoderBase 1B model and supports code infilling. The individual models were compared based on BLEU, CodeBLEU, ChrF++, and ROUGE-L metrics. Model MicroCoderFIM achieves the best adaptation results to the new task, with over 120% improvement in all measured metrics. The weights of the models along with the new dataset are freely accessible on a public repository. Cieľom tejto práce bola adaptácia predtrénovaného jazykového modelu pre účely generovania kódu v oblasti vstavaných systémov. V práci je predstavená nová dátová sada pre ladenie modelov generovania kódu, ktorá obsahuje 50 tisíc dvojíc zdrojového kódu a komentárov zameraných na oblasť programovania vstavaných systémov. Táto sada je zložená zo zozbieraného zdrojového kódu z platformy GitHub. Na dátach nového korpusu boli ladené dva nové jazykové modely pre generovanie kódu založené na predtrénovaných modeloch s architektúrou transformer. Model MicroCoder je založený na modeli CodeLLaMA-Instruct 7B a pri jeho ladení bola využitá technika QLoRA pre minimalizáciu výpočtových nárokov ladenia. Druhý model, MicroCoderFIM, je založený na modeli StarCoderBase 1B a podporuje vyplňovanie kódu na základe okolia (fill-in-the-middle). Jednotlivé modely boli porovnávané na základe metrík BLEU, CodeBLEU, ChrF++ a ROUGE-L. Model MicroCoderFIM dosahuje najlepšie výsledky adaptácie na novú úlohu, pričom zaznamenal viac ako 120% zlepšenie vo všetkých meraných metrikách. Váhy modelov spolu s novou dátovou sadou sú voľne prístupné na verejnom úložisku.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of transmutation of spent nuclear fuel. It describes the accelerator driven transmutator as well as its individual components. Examples of specific projects such as MYRRHA and CiADS are also given. The main objective of the thesis is the investigation of material properties of the spallation granular target. Compounds of heavy and light elements have been considered. Their physical properties, the number of neutrons generated by interaction with impinging proton beam and the resulting neutron energy spectrum were compared. The calculations were performed using the TALYS program. Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje problematike transmutácie vyhoreného jadrového paliva. Opisuje urýchľovačom riadený transmutor, ako aj jeho jednotlivé komponenty. Sú uvedené aj príklady konkrétnych projektov, ako sú MYRRHA a CiADS. Hlavným cieľom práce je skúmanie materiálov spalačného guľôčkového terča. Porovnávali sa fyzikálne vlastnosti materiálov, produkcia neutrónov generovaných interakciou s dopadajúcim protónovým zväzkom a výsledné energetické spektrum neutrónov. Výpočty boli robené pomocou programu TALYS.

This bachelor thesis deals with the authentication of user with key element of information security. It presents various methos of user protection and authentication. The first chapter is dedicated to diverse types of authentications, such as single-factor, two-factor, and multi-factor authentication, with emphasis on password protection and possible attacks on passwords. It also describes other security methos, such as security tokens and biometric systems. Which can be used for user authentication. The second chapter focuses on passwords managers, specifically the applications LastPass, KeePassXC and Bitwarden. The third chapter describes the design of a password manager with multi-factor authentication, its interface, and functions such as record manipulation, password generation and synchronization between devices. The security of the password manager is also discussed. The fourth chapter is devoted to the implementation of the password managers. Its security, synchronization, advantages, limitations, and possible improvements. The conclusion summarizes the main findings and results of the thesis. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá autentizáciou užívateľa ako kľúčovým prvkom informačnej bezpečnosti. Predstavuje rôzne metódy ochrany a autentizácie používateľov. Prvá kapitola sa venuje rôznym typom autentizácie, ako je jednofaktorová, dvojfaktorová a viacfaktorová autentizácia. Dôraz sa kladie na ochranu hesiel a možné útoky na heslá. Popisuje ďalšie bezpečnostné metódy ako sú bezpečnostné tokeny a biometrické systémy, ktoré je možné využiť na autentizáciu používateľa. Druhá kapitola sa zameriava na správcov hesiel. Popisuje konkrétne na aplikácie LastPass, KeePassXC a Bitwarden. Tretia opisuje návrh správcu hesiel s viacfaktorovou autentizáciou, jeho rozhranie a funkcie ako sú manipulácia so záznamami, generovanie hesla a synchronizácia medzi zariadeniami. Následne je rozoberaná bezpečnosť správcu hesiel. Štvrtá kapitola je venovaná implementácii správcu hesiel. Jej zabezpečeniu, synchronizácii, výhodám, limitom a možným vylepšeniam. V závere sú zhrnuté hlavné zistenia a výsledky práce.

This bachelor’s thesis aims to design an information system for the organization Mensa Slovakia, whose current information system is insufficient for its needs. The proposed information system aims to simplify work for the organization's management, groups within the~organisation, and other users. This thesis analyzes the organization's requirements, focuses on system design, and summarizes user testing of the system. The information system was designed in PHP, with the front end designed in HTML using the template engine Twig and the CSS framework Tailwind CSS. The database was implemented using the relational database system MySQL. The main outcome of the work is a functional prototype of~the~information system for the organization Mensa Slovakia. Cieľom tejto práce je navrhnúť informačný systém pre organizáciu Mensa Slovensko, ktorej aktuálny informačný systém nie je pre jej potreby dostačujúci. Navrhovaný informačný systém má za cieľ zjednodušiť prácu ako vedeniu organizácie, tak aj záujmovým skupinám a~ďalším užívateľom. Táto bakalárska práca analyzuje požiadavky organizácie, venuje sa návrhu systému a sumarizuje testovanie systému užívateľmi. Informačný systém bol navrhnutý v jazyku PHP, pričom frontend bol navrhnutý v jazyku HTML za pomoci šablónovacieho jazyka Twig a CSS frameworku Tailwind CSS. Databáza bola implementovaná za pomoci relačného databázového systému MySQL. Hlavným výsledkom práce je funkčný prototyp informačného systému pre organizáciu Mensa Slovensko.

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of an application that utilizes gamification elements to support the education of students at VUT. The application allows both students and teachers to create quiz questions and compete for points and rankings in challenge mode. Students can track their progress, compare it with others, and thereby motivate themselves to achieve better results. Additionally, a system of achievements and rewards is proposed, although it has not yet been implemented, but it represents an opportunity to expand the functionality of this application. Táto práca sa zaoberá vytvorením návrhu a implementáciou aplikácie, ktorá využíva gamifikačné prvky na podporu vzdelávania študentov VUT. Aplikácia umožňuje študentom aj vyučujúcim vytvárať otázky vo forme kvízov a zároveň v móde výzva získavať body a následne sa umiestniť v rebríčku. Študenti môžu vidieť svoj pokrok porovnávať ho s ostatnými a týmto sa motivovať k lepším výsledkom. Okrem tohto je navrhnutý aj systém úspechov a odmien, ktorý však ešte nebol implementovaný avšak predstavuje možnosť rozšírenia funkcionality tejto aplikácie.
