The subject of the thesis is the design of traffic zone 30 in the city of Tišnov. The main reason is the layout of the streets Bezručova, Na Hrádku, Svatopluka Čecha, Chodníček, Hřbitovní and the level crossing Svatopluka Čecha. The newly designed local roads are intended to ensure safe driving in this addressed location and to separate the traffic area from the associated one. In this work, 6 variants are proposed, of which only one variant is selected for further elaboration. Předmětem diplomové práce je navržení dopravní zóny 30 ve městě Tišnov. Hlavním důvodem je dispoziční upravení ulic Bezručova, Na Hrádku, Svatopluka Čecha, Chodníček, Hřbitovní a úrovňové křižovatky Svatopluka Čecha. Nově navržené místní komunikace mají zajistit bezpečnou jízdu v této řešené lokalitě a oddělení dopravního prostoru od přidruženého. V této práci je navrženo 6 variant, z toho je vybrána do větší rozpracovanosti pouze jedna varianta.

Analysis of supply chains of construction companies in the Czech Republic and Moldova

The master’s thesis analyses the factors influencing the continuity of supply chains in Czech and Moldovan construction companies, focusing on the supply chain of concrete mixes. The theoretical part explains key concepts in logistics, supply chains and marketing research. The practical part examines the relationships and processes between supplier and client of ready-mixed concrete in both countries. Based on the results, recommendations for improvements in production and distribution are proposed, and an evaluation criterion for suppliers is developed. Diplomová práce analyzuje faktory ovlivňující plynulost dodavatelských řetězců v českých a moldavských stavebních firmách, se zaměřením na dodavatelský řetězec betonových směsí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny klíčové pojmy v logistice, dodavatelských řetězcích a marketingovém výzkumu. Praktická část zkoumá vztahy a procesy mezi dodavatelem a objednavatelem betonových směsí v obou zemích. Na základě výsledků byla navržena doporučení pro zlepšení v oblasti výroby a distribuce, a vytvořeno hodnotící kritérium pro dodavatele.

Rehabilitation of sewer networks with the implementation of elements for rainwater management

This thesis focused on the possibilities of rehabilitation of the sewer network with the implementation of rainwater management elements (HDV), respectively blue-green infrastructure (MZI). In the first part of the thesis, the most used rehabilitation methods are reviewed and the rainwater management respectively blue-green infrastructure elements are divided and described. In the second practical part of the thesis, the acquired knowledge is applied to the study of the rehabilitation of the sewer network with the implementation of elements for rainwater management in the street Pod Soudním vrchem in Znojmo. A suitable rehabilitation technology (CIPP lining) was designed and economically evaluated for the site of interest and elements for rainwater management (two underground retention tanks and one underground infiltration retention tank) were designed and implemented, for which investment costs associated with the construction were determined. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřila na možnosti sanace stokové sítě s implementací prvků pro hospodaření s dešťovou vodou (HDV), respektive modro-zelené infrastruktury (MZI). V první části diplomové práce je provedena rešerše nejpoužívanějších sanačních metod a dále jsou zde rozděleny a popsány prvky pro hospodaření s dešťovou vodou, respektive prvky modro-zelené infrastruktury. Ve druhé praktické části diplomové práce jsou získané poznatky aplikovány na zpracování studie sanace stokové sítě s implementací prvků pro hospodaření s dešťovou vodou na ulici Pod Soudním vrchem ve městě Znojmo. Pro zájmovou lokalitu byla navržena a ekonomicky zhodnocena vhodná sanační technologie (CIPP vystýlka) a dále zde byly navrženy a implementovány prvky pro hospodaření s dešťovou vodou (dvě podzemní retenční nádrže a jedna podzemní vsakovací retenční nádrž), pro které se stanovily investiční náklady spojené s výstavbou.

The master‘s thesis deals with the design of heating and hot water preparation for the panel house G57 in Brno. The thesis consists of three parts, namely theoretical, computational and experimental. The theoretical part deals with the indoor environment of buildings. The calculation part deals with the complete design of the building's heating. Two variants of the design of the heat source are made, the first variant is a central heat supply and the second is a cascade of three heat pumps. Hot water preparation, fittings, circulation pumps, security devices and other equipment are designed for both heat source variants. The experimental part contains the measurement of selected parameters of the indoor environment in 3 different objects for housing. The task of the measurement was to find out whether the criteria of the indoor environment of the objects for living are met. Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vytápění a přípravy teplé vody pro panelový dům G57 v Brně. Práce se skládá ze tří částí, a to teoretické, výpočtové a experimentální. Teoretická část se zabývá vnitřním prostředím budov. Výpočtová část se zabývá kompletním návrhem vytápění objektu. Jsou provedeny dvě varianty návrhu zdroje tepla, první variantou je centrální zásobování teplem a druhou je kaskáda tří tepelných čerpadel. K obou variantám zdroje tepla je navržena příprava teplé vody, armatury, oběhová čerpadla, zabezpečovací zařízení a další zařízení. Experimentální část obsahuje měření vybraných parametrů vnitřního prostředí ve 3 různých objektech pro bydlení. Úkolem měření bylo zjistit, zda jsou dodržena kritéria vnitřního prostředí objektů pro bydlení.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building of an environmental metal boarding house for the elderly with almost zero energy consumption. The guest house is a free-standing building with four floors and a middle tube, which is five floors. The first floor is more accessible to the public, there is a cafe, a social hall, offices, but also a nurse's office or technical facilities. The second to fourth floors are used for housing seniors in separate housing units. The total number of seniors who can stay here is 60. The first part of the documentation deals with the building permit for the construction in question. The entire object is made of a masonry ceramic system, which are horizontally interspersed with a monolithic ceiling slab. The facade on the first floor consists of wooden paneling, on the 2nd floor to the 4th floor there is already a facade plastered with silicone plaster. The roof structure consists of two different types, namely a walkable extensive green roof and an operational one with a roof rack. The second part of the work is focused on the engineering of the building environment, where concepts for the building's water supply were created. Furthermore, the concept of loading rainwater was solved, which is solved by a system of accumulation in a concrete sump with an overflow into a soaking device. The use of rainwater for irrigation or flushing is considered here. Heat pumps (ground / water) were chosen as a source of heating and cooling, which provide us with heat in the winter and cold in the summer. DHW is solved as an indirect heating tank, which is heated by the already mentioned heat pumps. In order for the object to meet all the requirements of today's building, we had to install forced ventilation or cooling of individual rooms for ideal thermal comfort in the summer. The concept of photovoltaic panels and the design of suitable lighting in individual rooms were also dealt with in the given part. The last part of the thesis dealt with the assessment of the source of heat and cold with regard to the consumed energy, acquisition and operating costs. The result of the given energy assessment should be the selection of a suitable source for the building in question. Sowtfare used in the work: Autocad 21, Archicad 25, Lumion, Altrea Duplex, AeroCAD, Deksoft, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby environmetálního penzionu pro seniory s téměr nulovou spotřebou energie. Penzion je samostatně stojící se čtyřmi podlažími a prostředním tubusem, který je pěti podlažní. První patro je více přístupné věřejnosti, nachází se zde kavárna, společenský sál, kanceláře, ale také sesterna nebo technické zázemí. V druhé až čtvrté podlaží slouží pro bydlení seniorů v samostatných bytových jednotkách. Celkový počet seniorů, který se zde může ubyvat je 60. První část dokumentace se zabývá stavebním povolením na řešenou stavbu. Celý objekt je ze zděného keramického systému, které jsou vodorovně proloženy monolitickou stropní deskou. Fasáda v prvním podlaží je tvořena dřevěným obložením, v úrovní 2.NP až 4.NP se již nachází fasáda omítnuta silikonovou omítkou. Střešní konstrukce je tvořena dvěma různými typy, a to je pochozí extenzivní zelená střecha a provozní s kačírkem. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na techniku prostředí staveb, kde byly zhotoveny koncepce na zásobování objektu vodou. Dále se řešila koncepce nákladání dešťových vod, která je vyřešena systémem akumulace do betonové jímky s přepadem do vsakovacího zařízení. Využití dešťové vody na zalívku či splachování je zde v úvahu. Jako zdroj vytápění a chladu byly zvoleny tepelné čerpadla (země / voda), které nám přes zimu vytváří teplo a v létě chlad. TUV je vyřešeno jako nepřímotopný zásobník, který je ohříván již zmiňovanými tepelnými čerpadly. Aby objekt splnil veškeré nároky dnešní doby na budovu museli jsme instalovat nucené větrání či chlazení jednotlivých místnosti pro ideální tepelnou pohodu v letním období. V dané části se řešila také koncepce fotovoltaických panelů či návrh vhodného osvětlení v jednotlivých místnostech. Poslední část v diplomové prace se zabývala posouzením zdroje tepla a chladu s ohledem na spotřebovanou energii, pořizovací a provozní náklady. Výsledkem daného energetického posouzení má být výběr vhodného zdroje pro řešenou budovu. The diploma thesis describes the issue of marketing strategy and marketing plan for the set goals of the Nová Zbrojovka development project. The thesis analyzes the effectiveness of the used marketing tools and comes up with proposals for further use of the analyzed marketing tools. Based on the acquired data, a suitable strategy was selected for the development project to achieve marketing goals. The thesis outlines the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in marketing. Diplomová práca popisuje problematiku marketingovej stratégie a marketingového plánu pre stanovené ciele developerského projektu Nová Zbrojovka. Práca analyzuje účinnosť používaných marketingových nástrojov a prichádza s návrhmi na ďalšie použitie analyzovaných marketingových nástrojov. Na základe nadobudnutých dát bola pre developerský projekt vybraná vhodná stratégia pre dosiahnutie marketingových cieľov. Práca načrtá možnosti využitia umelej inteligencie v marketingu.

The influence of the magnitude of normal forces on nonlinear seismic analysis

The thesis is focused on studying the influence of the magnitude of normal forces and loads on the nonlinear dynamic analysis. Pushover method and nonlinear time history analysis were used to solve these problems. A number of numerical models with different nonlinearities and progressively increasing loads have been developed. The results were then compiled into graphs and tables for comparison. RFEM 5, RFEM 6 and a program in Python were used for the calculations. Diplomová práce se zabývá studií vlivu velikosti normálových sil a zatížení na nelineární dynamickou analýzu. K řešení těchto úloh byly použity metody postupného přitěžování a nelineární výpočet časového průběhu. Bylo vytvořeno množství numerických modelů s různými nelinearitami a postupně se zvyšujícím zatížením. Výsledky byly následně zpracovány do grafů a tabulek pro porovnání. K výpočtům byly použity programy RFEM 5, RFEM 6 a program vytvořený v jazyce Python.

The master´s thesis deals with design of a multipurpose sports hall in Třebechovice pod Orebem. The subject of the master´s thesis is elaboration od a part of the project documentation for the construction realization. The main goal includes designing a layout and construction solution of the building. On the 1st floor there is an entrance with staircase, changing rooms for athletes, a technical room and a sports hall. On the 2nd floor there is a small hall and boardroom, refreshment with terrace and an auditorium. The building will have a role of civic amenities of the city. Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem víceúčelové sportovní haly v Třebechovicích pod Orebem. Předmětem zpracování je projektová dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Hlavním cílem je návrh dispozičního a konstrukčního řešení objektu. V 1NP se nachází vstupní hala se schodištěm, šatny pro sportovce, technická místnost a sportovní hala. Ve 2NP potom malý a zasedací sál, občerstvení s terasou a hlediště. Objekt bude plnit funkci občanské vybavenosti města.

The master´s thesis addresses the development of project documents for an atypical administrative building with the working title “Hodkovičky Office”. The structure is situated on multiple plots, which will be consolidated into two cadastral numbers. The administration building comprises 6 above-ground floors and 1st and 6th underground floors. Housing the technical facilities of the structure. The underground levels also feature parking spaces. The entrance is located in the southwest part of the plot. In the 1st floor access to the above-ground floors will be through a turnstile or security checkpoint. Additionally, these space can be utilized for large gatherings or private meetings. Floor 2-4 consist of office areas with individual rooms or open space layouts. The 5st floor is designated for office spaces for senior management. The building is a monolithic reinforced concrete combined structure with a central reinforcing core. The floors are constructed using monolithic reinforced concrete. The building features three flat roof Diplomová práce řeší zpracování projektové dokumentace pro atypickou administrativní budovu s pracovním názvem ,”Hodkovičky Office”. Objekt leží na více pozemcích, který se sjednotí do dvou parcelních čísel. Administrativa má 6 nadzemních podlaží a 1. a 6. podzemní podlaží, kde se nachází technické části objektu. Podzemní podlaží dale disponuje parkovacími stání. Vstup se nachází v jihozápadní části pozemku. V 1.NP bude vstup do nadzemních podlaží skrz turniket, nebo ostrahu. Zároveň se bude moct prostory využít pro velké shromáždění lidí, nebo soukromé schůzky. 2-4.NP jsou kancelářské plochy, oddělených místností nebo tzv. Open space. 5.NP jsou kancelářské prostory pro vyšší management. Objekt je monolitická železobetonová kombinovaná konstrukce, která má hlavní ztužující jádro. Stropy jsou řešeny železobetonové monolitické. Objekt má 3 ploché střechy.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete hall of a shopping house

The master thesis is focused on the design and assessment of selected parts of the prefabricated prefabricated structure of a shopping centre hall. These include a prestressed truss, a column including a short cantilever, beams and bracings.The calculation of internal forces was done by finite element method using SCIA Engineer. Additionally, partial models were made in the software IDEA StatiCa. The members were dimensioned and assessed for ultimate and serviceability limit state. Drawing documentation including shape and reinforcement is included. All structures were designed in accordance with current standards and regulations. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh a posouzení vybraných prvků prefabrikované montované konstrukce haly obchodního centra. Jedná se předpjatý vazník, sloup včetně krátké konzoly, průvlaky a ztužidla. Výpočet vnitřních sil byl proveden metodou konečných prvků v programu SCIA Engineer. Dále byly provedeny dílčí modely v programu IDEA StatiCa. Prvky byly dimenzovány a posouzeny na Mezní stav únosnosti i použitelnosti. Součástí je výkresová dokumentace obsahující výkresy tvarů a výztuží. Veškeré konstrukce byly navrženy dle platných norem a předpisů.
