Mapping of barrier - free possibilities of selected sports facilities in Vsetin

This bachelor thesis deals with the mapping of selected sports facilities in Vsetin in the terms of accessibility. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental parts. The theoretical part contains information about various types of disability and architectural barriers of buildings. The experimental part follows up a mapping of barrier-free sports facilities in Vsetin, based on measurement and subsequent processing of critical values. These values were included in the Form of Object Accessibility Mapping according to the Methodology of Approach Categorization issued by the Prague Wheelchair Organization. The mapping was made up of objects - the Vsetin Municipal Spa, which is an objective approach, and the Vsetin Sports Hall, which is also an accessible building. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat vybraná sportovní zařízení ve městě Vsetín z hlediska bezbariérovosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, konkrétně na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část zahrnuje poznatky týkající se různých typů zdravotního postižení a architektonických bariér staveb. Výzkumná část spočívala v mapování bezbariérovosti vybraných sportovních areálů ve městě Vsetín, a to na základě měření a následném zpracování zjištěných hodnot. Tyto hodnoty byly zapisovány do Formuláře pro mapování přístupnosti objektů dle Metodiky kategorizace přístupnosti objektů, kterou vydala Pražská organizace vozíčkářů. K mapování byly zvoleny objekty - Městské lázně Vsetín, které jsou objektem přístupným, a Sportovní hala Vsetín, která je rovněž objektem přístupným.

The main subject of this bachelor's thesis summarizes in the newest looked up pieces of knowledge from electronic sources. This survey provides facts about the issue of milk fat and its influence on cardiovascular and metabolic disease, which is defined as a diseases of affluence up to the present day. Next, provides information about the rules of healthy eating habits and about activity of General Nurse in the role of mentor. A reviewed periodical was used as a source in both English and Czech language alike the information from database such as Ebsco, Pub Med, ProQuest, Google Scholar. Přehledová bakalářská práce sumarizuje nejnovější dohledané publikované poznatky z elektronických zdrojů, dále zpřehledňuje fakta o vlivu mléčného tuku na rozvoj kardiovaskulárního a metabolického onemocnění, které je v současnosti definováno jako civilizační onemocnění. Specifikuje informace o správném dodržování dietního opatření a činnosti všeobecné sestry v roli edukátorky. Jako zdroj byla použita recenzovaná periodika v českém a anglickém jazyce a také informace z databází Ebsco, Pub Med, ProQuest, Google Scholar.

Effect of various types of yoga onto specific aspects of human's health

This thesis presents benefits, differences and similarities of three types of yoga and their impact onto humans' health. In the first part, theory of yoga (history, systematics and various schools of yoga) is described together with its effect onto one's health. In the second part, experiment is described and conducted. All participants are devided into three study groups; aero, ashtanga and vinyasa yoga group. Analysis of participants body muscle/fat constitution and satisfaction with their life is conducted based on effect of each of the studied yoga type. All three yoga types are found to effect muscle/fat body mass. After 8 weeks of experiment duration participants claim to be more satisfied with their life compared to the general level of life satisfaction. V této bakalářské práci jsou monitorovány benefity, odlišnosti i spojitosti a efekty různých typů jóg s důrazem na ovlivnění zdraví člověka. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, v níž se zabývám systémem jógy, základními i současnými druhy a vlivy cvičení jógy na zdraví, a praktickou část. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou tělesného složení a životní spokojeností devíti probandek. Tyto probandky jsou rozděleny do tří skupin, podle druhu jógy, kterou praktikují. Je měřeno tělesné složení a předložen dotazník životní spokojenosti pro zjištění vlivu praktikování ashtanga, vinyasa a aero jógy na jednotlivé aspekty zdraví a také zjištění úrovně celkové životní spokojenosti probandek. Z výsledků měření vyplývá, že jednotlivé druhy jógy projevují efekt jak na posílení kosterního svalstva, tak na životní spokojenost testovaných probandek.

This bachelor´s thesis addresses actual finding about possible medical care of a surgical scar. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first there are mentioned general informations regarding the surgical scare care. In the second part there are analyzed selected natural medicinal substances and pharmacological preparations and in the third there are analysed selected non-pharmacological options for surgical scar care. All the submitted finding have been found in electronic information resources PubMed, Google scholar, EBSCO and Medvik. Tato bakalářská práce předkládá aktuální dohledané poznatky o možných způsobech péče o chirurgickou jizvu u dospělých pacientů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první jsou uvedené obecné informace, které souvisí s péčí o chirurgickou jizvu. Ve druhé části jsou analyzovány vybrané přírodní léčivé látky a farmakologické přípravky a ve třetí jsou analyzovány vybrané nefarmakologické možnosti péče o chirurgickou jizvu. Předložené poznatky byly dohledány v elektronických informačních zdrojích PubMed, Google scholar, EBSCO a Medvik.

This bachelor paper focuses on issues in nursing care in traumatology, specifically on nursing care of patient with external fixator. In this paper there is an overview of the newest found current findings from the fields of external fixator, complications connected with implementation of the external fixator and taking care of external fixators which belong to kompetence of a nurse. All findings were found in databasis of EBSCO, ProQuest, PubMed and Google schoolar. Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče v traumatologii, a to konkrétně ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta s externím fixátorem. V práci je předložen přehled nejnovějších dohledaných aktuálních publikovaných poznatků z oblasti externích fixátorů, komplikací spojených se zavedením externího fixátoru, ošetřovatelské péče o externí fixátory, které spadají do kompetence všeobecné sestry. Předložené poznatky byly dohledány v databázích EBSCO, MEDLINE, PubMed a Google schoolar.

Analysis of the heart rate of an ice hockey player

The aim of this thesis was to find out heart rate of an ice-hockey player playing for a university team called University Shields Olomouc in European University Hockey League (EUHL). The analysis was conducted during five matches and the heart rate was measured by a sporttester, which was placed on the player´s chest area. This study focuses on comparison of heart rate during individual periods. Cílem této bakalářské práce byla analýza srdeční frekvence hráče v pěti utkáních v ledním hokeji. Šetření probíhalo u hráče nastupujícího za tým University Shields Olomouc hrající Evropskou univerzitní hokejovou ligu (EUHL). Srdeční frekvence byla měřena sporttesterem, který byl umístěn na hrudní části těla. Práce se zaměřuje na porovnávání srdeční frekvence v jednotlivých třetinách.

This thesis deals with physical activity of adolescents and their parents. It is focused on the importance of physical activity, the problem of sedentary behaviour and the relationships of physical behaviour among different members in the family. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the level and association of physical activity and inactivity of Boskovice Grammar School students and their parents. A total of 160 probands participated in the research. Fitness bracelets, record sheets and questionnaires were used for data collection. Based on these documents, the results were processed which showed that most of parents, unlike students, follow recommendations for daily steps. Among the physical activity of parents and their children was found a positive correlations in the most of examined phenomena. The results suggest that more physically active parents have more physically active children and less active parents have less active children. Tato práce se zabývá pohybovou aktivitou adolescentů a jejich rodičů. Řeší význam pohybové aktivity, problematiku sedavého chování a vztahy mezi pohybovým chováním v rodině. Cílem práce je provést analýzu úrovně a asociací pohybové aktivity a inaktivity studentů Gymnázia Boskovice a jejich rodičů. Do výzkumu se zapojilo celkem 160 probandů. Ke sběru dat bylo využito fitness náramků, záznamových archů a dotazníků. Na základě těchto dokumentů byly zpracovány výsledky, které ukázaly, že většina rodičů, na rozdíl od studentů, plní doporučené množství denního počtu kroků. Mezi pohybovou aktivitou rodičů a jejich dětí byla u většiny zkoumaných jevů zjištěna pozitivní korelace. Výsledky naznačují, že pohybově aktivnější rodiče mají pohybově aktivnější děti a méně aktivní rodiče mají méně aktivní děti.

Nursing care of a child with diabetes mellitus

The education of children and family members is becoming a topical issue due to the increasing incidence of diabetes. The bachelor thesis summarizes and presents scientific findings dealing with ways of education of nutrition and its use in practice. 24 electronic articles and one legislative document were analyzed. Electronic articles were found in EBSCO and Medvik databases. The analysis of the documents found shows that education of pediatric diabetic children in nutrition is a key support for the treatment and maintenance of quality of life for both the child and the whole family. Edukace dětí a rodinných příslušníků se vlivem narůstající incidence diabetu stává aktuálním tématem. Přehledová bakalářská práce sumarizuje a předkládá vědecké poznatky zabývající se způsoby edukace v oblasti výživy a jejího využití v praxi. Bylo analyzováno 24 elektronických článků a jeden legislativní dokument. Elektronické články byly dohledány v databázích EBSCO a Medvik. Z analýzy dohledaných dokumentů vyplývá, že edukace dětských diabetiků v oblasti výživy je stěžejní podporou léčby a udržení kvality života, jak pro dítě, tak pro celou rodinu.

The survey bachelor thesis deals with nursing care for patients in advanced stage of multiple sclerosis. Complications that can occur in an immobile patient suffering from multiple sclerosis are described herein, such as decubitus, constipation, urinary tract infection, pneumonia and deep vein thrombosis. Then the bachelor thesis discusses the information of the roles of a general nurse in the care for a patient suffering from multiple sclerosis that include above all the role of a mediator, adviser, educator, and defender of the rights of the patient. An important role of nurses lies also in the diagnostics and in support of patients and their families. The pieces of information were found in the PubMed, ProQuest, EBSCO host, and Google Scholar databases. Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty v pokročilém stádiu roztroušené sklerózy. Jsou zde popsané komplikace, které mohou vzniknout u imobilního pacienta s roztroušenou sklerózou, jako jsou dekubity, zácpa, infekce močových cest, pneumonie a hluboká žilní trombóza. Dále bakalářská práce rozebírá poznatky o rolích všeobecné sestry v péči o pacienta s roztroušenou sklerózou, mezi které patří především role zprostředkovatelky, poradkyně, edukátorky a obhájkyně práv pacienta. Důležitou roli také hrají v diagnostice a v podpoře pacientů a jejich rodin. Poznatky byly dohledány v databázích PubMed, ProQuest, EBSCO host a Google Scholar.

The aim of the thesis is to describe experiencies of parents with support in care about child with severe disabilities. The work includes definition of basic concepts and presents the research. The research results point out which areas of the family life are most affected by the disbilities of children and what support is provided to the family. Cílem práce je popsat zkušenosti rodičů s podporou v péči o dítě s těžkým postižením. Práce obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů a realizaci výzkumu. Výsledky výzkumu poukazují na to, které oblasti života jsou nejvíce ovlivněny postižením dětí a jaká podpora je rodinám poskytována.
