The care allowance

The subject of this bachelor?s dissertation is the care allowance according to the social services law. The aim of this work is to provide the comprehensive information on the allowance and to increase its awareness including the wider context of the problem. This text is divided into six chapters, each of them focusing on specific area relating to the introduced topic. The first chapter familiarizes the social services law itself, the next one adds the characteristics of the allowance and the third one describes the proceedings process. The fourth chapter zooms on the topic of the aid-giving persons and the fifth one explains the activities of the medical compensation services. The last chapter illustrates the statistic details about the social services law using the graphs and tables. Tématem bakalářské práce je příspěvek na péči podle zákona o sociálních službách. Cílem je poskytnout ucelené informace týkající se příspěvku, zvýšit informovanost o něm a to i v širších souvislostech. Text je rozčleněn do šesti kapitol, z nichž každá je zaměřena na určitou oblast vztahující se k uvedenému příspěvku. První kapitola seznamuje se samotným zákonem o sociálních službách, další se věnuje charakteristice příspěvku, následující průběhu řízení. Čtvrtá kapitola přibližuje problematiku osob poskytujících pomoc, pátá činnost lékařských posudkových služeb. Poslední kapitola za pomoci grafů a tabulek znázorňuje statistické informace týkající se příspěvku na péči.

This paper discusses the history of the organ in church Rožnov. We are told but also the development of an organ, or organ, involved in the construction or repair of organ during 250 years. The conclusion is a small organ glossary. Tato práce pojednává o dějinách varhan v rožnovském kostele. Dozvídáme se ale i o vývoji varhan, nebo o varhanářích, kteří se podíleli na stavbách či opravách varhan v průběhu 250 let. V závěru práce je malý varhanářský slovníček.

The influence of media on children´s personality

The baccalaureate work deals with the influence of media on a child. In the theoretical part I mention the beginning of media, the aims of media education, the language of media, the manipulation by means of the headlines, the influence of media on society. My work is most of all focused on the positive and negative influence of media on a child (the influence of the Internet, PC, TV, radio, press). The practical part of my work is represented by a questionnaire. Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem médií na dítě. V teoretické části se zmiňuji o počátcích médií, cílu mediální výchovy, jazyku médií, manipulaci pomocí titulků, působení médií na společnost a především jsem se zaměřila na pozitivní a negativní vliv médií na dítě (vliv internetu, PC, TV, rozhlasu, tisku). Praktickou část tvoří dotazníkový průzkum.

The goal of this thesis is to capture adverse effects of a dysfunctional family on child development and his integral personality. Further on, to detect the direct connection among the sample of chosen children from institutional upbringing and the development in a dysfunctional family. Cílem bakalářské práce je snaha , zachytit nežádoucí vliv dysfunkční rodiny na vývoj dítěte, na jeho celistvou osobnost. Dále zachytit a zjistit, přímou souvislost mezi vzorkem vybraných dětí v ústavní výchově a vývojem v dysfunkční rodině.

In bachelor work I attend at the problem of material shortage. In the theoretical part I located at the historical excurcus of the care of the needed from the begining of development of the social politics to the contemporary system of help in material shortage. After that the kind of the taxes in material shortage and problems, that can be in the reason of loosing work. The practical work consists of free case reports, that are located at the people´s material shortage. V bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice hmotné nouze. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na historický exkurs péče o potřebné od samotného vývoje sociální politiky až po současný systém pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Dále pak druhem pomoci v hmotné nouzi a problémy, které mohou nastat v případě ztráty zaměstnání. Praktická část obsahuje tři kasuistiky, které jsou zaměřeny na řešení hmotné nouze občanů.

This work maps problems of old age and ageing and its aspects influencing life of seniors. Population ageing became a common experience not only in our society. The life expectancy is increasing and the number of old people is growing. Population ageing is not an individual problem. It refers to whole society and carries new problems we must prepare to solve. The life conditions should be influenced in a way which will help old people to make their lives better. The experience shows that one of the main problems is that old people become due to illness dependent on elderly care. Individual lifelong preparation for old age, improving the quality of health care, enlargement of social services and positive attitude of society toward this age group are the facts that can in their final results improve the quality of seniors life. Bakalářská práce mapujeme problematiku stáří a stárnutí a dále aspekty, které ovlivňují život seniorů. Stárnutí populace se v naší společnosti a nejen v ní stalo běžnou zkušeností. Lidský věk se prodlužuje a proto vzrůstá počet příslušníků seniorské populace. Stárnutí populace není problémem jedince, ale dotýká se celé společnosti a přináší nové problémy, na které je nutné se předem připravit. Ovlivňování životních podmínek kladně ovlivňuje i poslední etapu lidského života. Praxe ukazuje, že senior se v důsledku nemoci stává závislým na péči. Celoživotní příprava na stáří, zkvalitnění zdravotní péče, rozvoj sociálních služeb a přístup společnosti k této skupině lidí může v konečném důsledku ovlivnit kvalitu života osob seniorského věku.

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to suggest and describe the training of public administration employees. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical description of the topics related to the education of the staff members of the central financial management, taking into account the appropriate rules of law. The second part is focused on practical issues of the education of the Tax office staff and the assessment of the quality of the education by comparing the data. In the final part of the work some recommendations are suggested that would improve the educational process of the employees of the financial management. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl navrhnout a popsat vzdělávání pracovníků veřejné správy. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické přiblížení problematiky vzdělávání pracovníků ústředních finančních orgánů s upozorněním na příslušné právní normy. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na praktickou problematiku vzdělávání pracovníků finančních úřadů a posouzení kvality vzdělávání pomocí srovnání dat. V závěru práce jsou dána doporučení, která by přispěla ke zkvalitnění vzdělávacího procesu u pracovníků finančních úřadů.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to suggest and describe using informative systems and technologies at the sphere of public administration. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical description of the problems informative systems and technologies. The second part of the thesis is focused on the description of the using modern informative technologies by the staff of the Municipal office of the town Litovel. In the final part of the thesis is appreciated the question, if is existing the dependence between the using modern informative technologies and the age of the office staff, which are these technologies using. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl navrhnout a popsat využívání informačních systémů a technologií v oblasti veřejné správy. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické přiblížení problematiky informačních systémů a technologií. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na popis využívání moderních informačních technologií pracovníky Městského úřadu Litovel. V závěru práce je posouzena otázka, zda existuje závislost mezi využíváním moderních informačních technologií a věkem pracovníků, kteří je využívají.

In this bachelor study, I deal with problems and forms of old age. I analyze biological and psychological changes in the process of aging. First, I analyze definition of old age as a native period of human life. Then, I describe most serious and most common diseases in the process of aging. I discuss the treatment system of seniors and I also deal with questions of end of life from the view of seniors. In the practical part of my research, I assess the experience of the elderly patient in the hospital environment and its treatment. Má bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice a formám stáří. Přibližuje biologické a psychické změny v procesu stáří. Na začátku se věnuji definici stáří jako přirozené součásti života. Dále se věnuji nejčastějším a nejzávažnějším onemocněním v procesu stárnutí. Přibližuji i systém péče o seniora a také se věnuji otázkám o konci života z pohledu starého člověka. V praktické části poukazuji na prožívání stáří v nemocničním prostředí.
