The aim of this diploma theses is the comparaison of the literary and the documentary conception of the novella Colomba by Prosper Mérimée, a French writer. In the introduction of this work there is presented a life and the work of this writer. The topic of Corsica in the literary work of other French writers forms another part of the diploma theses. The basic work, which is closely connected with Colomba, Notes d´un voyage en Corse, is shortly presented just before the analysis of the novella. The analysis of Colomba is devided into four parts. The attention is concentrated on the environment, on inhabitants of Corsica who were born there or who only live there and on the artistic conception of this novella. In each of these parts the stress is concentrated on the penetration of real facts and a fictional story. At the end of the theses there are presented and compared some Czech translations of Colomba. Cílem této diplomové práce je srovnání literárního a dokumentárního pojetí novely Colomba od francouzského spisovatele Prospera Mériméa. V úvodu této práce je představen život a dílo tohoto autora. Téma Korsiky v literárních dílech francouzských autorů tvoří další část diplomové práce. Zásadní dílo, které je úzce spjato s Colombou, Notes d´un voyage en Corse, je krátce představeno před vlastní analýzou novely. Vlastní analýza Colomby je rozdělena na čtyři části. Zvlášť je pozornost soustředěna na prostředí, na obyvatele Korsiky, kteří se tam narodili a kteří tam pouze žijí, a na umělecké pojetí této novely. Ve všech těchto částech je kladen důraz na prolínání skutečných faktů a vymyšleného příběhu. V závěru práce je představeno a porovnáno několik českých překladů Colomby.

Les éditions tch\`{e}ques des Fables de Jean de La Fontaine et leur illustration

The diploma work is focused on analysis of illustrations in the Czech editions of fables of the French writer Jean de La Fontaine. The first part is based on theoretical approach, dealing with the definition of the fable as well as with the classicist writer{\crq}s life, his literary work, his contribution to the literature of the 17th century and events that influenced them fundamentally. The diploma work makes the reader acquainted with the acceptation of Fables by the public and what La Fontaine intended to tell them by his literary work. Because the Fables are the kind of genre where the illustration is one of the basic elements, the diploma work presents also a brief history of illustration in the literary work, especially in the Fables and concentrates on how the illustrations correspond to writer´s intention. This work deals also with the most successful French Fables illustrators. The practical part of this work consists in analysis of all the Czech editions, their division in illustrated and non illustrated editions and the detailed description of chosen illustrated titles and their common features and differences. The last part evaluates the originality of these editions and the results of the analysis. Práce se obecně zabývá rozborem českých vydání Bajek Jeana de La Fontaina a jejich ilustrací. V úvodu jsou stručně nastíněny život a dílo tohoto klasicistního básníka a jeho přínos literatuře 17. století. Dále se diplomová práce věnuje vrcholnému dílu bajkaře, jaké události ho dovedli k psaní bajek, co jimi zamýšlel a jak byly přijímány čtenáři. Jelikož jsou Bajky dílem, kde je od prvního vydání jedním ze základních rysů ilustrace, je zde krátce nastíněna její historie v literárních dílech a poté zejména v samotných Bajkách. Důraz je kladen na dodržování původního záměru La Fontaina na recepci díla v různých časových obdobích a na originalitu jednotlivých ilustrátorů. Na konci teoretické části jsou uvedeny stručné popisy nejúspěšnějších francouzských ilustrátorů bajek s názornými ukázkami. Praktická část se soustřeďuje na analýzu veškerých českých vydání bajek, rozdělením na ilustrované a neilustrované edice a podrobnému popisu vybraných ilustrovaných titulů. V závěrečné části je zhodnoceno v čem spočívá originalita těchto českých vydání za pomoci jednotlivých analýz.

Dislokace valenčních doplnění slovesa v současné francouzštině - syntaktická a diskurzní analýza

The aim of this work is to introduce dislocation as a specific syntacic process and to describe its function and use. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theorethical part, I introduce basic linguistic terms. Then, I confront the French concept of valence with the Czech concept of valence, and I delineate the term of dislocation. In the practical part, I analyse the results found in the parallel language corpus with regard to its thematic role. I also focus on Czech equivalents and translation. Cílem diplomové práce je představit dislokaci jakožto specifický syntaktický proces, popsat její fukci a užití. Skládá se ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části nejprve představuji základní lingvistické pojmy. Dále konfrontuji francouzské a české pojetí valence, poté vymezuji pojem dislokace. V praktické části analyzuji vyhledané výsledky v paralelním korpusu a přihlížím k jejich tématické roli. Také se soustředím na české ekvivalenty a překlad.

The theme of this thesis writen in french is one of the ways of referring in the text called cataphora. Firstly, the work deals begin with the theoretical part, which contains the theory of text linguistics because of a close connection with the analyzed phenomenon. Then, the cataphora term is defined on the basis of literature and later analyzed in the selected corpus of journalistic texts. Tématem této diplomové práce psané ve francouzštině je jeden ze způsobů odkazování v textu nazvaný katafora. Práce se zabývá teoretickou částí, která obsahuje textovou lingvistiku z důvodu těsného spojení s analyzovaným jevem. Termín katafora je vymezen na základě odborné literatury a později analyzován ve vybraném korpusu žurnalistických textů.

The objectives of this master thesis are to answer the question: what kind of difficulties are encountered in the international academic cooperations ? In order to answer this question, I conducted a qualitative research with the help ofthree semi-directive interviews. Two project leaders and one project manager took part in the interviews. The three interviewees work in a French University L'objectif de ce memoire est de repondre a la question : quelles sont les difficultes rencontrees par les porteurs de projets dans le montage de cooperation universitaires internationales ? Afin de répondre a cette question, j'ai realise une recherche qualitative en conduisant trois entretiens semi-directifs. Ces interviews ont ete realisees avec deux cheffes de projet et une chargee de projet dans une universite francaise.

La réécriture du mythe : Dom Juan de Moli\`{e}re

This diploma thesis deals with the problems of literary myths, especially with the rewriting of the literary myth of Don Juan written by Tirso de Molina and Jean-Baptiste Pouqueline, better known as Moliere. The theoretical part briefly outlines the issue of defining and rewriting of literary myths with the main emphasis on clarifying the terminology needed for the subsequent analysis. Clear articulation and determination of " mythemes ", which formed the basic mythical structure of the analyzed works, is crucial for the thesis. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the Spanish hypotext, The Trickster of Seville and the Stone Guest, which established the literary tradition of the myth of Don Juan. Subsequently, other versions, that create the real literary myth, became the focus of attention - Moliere´s tragicomedy Dom Juan or the Feast with the Statue and its reworking and versification by the French playwright Thomas Corneille. The aim of the thesis is to show to what extent the context of the origin of the work and the contemporary aesthetics transform the elaboration and handling of the mythemes and thus revise the given literary myth. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou literárních mýtů, zejména pak přepisem literárního mýtu Dona Juana z per Tirsa de Moliny a Jeana-Baptista Poquelina, známějšího jako Moliere. V teoretické části je krátce nastíněna problematika uchopení a přepisování literárních mýtů, kdy hlavní důraz je kladen na vyjasnění terminologie potřebné pro následnou analýzu. Pro danou práci je klíčová jasná artikulace a stanovení si mytémů, které tvoří základní mytickou strukturu analyzovaných děl. V praktické části se práce nejprve věnuje španělskému hypotextu, Sevillský svůdce a kamenný host, který ustanovil literární tradici donjuanského mýtu. Následně se do centra pozornosti dostanou tři další verze, které z daného tématu vytvářejí skutečný literární mýtus - Molierova tragikomedie Don Juan neboli hostina kamene a její přepracování a převedení do poezie dramatikem Thomasem Corneillem. Cílem práce je ukázat nakolik kontext vzniku díla a dobová estetika proměňují uchopení a rozpracování mytémů, a tím aktualizují daný literární mýtus.

This dissertation deals with verbo-nominal constructions that in the function of a predicate assumed the form of the so-called cathegorical verb (support verb) + noun. The goal is to compare French constructions to Czech constuctions. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first two parts are devoted to the theoretical presentation of the examined construction mainly from the syntactic and semantic point of view. The first part focuses on the theory of the Czech language. The second part presents the theory of the French language. The third part is devoted to the research that was done with the assistance of the electronic corpus CORTE. The goal of the research was to display in both languages the occurance of the parallel nominal constructions found in authentic legal texts. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá verbálně-nominálními konstrukcemi, které ve funkci predikátu přijaly podobu typu tzv. kategoriální sloveso (verbe support) + jméno. Cílem práce je srovnání daných konstrukcí v češtině a ve francouzštině. Práce je rozdělena do tří stěžejních částí. První dvě části se věnují teoretickému výkladu zkoumané konstrukce především ze syntakticko-sémantického hlediska. První z nich je zaměřena na teorii českou, druhá pak podává výklad z pohledu francouzského. Třetí část je věnována vlastnímu výzkumu, který byl realizován za pomoci elektronického korpusu CORTE. Cílem výzkumu bylo odhalit výskyt paralelních nominálních konstrukcí v autentických textech právnické oblasti v obou jazycích.

Novinové titulky v současném francouzském tisku - textově lingvistická analýza

The aim od this thesis is to describe and to analyse the position of headlines in relation to their articles in French contemporary newpapers. The thesis is divide into two parts - theoretic part and practical part. The theoretic part describes particularities of the journalistic-style writing and his norms. Then the thesis focuses on headlines iself- their creation and functions. The last chapter is devoted to the textual linguistics, especially to explanation of basic terms for textual analysis purpose (theme, rheme, thematic successions). In the practical part, the corpus of newspaper articles is elaborated and thi corpus is analysed. Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat postavení novinových titulků vzhledem k textu v současném francouzském tisku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části- teoretickou a praktickou. V části teoretické jsou nejprve popsána specifika novinářského žánru a jeho normy. Následně je teoretická část zaměřena na novinové titulky samotné- jejich tvorbu a funkce. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována textové lingvistice, zejména vysvětlení základních pojmů textové lingvistiky pro účely textové analýzy na úrovni dávkování informace (téma, réma, tematické posloupnosti). V části praktické je vypracován korpus novinových článků, který je následně analyzován.

Migration is at the centre of human history (Benmayor & Skotnes, 1994, p.5) and it has become easier to migrate inside Europe since the Schengen Area has been implemented in 1995. However, European immigration in France is invisibe and very little researched (Lillo, 2014, p.85). The migration to Brittany is a phenomenom developed recently (Morillon & Etiemble, 2008, p.125) and even if it is gaining momentum, this French region has still the lowest rate of immigrants in France (Economic and Social Council of Brittany, 2007, p.87, INSEE & DRJSCS, 2005, p.5-6). Brittany's regional identity is well known in France (Quand les sondages sont unanimes, 2019, p.44) and this region is defined as one with a strong identity (Kernalegenn, 2011). The aim of this master thesis is to elaborate hypothesis about whether or not European immigrants are aware of Brittany's regional identity before settling in the region, the perception they have of Brittany's regional identity once they live there and finally whether or not their integration in this French region with a strong identity is difficult. This qualitative research is based on four semi-structured interviews with European immigrants and one with a French person born in England, all now living in Brittany. La migration est au coeur de notre histoire commune (Benmayor & Skotnes, 1994, p.5) et il est aujourd'hui devenu plus facile de migrer au sein de l'Europe grâce a la création de l'espace Schengen en 1995 ("Schengen Area - Migration and Home Affairs - European Commission", n.d.). Cependant, l'immigration européenne en France est peu visible et peu de recherches existent a ce sujet (Lillo, 2014, p.85). L'immigration en Bretagne, elle, est un phénomene développé récemment qui prend de l'ampleur (Morillon & Etiemble, 2008, p. 125). Le nombre d'immigrés par rapport a la population de la région est un des plus faibles de France, mais il augmente rapidement (Conseil économique et social de Bretagne, 2007, p.87; INSEE & DRJSCS, 2005, p.5-6). L'identité régionale en Bretagne est bien connue par la population française (Quand les sondages sont unanimes, 2019, p.44) et cette région est définie comme une région a forte identité (Kernalegenn, 2011). Le but de ce mémoire de master est d'émettre des hypotheses sur le regard des immigrés européens sur l'identité régionale en Bretagne, avant et apres leur arrivée dans la région et sur leur intégration dans cette région a forte identité. Cette recherche qualitative est basée sur cinq interviews semi-directives. Quatre sont des entretiens avec des immigrés européens et le dernier a été réalisé avec une Française née a l'étranger, tous vivant aujourd'hui en Bretagne.

Mastering communication is the key to successful project management. While stressing the importance of communication within any working team has become a commonplace, the latter seems often helpless when it comes to implementing this principle on-site. In addition, there an ongoing requirement for pre-existing communication management methods to be continuously adapted to ever-changing work environments. First of all, in today's globalized society, the frequencies of intercultural interactions have dramatically increased and international teams have become mainstream within the workplaces. Therefore, interculturalism is nowadays a core issue in internal communication as well as a challenge for the coworkers' cooperation and productivity. Furthermore, in the digital age, information and communication technologies (ICT) are introducing new opportunity for extending the scope of cooperation beyond borders so that interregional projects rely increasingly often on remote teams. However, the virtual space transforms the interaction modes between the individuals and, unlike in a physical space, tailored strategies regarding the communication is necessary to ensure group cohesion. The following research focuses on a case study of the communication management within an international remote team. This case offers a point of departure to analyze cross-effects of both interculturality and virtuality on the communicative effectiveness between the working partners as well as their overall impacts on the project progress. Besides, the given team proves to have little knowledge in basic communication management, hence this case study aims to evaluate the different aspects of the project management process that could be affected by the lack of an appropriate communication strategy. Then, the results of the data analysis will be confronted with the scientific literature in an attempt to find some problem-solving communication management practices that would especially applies to intercultural and virtual working teams. Si la communication constitue la pierre angulaire d'une gestion de projet réussie, sa planification ne doit pas ?tre détachée de son contexte spécifique, qu'il s'agisse de l'espace géographique sur lequel la coopération s'étend ou encore de la diversité des profils relatifs aux individus impliqués dans le processus. Dans un monde globalisé, les interactions transnationales explosent et la constitution d'équipes de travail internationales au sein des organisations est devenue monnaie courante. La problématique de l'interculturalité entre alors au c?ur des enjeux liés ? la viabilité de la collaboration entre les partenaires, et l'efficacité des techniques classiques de communication doit ?tre repensée. Plus encore, la révolution numérique qui entraîne avec elle l'émergence des nouvelles technologies de la communication (ITC) bouleverse sans précédent les interactions interpersonnelles. Cette donne relativement nouvelle, particuli?rement établie sur les deux derni?res décennies de l'histoire humaine, contribue de mani?re substantielle ? la croissance des échanges internationaux dans un cercle vertueux. Il n'est donc pas rare que le distanciel rencontre l'interculturel dans les processus de gestion de projets transrégionaux, autant d'éléments fondamentaux qui doivent ?tre pris en compte dans l'élaboration de la stratégie communicationnelle afin de garantir son succ?s. C'est la réunion de ces différents param?tres et leurs conséquences sur les interactions personnelles que ce mémoire tentera de décrypter. Cet essai fait le cas d'un projet dont la gestion est confiée ? une équipe géographiquement dispersée, rassemblant des individus aux profils sociaux, linguistiques et culturels hétérog?nes. Au-del? des caractéristiques de l'équipe projet, l'exemple choisi présente la particularité de donner ? voir une gestion de la communication peu intellectualisée, donc peu maîtrisée. L'intér?t de cette étude de cas réside dans ce qu'il offre ainsi la possibilité de mesurer le poids de la communication ? la lumi?re des dommages constatés sur l'évolution du projet et la productivité du groupe de travail. Puisqu'il n'est pas suffisant de prendre conscience de l'importance de la communication sans lui accorder une place adéquate dans la politique interne de gestion de projets, ce mémoire tentera au travers des données récoltées d'identifier les moments clés de la coopération o? l'intervention de méthodologies communicationnelles encadrées et réfléchies ont un rôle critique ? jouer. Afin d'examiner cette problématique, ce mémoire suit la démarche protocolaire d'un travail de recherche scientifique classique. Ainsi, les bases contextuelles de l'étude de cas seront d'abord posées, les év?nements représentant un intér?t pour l'objet de recherche seront restitués et un constat des conflits émergeant de la situation observée sera dressé. Dans un second temps, la littérature scientifique sera consultée, afin de revenir sur les concepts essentiels qui ont été développés, ? la fois en mati?re de communication interpersonnelle, de communication interculturelle et de communication virtuelle. Ensuite, interviendra le travail d'analyse du cas étudié, grâce aux données collectées au moyen d'entretiens qualitatifs ainsi que d'un corpus d'e-mails et de sms authentiques recueilli aupr?s des sujets d'études. L'objectif de l'analyse est de parvenir ? identifier avec précision les sources d'un probl?me donné pour en déterminer les causes, que celles-ci soient attribuables au facteur humain, ? l'interculturalité ou encore ? la distanciation géographique. Enfin, les résultats de l'analyse des données seront croisés avec la littérature scientifique, afin de proposer des solutions applicables ? la gestion de la communication en contexte interculturel et virtuel, la finalité de ce mémoire étant de tirer des enseignements de cette étude de cas et d'émettre des recommandations quant ? l'approche méthodologique ? adopter en cas de situations futures similaire
