The subject of the thesis, the Development of the rural region of South bohemia and his perspective" is to describe the issues of rural development, actors of rural development, in particular, Local action groups. The first part is focused on the description and the importance of Regional policies, their objectives, both in the past so the current programming period. Here are described the structural funds of the European union. Due to the focus of the work here is more described by the rural development Programme, axis IV. The LEADER, which was necessary for rural development actors. In the practical part are rozebráni Local action groups of the selected regions. At the conclusion of the work is the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and the evaluation of the local action groups. Předmětem bakalářské práce ,,Rozvoj venkova Jihočeského kraje a jeho perspektivy" je popsání problematiky rozvoje venkova a rozebrány aktéři rozvoje venkova především Místní akční skupiny. První část je zaměřena na popis a význam Regionální politiky, jejich cílů jak v minulém tak současném programovacím období. Jsou zde popsány strukturální fondy Evropské unie. Vzhledem k zaměření práce je zde více popsán Program rozvoje venkova, osa IV. LEADER, které byla nezbytná pro aktéry rozvoje venkova. V praktické části jsou rozebráni Místní akční skupiny z vybraných regionů. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a zhodnocení místních akčních skupin.

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the first land arrangements and land reforms that were implemented in the area of the present Czech Republic. The thesis elaborates in detail the oldest land reforms carried out in South Bohemia. Furthermore, it addresses historical land arrangements during the era of the Rosenbergs, who were engaged in fish farming. The Eggenbergs made adjustments to the Český Krumlov estate. The Schwarzenbers settled new lands and adjusted agricultural lands. The Buquoys established the park named Terezino Údolí. After the World War I, the ownership of lands underwent several changes. After the World War II, lands were confiscated due to the construction of the Iron Curtain. After 1989, the properties confiscated in previous years were returned and the process of land arrangements began. Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o prvotních úpravách pozemků a pozemkových reformách, které se udály na území dnešní České republiky. Podrobně je věnováno nejstarším úpravám pozemků v jižních Čechách. Práce se zabývá historickými úpravami pozemků za dob Rožmberků, kteří se zabývali rybníkářstvím. Rod Eggenbergů se věnoval úpravám krumlovského panství. Schwarzenbergové osidlovali nové pozemky a upravovali zemědělské pozemky. Buquoyové založili krajinný park Terezino Údolí. Po I. světové válce nastaly změny ve vlastnických právech k pozemkům. Po II. světové válce nastal zábor pozemků vlivem stavby železné opony. Po roce 1989 nastalo navrácení zabaveného majetku v předchozích letech a začaly se provádět pozemkové úpravy.

This bachelor's thesis on the topic of CO Intoxication in the South Bohemian Region and Triage of Patients is divided into two parts. A theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part is focused on the creation of carbon monoxide (hereinafter referred to as CO), its effect on the body, care for intoxicated people, triage of these people and options for prevention of this type of intoxication. Objective 1 was determined for the research part: Map awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding carbon monoxide poisoning and awareness regarding possibilities for prevention of this type of poisoning. Two research questions were determined on the basis of this objective. Research question 1 is: What is the level of awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding CO poisoning? Research question 2 is: Are the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region aware of the possibilities for prevention of CO poisoning? Research was further extended to include question 3, which is: Do workers of the emergency services in the South Bohemian Region know what the procedure is for treatment of a patient suspected of having suffered CO poisoning? A qualitative research method was used to gain the required data, this being in the form of semi-structured interviews with 16 inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region, divided into 4 groups according to their level of education. The data gained was divided into 12 parts. Summary of the research pointed to a lack of awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding CO intoxication. In view of the fact that this is the most frequent type of accidental intoxication, I regard it as important that the population's awareness of this issue be raised. On the basis of this, I designed an information leaflet which could be disseminated, for example via social networks. Another group investigated concerned procedure followed when treating a patient suspected of having suffered CO poisoning. This related to only four participants - paramedics who work for the Emergency Medical Services of the South Bohemian Region. Research pointed to them having sufficient knowledge of therapy for this type of intoxication and triage of those affected. Tato bakalářská práce na téma Intoxikace CO v Jihočeském kraji, triage pacientů je rozdělena na dvě části. Na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vznik oxidu uhelnatého (dále CO), jeho působení na organismus, na péči o intoxikované osoby, jejich triage a na možnosti prevence této intoxikace. Pro výzkumnou část byl stanoven Cíl 1: Zmapovat povědomí obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o otravě oxidem uhelnatým a povědomí o možnostech prevence této otravy. Na základě tohoto cíle byly určeny dvě výzkumné otázky. Výzkumná otázka 1 zní: Jaké je povědomí obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o otravě CO?Výzkumná otázka 2 zní: Mají obyvatelé Jihočeského kraje povědomí o možnostech prevence otravy CO? Výzkum byl dále rozšířen o otázku 3, která zní: Znají pracovníci záchranné služby v Jihočeském kraji postup při ošetření pacienta podezřelého z otravy CO? Kzískání potřebných dat byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 16 obyvateli Jihočeského kraje, rozdělených do 4 skupin podle úrovně vzdělání. Získaná data byla rozdělena do 12 částí. Sumarizace výzkumného šetření poukázala na nedostatečnou informovanost obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o intoxikaci CO. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o nejčastější náhodnou intoxikaci, považuji za důležité, zvýšit informovanost obyvatel. Na základě toho jsem navrhla informační leták, který by se mohl dále šířit například skrz sociální sítě. Další zkoumanou skupinou byl postup při ošetření pacienta podezřelého z otravy CO, což se týkalo pouze čtyř participantů- zdravotnických záchranářů, vykonávajících svou profesi u Zdravotnické záchranné služby Jihočeského kraje. Výzkumné šetření poukázalo na dostatečnou znalost terapie této intoxikace a triage postižených.

An awareness of Fairtrade at the University of South Bohemia

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify Fairtrade based on a quantitative research. This thesis illustrates the level of awareness of Fairtrade at the University of South Bohemia with the help of a questionnaire survey. The study was performed by the employees and students, with the purpose of analysing knowledge about Fair Trade history, Fair Trade issues, fairtrade products, key Fairtrade organizations and the process of Fairtrade certification. Finally, these new findings motivate some people to buy fairtrade products and, consequently, to assist the developing countries. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké povědomí mají zaměstnanci a studenti Jihočeské univerzity o Fairtrade prostřednictvím marketingového výzkumu, respektive metodou on-line dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl vyplněn studenty a zaměstnanci s cílem analyzovat historii Fair Trade, problémy Fair Trade, fairtradové produkty, hlavní Fairtradové organizace a proces certifikace Fairtrade. Výsledky výzkumu mohou motivovat studenty a zaměstnance k nákupu fairtradových produktů a tím alespoň trochu přispět rozvojovým zemím.

The thesis deals with the theory of social service types with regard to the situation in České Budějovice. It includes types of social service, the development and current situation in the Czech Republic. The situation abroad is discussed as well. The Act no.108/2006 Coll., on social service is described and the part dealing with social services related to senior citizens is highlighted. The research part is aimed at assessing the quality of social service by its users and social facilities workers. The research was made by questionnaires completed with clients of retirement homes (Máj, Hvízdal and Dobrá Voda) in České Budějovice. The research revealed that clients of social services are satisfied with the quality. Their relatives were satisfied to a great extent. Práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na typy sociálních služeb a zejména v Českých Budějovicích. Dále pak obsahuje druhy sociálních služeb jejich vývoj a současný stav v České republice. Práce se věnuje vývoji a současnosti zahraničních sociálních služeb. Dále popisuje Zákon o sociálních službách 108/2006 sb., je zde zdůrazněna zejména část o sociálních službách pro seniory. Praktická část práce je zaměřená na zjištění kvality sociálních služeb z pohledu uživatelů a pracovníků v sociálním zařízení. Výzkum byl prováděn za pomoci dotazníků, které byly vyplňovány s klienty domovů pro seniory Máj, Hvízdal a Dobrá Voda v Českých Budějovicích. Výsledkem výzkumu bylo zjištění, že klienti sociálních služeb jsou spokojeni s jejich kvalitou. Ve velké míře byli spokojeni i rodinní příslušníci respondentů.

Current problems in business in the South Bohemian region

This work is focused on problems in the business of small and medium-sized businessmen. These kinds of problems can be split into 4 different groups: economic, technical, social and legislative. Each of them has specific causes and it can obtain various possible solutions. These days, most businessmen are facing the coronavirus crisis, which has an unpleasant result for every each of them. Methods used for this research are: analysis of questionnaires from company owners, study of professional literature, analysis of the current business condition in South Bohemia and interviews with the company owners. The expected output is a list with the main problems - list of which hinder the businessmen the most. Work conclusion is to suggest some solutions for these problems and let company owners propose at least some of their own solutions for other people from their industry. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současného stavu podnikání v Jihočeském kraji, nalezení problémů a navržení případných změn vedoucí ke zlepšení zkoumané oblasti. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako jsou: podnikatel, CSR, členění podniků apod. Informace byly zjišťovány z odborné literatury i osobní konzultací s podnikatelem. Praktická část zhodnocuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, a dále jsou navrhována řešení a opatření k daným problémům. V závěru je celkové shrnutí celého výzkumu.

In my bachelor thesis I deal with drinking regime of students from South Bohemia University. My thesis is divided to two parts. In theoretical part I process literature searches from available sources related with a given topic. I describe keeping with water in human body, after that I write about single drinks in more details. In practical part I deal with my research. In the practical part I pursue my research. The goal is to find out how university students take care of their fluid intake, whether they care for healthy fluid intake and to focus on the aspect of how often they drink alcohol, coffee and other improper fluids. For my research I have chosen three research assumptions. In the first one I assume that the respondents who receive less fluids than the adviced daily amount (2 to 3 litres) suffer more often from the symptoms of dehydration. The second assumption concerns alcohol, I assume that male students consume alcohol more often than female students. In the third assumption I have focused on the intake of coffee, whether female students consume more coffee than male students. I choose method of questioning with my own questionnaire. Answers are processed in a graph. I applied this method on students from seven different faculties from South Bohemia University in Czech Budweis. The age of students is between 19 and 23 years. Bakalářská práce se zabývá pitným režimem studentů Jihočeské university. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V části teoretické zpracovávám literární rešerše dostupných pramenů vztahujících se k danému tématu. Popisuji zde, jak lidský organismus hospodaří s vodou, dále jsem podrobněji zpracovala jednotlivé nápoje. V praktické části se věnuji svému výzkumu. Cílem je zjistit, jak studenti vysoké školy dbají na svůj pitný režim, zda kladou důraz na vhodné tekutiny a změřit se na aspekt, jak často pijí alkohol, kávu a jiné nevhodné tekutiny. Pro svůj výzkum jsem si vybrala tři výzkumné předpoklady. V prvním předpokládám, že respondenti, kteří přijímají méně tekutin, nežli je denní doporučované množství (2-3l), trpí častěji projevy dehydratace. Druhý předpoklad se týká alkoholu, předpokládám, že studenti konzumují alkohol častěji než studentky. Ve třetím předpokladu jsem se zaměřila na konzumaci kávy, zda studentky konzumují kávu ve větším množství než muži. Vybrala jsem si metodu dotazování, dotazník jsem vytvořila sama, odpovědi zpracovala do grafů. Dotazníkovou metodu jsem aplikovala na studentech Jihočeské university v Českých Budějovicích, celkem na 7 fakultách. Věk studentů se pohybuje od 19 do 23 let.

The Bachelor Thesis of mine is considering the experiences of students of the South Bohemia university with the unconventional medicine. In the theoretical part is the Thesis illustrating the description of the student, explaining the term 'Unconventional medicine' and acquainting the reader with the severance and the chosen types of unconventional medicine. In the practical part I have carried out research regarding the students' experiences with the unconventional medicine, how informed they are about the unconventional medicine and their approach. To ascertain valid research I used anonymous questionnaire shared via social websites. The outcome of those was subsequently put into graphs which are highlighting the experiences, knowledge and approaches regarding unconventional medicine of the above-mentioned students. Bakalářská práce se zabývá zmapováním zkušeností studentů Jihočeské univerzity s nekonvenční medicínou. V teoretické části se práce zaobírá popisem studenta, vysvětlením pojmu nekonvenční medicína a seznámením čtenáře s rozdělením a vybranými druhy nekonvenční medicíny. V praktické části jsem zjišťovala zkušenosti studentů s nekonvenční medicínou, jejich informovanost o nekonvenční medicíně a postoje k ní. K výzkumu jsem použila anonymní dotazník šířený přes sociální sítě. Výsledky byly zpracovány do grafů, které znázorňují zkušenosti, znalosti a postoje studentů Jihočeské univerzity k nekonvenční medicíně.

Energy use of phytomass in the South Bohemia Region

This bachelor thesis focuses on energetic use of phytomass in the Southern Bohemia. There was identified real and potential production of biomass in the Czech Republic and in the Southern Bohemia. According to the information acquired from literature, internet and questionnairy research there was identified volume of use of energetic sources and biomass deliberately cultivated in Southern Bohemia for energetic use. The results of this research show that Czech Republic meets the commitment to cover 6% of energetic consumption by renewable energy source ? it even reached 8%. Southern Bohemia produces 4,5% of all renewable energy sources of the Czech republic. The research shows that there is a lack of biomass in the Czech Republic, that is why it must be produced by growing energy crops (PEP) and fast growing woods (RRD). Energy crops produces in the Czech Republic are: Sorrel Feed, Miscanthus Chinese, Knotweed, Reed Canary Grass, Hemp, Sorghum. As fast growing woods there are willows and poplars recommended. The most of the renewable energy sources in Southern Bohemia is represented by biomass and its combustion. Its potential is huge, mostly the waste of wood processing ? sawdust and wooden chips, is the most used fuel. Energetic use of biomass has a good perspective in Southern Bohemia. There is still unused waste from logging and straw in agricultural production. There is still hidden potential in growing energy crops and fast growing woods. The development is defended especially by economic reasons and state financial support. Práce je zaměřena na energetické využití fytomasy v Jihočeském kraji. Byl zjišťován stav reálné a potenciální produkce biomasy v České republice a v jižních Čechách. Na základě získaných informací z literatury, internetu a dotazníkových šetření bylo zjištěno využití zdrojů energie a cíleně pěstované biomasy pro energetické účely, včetně množství pěstovaných energetických plodin v Jihočeském kraji. Z výsledků vyplývá, že Česká republika splnila závazek, podílet se 6% z obnovitelných zdrojů energie, podílela se 8%. Jižní Čechy se podílí 4,5% na obnovitelných zdrojích energie z ČR. Bylo zjištěno, že v ČR je nedostatek biomasy, proto se musí vypěstovat pomocí energetických plodin (PEP) a rychle rostoucích dřevin (RRD). Jako energetické plodiny se v ČR pěstují: Šťovík krmný, Ozdobnice čínská, Křídlatky, Chrastice rákosovitá, Konopí seté, Čiroky. Jako rychle rostoucí dřeviny jsou vhodné vrby a topoly. V jižních Čechách tvoří největší podíl obnovitelných zdrojů energie biomasy a její spalování. Potenciál je veliký, nejvíce využívané palivo jsou odpady ze zpracování dřeva zejména piliny a štěpka z kusového materiálu. Energetické využití biomasy má v jižních Čechách perspektivu. Nevyužité jsou odpady po těžbě dřeva i sláma v zemědělské výrobě. Potenciál je také v pěstování energetických bylin a rychle rostoucích dřevin (RRD). Rozvoji brání především ekonomické důvody na realizaci, a finanční podpora od státu.
