This thesis deals with the history and development of orchard management in the Czech Republic, the establishment of orchards and their integration into the landscape, landscaping specifics in dealing with orchards and comparison of conventional and organic farming. It also treats in detail the characteristics and history of the monitored sites, detailed processing of annual maintenance of cherry orchard and the harvest season, description of cultivated varieties and mechanization in monitored orchard used along with planting and developed according to current investment costs. Tato bakalářská práce řeší historii a vývoj sadovnictví na českém území, zakládání ovocných sadů a jejich začlenění do krajinného rázu, specifika pozemkových úprav při řešení ovocných sadů a porovnání konvenčního a ekologického hospodaření. Je zde podrobně zpracována charakteristika a historie území sledované lokality, detailní zpracování roční údržby třešňového sadu a období sklizně, popis pěstovaných odrůd a mechanizace ve sledovaném ovocném sadě a zároveň spolu s použitou výsadbou i rozpracována investice podle aktuálních nákladů.

Programmes to Support Small and Medium Enterprises in the Region of South Bohemian

Small and medium enterprises play an indispensable and important role in the business environment of the Czech Republic. They create new jobs and generally represent a stabilizing element of the economic system. Support for SMEs is one of the basic priorities of the Czech government. The aim of this thesis is to analyse programmes to support small and medium enterprises in the selected region, assess the current state of the use of SME support programmes, and review the changes proposed in the programming period of 2014 - 2020. The theoretical part of the paper is focused on the definition and development of small and medium enterprises, their importance and characteristics of the related operational programmes. The practical part examines the support of entrepreneurship in the European Union and the Czech Republic. It also focuses on obtaining sources of SME funding and provides assessment of operational programmes and their modifications in the period of 2014-2020. The entrepreneurship support programmes are essential for the dynamics, efficiency and success of the SMEs. The aim of this part of the thesis is to conduct a controlled interview and a survey, and suggest possibilities of using entrepreneurship support programmes in the region. Malé a střední firmy hrají nezbytnou a významnou úlohu v podnikatelském prostředí České republiky při vytváření nových pracovních příležitostí a všeobecně působí jako stabilizující prvek ekonomického systému. Podpora malých a středních podniků je jednou ze základních priorit české vlády. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza programů podpory malého a středního podnikání ve vybraném regionu, zhodnocení současného stavu využívání programů podpory MSP a posouzení navrhovaných změn v programovém období 2014 - 2020. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vývoj drobného podnikání, definice malého a středního podnikaní, jeho význam a analýza a charakteristika operačních programů. Praktická část zkoumá podporu podnikání v Evropské unii a v České republice, získávání zdrojů financování pro malé a střední podnikání, hodnocení operačních programů v období 2014 2020 a jejich změny. Bez podpory podnikání by rozvoj malých a středních podniků nebyl zdaleka tak dynamický, efektivní a úspěšný. Cílem této části je řízený rozhovor, dotazníkové šetření a návrh možností využití změn programů podpory v daném regionu.

Abstract The topic of this bachelor's thesis is "The Consumer Market with Organic Food in the South Bohemian Region" and it deals with the current market situation. The goal of this thesis is to analyse customer's approach to shopping of organic food, also looking for the weakest side of customer-organic food relationship and to define the direction how the customers think of the purchase. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts such as organic farming, defines legislation in labelling requirements and certification of organic food, the functions of organic farming control companies and production and processing of organic food. The results in the practical part were achieved by evaluation of a questionnaire survey and data analysis from the respondent's survey. Finally, the author suggests recommendations based on data analysis from the obtained information. Abstrakt Bakalářská práce na téma Spotřebitelský trh s biopotravinami v Jihočeském kraji se zabývá současnou situací na trhu. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat postoj zákazníků k nákupu biopotravin, vyhledat slabou stránku vztahu spotřebitele k biopotravinám, definovat směr úvahy zákazníka o nákupu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako ekologické zemědělství, definována je legislativa, oblast označování a certifikace biopotravin, funkce kontrolních společností ekologického zemědělství, výroba a zpracování biopotravin. Výsledky v praktické části jsou vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření a analýzou dat získaných od respondentů průzkumu. Závěrem jsem vyhodnotila SWOT analýzu a doporučila strategii pro jihočeský trh.

Life of minority groups in South Bohemian and South Moravian region

The thesis titled "The life of minorities in South Bohemian and South Moravian region" deals with problems of Romani minority groups and their education. Education and process of studying creates at present the key conditions for rising of the Romani ethnicity and their integration into society. In theoretical part is described the origin and dividing of Romani people and their historical connection in their progress in our country. There have been mentioned current problems concerning the Romani minority, as for example social exclusion, discrimination, etc. Other chapters refer to Romani culture, family and upbringing. The most substantial part of the thesis focuses on education and is lead in this direction. We also stated the current level of education among the Romani ethnicity. In the empirical part presents records of the research focused on education of Romani ethnicity in the secondary-studies area. Research was processed in the secondary analyses data system and the quantitative evaluation of questionnaire. The main aim of the thesis was to find out what kind of secondary schools pupils of Romani ethnicity prefer, whether they completed the education or finish it untimely. Whether pupils and students from the social disadvantaged background get help from assistant pedagogues for children during their studies. Furthermore we investigated if Romani students of grammar schools take advantage of grant from the state to study. The most preferred types of grammar schools among Romani were vocational schools. Only small amount of respondents chose vocational schools with the enclosure of finished leaving examination. Through that result had to be proved or disapproved the formulated hypothesis: Romani minority completes the secondary schools education. This hypothesise was disproved, as most of the Romani pupils did not complete their secondary school education. The thesis points out the factors which influence the Romani ethnicity attitude towards the education and the process of studying. Records of the thesis are beneficial for practice as the schools which were engaged in this research continue in cooperation with us. As a feedback we provided the records of this research to schools as they may use the information for better orientation what students expect from the education , how to approach it or the choice of study they prefer. At the same time the records of the research may be used as an informative and educational material for public and specialists. Bakalářská práce s názvem "Život menšin v Jihočeském a Jihomoravském kraji" se zabývá problematikou romské menšiny a jejím vzděláváním. Vzdělání a vzdělávání je v současné době klíčovým předpokladem pro vzestup romského etnika a jeho začlenění do společnosti. V teoretické části této práce je popsána charakteristika, původ a dělení Romů a historické souvislosti vývoje Romů na našem území. Zmínili jsme současné problémy pojící se s romskou menšinou, jako jsou například sociální exkluze, diskriminace, aj. Další kapitoly byly věnovány romské kultuře, rodině a výchově. Nejpodstatnější kapitolou je vzdělávání, jelikož celá práce byla orientována tímto směrem. Uvedli jsme zde také současný stav vzdělanostní úrovně romského etnika. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na vzdělávání romského etnika v oblasti středoškolského studia. Výzkum byl zpracován systémem sekundární analýzy dat a kvantitativního zhodnocení dotazníku. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké typy středních škol žáci romského etnika upřednostňují, zda studia dokončují nebo ukončují předčasně a zda jim během studia pomáhá asistent pedagoga pro děti, žáky a studenty se sociálním znevýhodněním. Dále jsme zjišťovali, jestli romští studenti středních škol využívají státních dotací ke studiu. Preferovanými typy středních škol byly nejčastěji mezi Romy střední odborná učiliště. Jen malá část respondentů si vybírala obory ukončené maturitní zkouškou. Tento výsledek měl rovněž potvrdit nebo vyvrátit formulovanou hypotézu, která zní: Romská menšina dokončuje středoškolské vzdělání. Hypotéza byla vyvrácena, jelikož převážná většina romských žáků středních škol studium nedokončila. Práce poukazuje i na faktory ovlivňující postoje romského etnika ke vzdělání a vzdělávání. Výsledky práce jsou přínosné pro praxi. Se školami zapojenými ve výzkumu byla navázána spolupráce. Zpětnou vazbou jim byly poskytnuty výsledky výzkumu. Pro školy mohou tyto informace znamenat lepší orientaci v tom, co studenti od vzdělávání očekávají, jak k němu přistupují, jakým volbám studia dávají přednost. Zároveň mohou výsledky výzkumu posloužit jako informační a edukační materiál pro širokou veřejnost i odborníky

Regional label is a modern way to highlight the traditional Czech regions and also to revive their economy. My bachelor thesis is dealing with issues of regional labeling. The aim is to analyze the regional brands in the region of South Bohemia. The result of the analysis is a literature review and territorial analysis of the availability of brands in the Region, which were drawn from a study of related literature and other sources. The practical part consists of marketing research, which was conducted through personal interviews, focused on finding acquaintance reginal brand "Tastes nicely. South Bohemian" and awareness of points of sale. Also were conducted guided interviews, which dealt with the certification process of regional brands. Regionální značení je novodobým způsobem, jak zviditelnit tradiční české regiony a zároveň oživit jejich ekonomiku. Má bakalářská práce se problematikou regionálního značení zabývá. Cílem je analyzovat regionální značky na území Jihočeského kraje. Výsledkem analytické části práce je literární rešerše a územní analýza dostupnosti značek na území Jihočeského kraje, které byly zpracovány na základě studia související odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů. Praktickou část práce tvoří marketingový výzkum, provedený formou osobního dotazování, jenž bylo zaměřeno na zjištění známosti regionální značky "Chutná hezky. Jihočesky" a známosti prodejních míst. Rovněž byly provedeny řízené rozhovory, které se zabývaly procesem certifikace jednotlivých regionálních značek.

The subject of the thesis, the Development of the rural region of South bohemia and his perspective" is to describe the issues of rural development, actors of rural development, in particular, Local action groups. The first part is focused on the description and the importance of Regional policies, their objectives, both in the past so the current programming period. Here are described the structural funds of the European union. Due to the focus of the work here is more described by the rural development Programme, axis IV. The LEADER, which was necessary for rural development actors. In the practical part are rozebráni Local action groups of the selected regions. At the conclusion of the work is the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and the evaluation of the local action groups. Předmětem bakalářské práce ,,Rozvoj venkova Jihočeského kraje a jeho perspektivy" je popsání problematiky rozvoje venkova a rozebrány aktéři rozvoje venkova především Místní akční skupiny. První část je zaměřena na popis a význam Regionální politiky, jejich cílů jak v minulém tak současném programovacím období. Jsou zde popsány strukturální fondy Evropské unie. Vzhledem k zaměření práce je zde více popsán Program rozvoje venkova, osa IV. LEADER, které byla nezbytná pro aktéry rozvoje venkova. V praktické části jsou rozebráni Místní akční skupiny z vybraných regionů. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a zhodnocení místních akčních skupin.

Historical treatment of land in Jihočeském kraji

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the first land arrangements and land reforms that were implemented in the area of the present Czech Republic. The thesis elaborates in detail the oldest land reforms carried out in South Bohemia. Furthermore, it addresses historical land arrangements during the era of the Rosenbergs, who were engaged in fish farming. The Eggenbergs made adjustments to the Český Krumlov estate. The Schwarzenbers settled new lands and adjusted agricultural lands. The Buquoys established the park named Terezino Údolí. After the World War I, the ownership of lands underwent several changes. After the World War II, lands were confiscated due to the construction of the Iron Curtain. After 1989, the properties confiscated in previous years were returned and the process of land arrangements began. Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o prvotních úpravách pozemků a pozemkových reformách, které se udály na území dnešní České republiky. Podrobně je věnováno nejstarším úpravám pozemků v jižních Čechách. Práce se zabývá historickými úpravami pozemků za dob Rožmberků, kteří se zabývali rybníkářstvím. Rod Eggenbergů se věnoval úpravám krumlovského panství. Schwarzenbergové osidlovali nové pozemky a upravovali zemědělské pozemky. Buquoyové založili krajinný park Terezino Údolí. Po I. světové válce nastaly změny ve vlastnických právech k pozemkům. Po II. světové válce nastal zábor pozemků vlivem stavby železné opony. Po roce 1989 nastalo navrácení zabaveného majetku v předchozích letech a začaly se provádět pozemkové úpravy.

This bachelor's thesis on the topic of CO Intoxication in the South Bohemian Region and Triage of Patients is divided into two parts. A theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part is focused on the creation of carbon monoxide (hereinafter referred to as CO), its effect on the body, care for intoxicated people, triage of these people and options for prevention of this type of intoxication. Objective 1 was determined for the research part: Map awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding carbon monoxide poisoning and awareness regarding possibilities for prevention of this type of poisoning. Two research questions were determined on the basis of this objective. Research question 1 is: What is the level of awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding CO poisoning? Research question 2 is: Are the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region aware of the possibilities for prevention of CO poisoning? Research was further extended to include question 3, which is: Do workers of the emergency services in the South Bohemian Region know what the procedure is for treatment of a patient suspected of having suffered CO poisoning? A qualitative research method was used to gain the required data, this being in the form of semi-structured interviews with 16 inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region, divided into 4 groups according to their level of education. The data gained was divided into 12 parts. Summary of the research pointed to a lack of awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding CO intoxication. In view of the fact that this is the most frequent type of accidental intoxication, I regard it as important that the population's awareness of this issue be raised. On the basis of this, I designed an information leaflet which could be disseminated, for example via social networks. Another group investigated concerned procedure followed when treating a patient suspected of having suffered CO poisoning. This related to only four participants - paramedics who work for the Emergency Medical Services of the South Bohemian Region. Research pointed to them having sufficient knowledge of therapy for this type of intoxication and triage of those affected. Tato bakalářská práce na téma Intoxikace CO v Jihočeském kraji, triage pacientů je rozdělena na dvě části. Na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vznik oxidu uhelnatého (dále CO), jeho působení na organismus, na péči o intoxikované osoby, jejich triage a na možnosti prevence této intoxikace. Pro výzkumnou část byl stanoven Cíl 1: Zmapovat povědomí obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o otravě oxidem uhelnatým a povědomí o možnostech prevence této otravy. Na základě tohoto cíle byly určeny dvě výzkumné otázky. Výzkumná otázka 1 zní: Jaké je povědomí obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o otravě CO?Výzkumná otázka 2 zní: Mají obyvatelé Jihočeského kraje povědomí o možnostech prevence otravy CO? Výzkum byl dále rozšířen o otázku 3, která zní: Znají pracovníci záchranné služby v Jihočeském kraji postup při ošetření pacienta podezřelého z otravy CO? Kzískání potřebných dat byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 16 obyvateli Jihočeského kraje, rozdělených do 4 skupin podle úrovně vzdělání. Získaná data byla rozdělena do 12 částí. Sumarizace výzkumného šetření poukázala na nedostatečnou informovanost obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o intoxikaci CO. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o nejčastější náhodnou intoxikaci, považuji za důležité, zvýšit informovanost obyvatel. Na základě toho jsem navrhla informační leták, který by se mohl dále šířit například skrz sociální sítě. Další zkoumanou skupinou byl postup při ošetření pacienta podezřelého z otravy CO, což se týkalo pouze čtyř participantů- zdravotnických záchranářů, vykonávajících svou profesi u Zdravotnické záchranné služby Jihočeského kraje. Výzkumné šetření poukázalo na dostatečnou znalost terapie této intoxikace a triage postižených.

This bachelor thesis is focused on music ensembles of natural French horns operating in the South Bohemian region. In the general part of the thesis I deal with basic data about history of natural French horns and their use (with a focus on hunting music). The core of the thesis is treatise on the origin, history, repertoire and activities of the contemporary South Bohemian ensembles of natural French horns (South Bohemian Trumpeters, Pootavští Trumpeters the trumpeters from the region bordering the Otava river, Povltavští Trumpeters the trumpeters from the region bordering the Vltava/ Moldau river and Trumpeters of the OMS Tábor). Considering my own practice I focus more closely in my thesis on the activity of the largest one of these ensembles, the South Bohemian Trumpeters music ensemble. In the at-tachment you can find photos of these music ensembles, concert programs and samples from repertoires of the South Bohemian ensembles. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hudební soubory přirozených rohů působící v Jihočeském kraji. V obecné části práce se věnuji základním údajům o historii přirozených lesních rohů a jejich využití (se zaměřením na loveckou hudbu). Jádrem práce je pojednání o vzniku, historii, repertoáru a aktivitách současných jihočeských ansámblů přirozených lesních rohů (Jihočeští trubači, Pootavští trubači, Povltavští trubači a Trubači OMS Tábor). Vzhledem k vlastní praxi se v práci blíže zaměřuji na činnost největšího z těchto ansámblů, souboru Jihočeští trubači. V příloze naleznete fotografie souborů, koncertní programy a ukázky z repertoáru jihočeských ansámblů.
