The content of the first part of my work is a description of basic economy definitions from goods and public sector. I explain there public goods and their financing. This part is important because of better understanding of the second part of this work. My work name is Production of public goods in South Bohemian, and public goods are a lot so in the second part I chose description of a czech education from 2004 to 2007. První část práce popisuje teoreticky statky a veřejný sektor. Vysvětluje problematiku veřejných statků a jejich financování. Veřejné statky je velmi široký pojem, proto jsem si pro praktickou analýzu zvolila pouze mateřské, základní a střední školství v období 2004-2007.

The topic of this disseratation work is the regulation of rental housing in the South Bohemia region. The main objective is to describe recent and contemporary legal regulation of rental housing. The overall objective of prior studies law and literature, under which it was prepared literature. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat recentní a současnou právní úpravu regulace nájmu bytů. Dalším cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy regulovaného nájmu bytů na území jihočeského regionu. Splnění tohoto cíle předcházelo studium právních předpisů a odborné literatury, na základě kterého byla zpracována literární rešerše. Praktická část je již věnována analýze vývoje regulace nájmu bytů v jihočeském regionu. Na vytvořených časových řadách, tabulkách a grafech jsou dobře zřetelné rozdíly ve výši regulovaného a tržního nájemného ve vybraných částech jihočeského regionu. Pro porovnání jsem si vybral města České Budějovice a Vodňany.

The work describes the historical treatment of land in the South Region for the period: Rosenberg; Buquoys, Eggenberg and Schwarzenberg; after World War I.; after World War II.; after 1989. This work describes the changing of landscape in different seasons and informs about the most important adjustments, particularly in the fields of: fishing, forestry, water management and agriculture. There are elaborated landscaping history records from the beginning of the registration to the present. The work contains a treatise on colonization reforms, land consolidation, modern and contemporary land consolidation in the area of interest. V bakalářské práci jsou popsány historické úpravy pozemků v Jihočeském kraji za doby: Rožmberků; Buquoyů, Eggenbergů a Schwarzenbergů; po I. světové válce; po II. světové válce; po roce 1989. Práce popisuje, jak se měnila krajina v jednotlivých obdobích a informuje o nejvýznamnějších úpravách, zejména v oborech: rybníkářství, lesnictví, vodohospodářství a zemědělství. Je zde rozebrána historie pozemkových úprav od počátku evidence užívání půdy po současnost. Práce obsahuje pojednání o kolonizaci, reformách, novodobých pozemkových úpravách a současných pozemkových úpravách na zájmovém území.

Felinotherapy in Nursing Homes in the South Bohemian Region

The bachelor thesis focuses on the provision of felinotherapy in retirement homes in the South-Bohemian region. The aim of the thesis is to find out in which way (types, forms, methods, techniques, utilities, financing, staffing, documentation management, involvement of a social worker) felinotherapy is provided in retirement homes. The sub-objective aims to find out the benefit from the point of view of workers providing zootherapy. The theoretical part defines major terms of the particular issue. In the practical part are interpreted results of the exploratory survey. For the survey was chosen a qualitative investigative strategy, a method of interviewing, and a technique of semi-structured interview. The examined sample consisted of 4 informants providing felinotherapy in retirement homes, who were chosen by purposive quota sampling. Information obtained from interviews were analysed via open coding. Acquired codes were divided into categories from which were subsequently formed schemes. The exploratory survey revealed that felinotherapy is provided only in two retirement homes in the South-Bohemian region. Used methods in nursing homes are activities with animals and therapies with the help of animals. The benefit is from the perspective of workers providing felinotherapy seen mainly from the psychosocial and physical sides. Felinotherapy especially helps to better psychical condition and enables more frequent social interaction. From the physical side, felinotherapy serves as a supportive rehabilitation device. The bachelor thesis charted the degree of provision of felinotherapy in the South-Bohemian region, and it will be served as a source of information that can be used for example by volunteers or retirement homes. Further, the thesis may increase the awareness of the general public. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na poskytováním felinoterapie v domovech pro seniory v rámci Jihočeského kraje. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem (druhy, formy, metody, techniky, pomůcky, financování, personální zajištění, vedení dokumentace, zapojení sociálního pracovníka) je poskytovaná felinoterapie v domovech pro seniory. Dílčím cílem je zjistit přínos felinoterapie z pohledu pracovníků poskytující zooterapii. Teoretická část definuje důležité pojmy dané problematiky. V praktické části jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumného šetření. Zvolena byla kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Použita byla metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Zkoumaný soubor tvořili 4 informanti poskytující felinoterapii v domovech pro seniory, kteří byli vybráni účelovým kvótním výběrem. Získané informace z rozhovorů byly analyzovány pomocí otevřeného kódování. Získané kódy se členily do kategorií, z kterých se následně vytvářela schémata. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že felinoterapie se poskytuje pouze ve dvou domovech pro seniory v Jihočeském kraji. Využívané metody v rámci domovů pro seniory jsou aktivity za pomoci zvířat a terapie za pomoci zvířat. Přínos je z pohledu pracovníků poskytující felinoterapii spatřován zejména z psychosociální a fyzické stránky. Felinoterapie především napomáhá ke zlepšení psychického stavu a umožňuje častější sociální kontakt. Z hlediska fyzické stránky felinoterapie slouží jako podpůrný rehabilitační prostředek. Bakalářská práce zmapovala, v jaké míře se poskytuje felinoterapie v Jihočeském kraji a bude sloužit jako zdroj informací, které mohou využít například dobrovolníci či domovy pro seniory. Dále tato práce může zvýšit povědomí široké veřejnosti.

Social Entrepreneurship and its Development in the South Bohemian Region

This bachelor thesis deals with social entrepreneurship and its aim is to map the state of existing social enterprises in the South Bohemian region and to find out whether they meet the conditions set out in the Factual Intention of the Social Entrepreneurship Act. The partial goal of the thesis is to open a dialogue on the legislative regulation of social enterprises. A qualitative research strategy, a questioning method and a semi-structured interview technique were conducted to meet the objectives. The research sample was determined by purposeful sampling and further obtained by the snowball method. Seven social enterprises operating in the South Bohemian Region participated in the research. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces social entrepreneurship as such and incorporates it into the context of social economy for proper understanding. In the practical part of the thesis there are presented grant projects in the South Bohemian Region supported by the European Social Fund from the call for Support of Social Entrepreneurship and described individual social enterprises involved in the research. Furthermore, the answers of informants to individual questions from interviews are analyzed and compared. The last part evaluates the fulfillment of the goals of the thesis and answers the research questions concerning the fulfillment of conditions and the opinion of the managers of social enterprises in the South Bohemian Region on the Factual Intention of the Social Entrepreneurship Act. The contribution of the work is seen in finding the answer to the need for legislative anchoring of social entrepreneurship from the perspective of managers of social enterprises in the South Bohemian Region. The thesis also provides feedback to the enterprises concerned whether they fulfill the conditions of the Factual Intention of the Social Business Act. The general public will then get a comprehensive overview of social entrepreneurship and social enterprises, whether in general or in the South Bohemian Region. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním podnikáním a klade si za cíl zmapovat stav existujících sociálních podniků v Jihočeském kraji a zjistit, zda splňují podmínky stanovené ve Věcném záměru zákona o sociálním podnikání. Dílčím cílem práce je otevřít dialog o legislativní úpravě sociálních podniků. Pro naplnění cílů byla použita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který byl veden s jednotlivými vedoucími pracovníky zkoumaných sociálních podniků. Výzkumný vzorek byl stanoven účelovým vzorkováním a dále získáván technikou snowball, přičemž do výzkumu se zapojilo celkem sedm sociálních podniků působících v Jihočeském kraji. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce představuje sociální podnikání jako takové a pro správně pochopení ho začleňuje do kontextu sociální ekonomiky. V praktické části práce jsou představeny dotační projekty v Jihočeském kraji podpořené Evropským sociálním fondem z výzvy č. 129 "Podpora sociálního podnikání" a popsány jednotlivé sociální podniky zapojené do výzkumu. Dále jsou analyzovány a komparovány odpovědi informantů na jednotlivé otázky z rozhovorů. V poslední části je zhodnoceno naplnění cílů práce a jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky týkající se naplňování podmínek a názoru vedoucích pracovníků sociálních podniků v Jihočeském kraji na Věcný záměr zákona o sociálním podnikání. Přínos práce je spatřován v nalezení odpovědi na potřebu legislativního ukotvení sociálního podnikání z pohledu vedoucích pracovníků sociálních podniků v Jihočeském kraji. Práce dále poskytuje zpětnou vazbu zkoumaným podnikům, zda naplňují podmínky Věcného záměru zákona o sociálním podnikání. Široké veřejnosti poté práce zprostředkuje ucelený přehled o sociálním podnikání a sociálních podnicích, ať už obecně či konkrétně v Jihočeském kraji.

This thesis deals with the history and development of orchard management in the Czech Republic, the establishment of orchards and their integration into the landscape, landscaping specifics in dealing with orchards and comparison of conventional and organic farming. It also treats in detail the characteristics and history of the monitored sites, detailed processing of annual maintenance of cherry orchard and the harvest season, description of cultivated varieties and mechanization in monitored orchard used along with planting and developed according to current investment costs. Tato bakalářská práce řeší historii a vývoj sadovnictví na českém území, zakládání ovocných sadů a jejich začlenění do krajinného rázu, specifika pozemkových úprav při řešení ovocných sadů a porovnání konvenčního a ekologického hospodaření. Je zde podrobně zpracována charakteristika a historie území sledované lokality, detailní zpracování roční údržby třešňového sadu a období sklizně, popis pěstovaných odrůd a mechanizace ve sledovaném ovocném sadě a zároveň spolu s použitou výsadbou i rozpracována investice podle aktuálních nákladů.

Programmes to Support Small and Medium Enterprises in the Region of South Bohemian

Small and medium enterprises play an indispensable and important role in the business environment of the Czech Republic. They create new jobs and generally represent a stabilizing element of the economic system. Support for SMEs is one of the basic priorities of the Czech government. The aim of this thesis is to analyse programmes to support small and medium enterprises in the selected region, assess the current state of the use of SME support programmes, and review the changes proposed in the programming period of 2014 - 2020. The theoretical part of the paper is focused on the definition and development of small and medium enterprises, their importance and characteristics of the related operational programmes. The practical part examines the support of entrepreneurship in the European Union and the Czech Republic. It also focuses on obtaining sources of SME funding and provides assessment of operational programmes and their modifications in the period of 2014-2020. The entrepreneurship support programmes are essential for the dynamics, efficiency and success of the SMEs. The aim of this part of the thesis is to conduct a controlled interview and a survey, and suggest possibilities of using entrepreneurship support programmes in the region. Malé a střední firmy hrají nezbytnou a významnou úlohu v podnikatelském prostředí České republiky při vytváření nových pracovních příležitostí a všeobecně působí jako stabilizující prvek ekonomického systému. Podpora malých a středních podniků je jednou ze základních priorit české vlády. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza programů podpory malého a středního podnikání ve vybraném regionu, zhodnocení současného stavu využívání programů podpory MSP a posouzení navrhovaných změn v programovém období 2014 - 2020. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vývoj drobného podnikání, definice malého a středního podnikaní, jeho význam a analýza a charakteristika operačních programů. Praktická část zkoumá podporu podnikání v Evropské unii a v České republice, získávání zdrojů financování pro malé a střední podnikání, hodnocení operačních programů v období 2014 2020 a jejich změny. Bez podpory podnikání by rozvoj malých a středních podniků nebyl zdaleka tak dynamický, efektivní a úspěšný. Cílem této části je řízený rozhovor, dotazníkové šetření a návrh možností využití změn programů podpory v daném regionu.

Abstract The topic of this bachelor's thesis is "The Consumer Market with Organic Food in the South Bohemian Region" and it deals with the current market situation. The goal of this thesis is to analyse customer's approach to shopping of organic food, also looking for the weakest side of customer-organic food relationship and to define the direction how the customers think of the purchase. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts such as organic farming, defines legislation in labelling requirements and certification of organic food, the functions of organic farming control companies and production and processing of organic food. The results in the practical part were achieved by evaluation of a questionnaire survey and data analysis from the respondent's survey. Finally, the author suggests recommendations based on data analysis from the obtained information. Abstrakt Bakalářská práce na téma Spotřebitelský trh s biopotravinami v Jihočeském kraji se zabývá současnou situací na trhu. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat postoj zákazníků k nákupu biopotravin, vyhledat slabou stránku vztahu spotřebitele k biopotravinám, definovat směr úvahy zákazníka o nákupu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako ekologické zemědělství, definována je legislativa, oblast označování a certifikace biopotravin, funkce kontrolních společností ekologického zemědělství, výroba a zpracování biopotravin. Výsledky v praktické části jsou vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření a analýzou dat získaných od respondentů průzkumu. Závěrem jsem vyhodnotila SWOT analýzu a doporučila strategii pro jihočeský trh.

Life of minority groups in South Bohemian and South Moravian region

The thesis titled "The life of minorities in South Bohemian and South Moravian region" deals with problems of Romani minority groups and their education. Education and process of studying creates at present the key conditions for rising of the Romani ethnicity and their integration into society. In theoretical part is described the origin and dividing of Romani people and their historical connection in their progress in our country. There have been mentioned current problems concerning the Romani minority, as for example social exclusion, discrimination, etc. Other chapters refer to Romani culture, family and upbringing. The most substantial part of the thesis focuses on education and is lead in this direction. We also stated the current level of education among the Romani ethnicity. In the empirical part presents records of the research focused on education of Romani ethnicity in the secondary-studies area. Research was processed in the secondary analyses data system and the quantitative evaluation of questionnaire. The main aim of the thesis was to find out what kind of secondary schools pupils of Romani ethnicity prefer, whether they completed the education or finish it untimely. Whether pupils and students from the social disadvantaged background get help from assistant pedagogues for children during their studies. Furthermore we investigated if Romani students of grammar schools take advantage of grant from the state to study. The most preferred types of grammar schools among Romani were vocational schools. Only small amount of respondents chose vocational schools with the enclosure of finished leaving examination. Through that result had to be proved or disapproved the formulated hypothesis: Romani minority completes the secondary schools education. This hypothesise was disproved, as most of the Romani pupils did not complete their secondary school education. The thesis points out the factors which influence the Romani ethnicity attitude towards the education and the process of studying. Records of the thesis are beneficial for practice as the schools which were engaged in this research continue in cooperation with us. As a feedback we provided the records of this research to schools as they may use the information for better orientation what students expect from the education , how to approach it or the choice of study they prefer. At the same time the records of the research may be used as an informative and educational material for public and specialists. Bakalářská práce s názvem "Život menšin v Jihočeském a Jihomoravském kraji" se zabývá problematikou romské menšiny a jejím vzděláváním. Vzdělání a vzdělávání je v současné době klíčovým předpokladem pro vzestup romského etnika a jeho začlenění do společnosti. V teoretické části této práce je popsána charakteristika, původ a dělení Romů a historické souvislosti vývoje Romů na našem území. Zmínili jsme současné problémy pojící se s romskou menšinou, jako jsou například sociální exkluze, diskriminace, aj. Další kapitoly byly věnovány romské kultuře, rodině a výchově. Nejpodstatnější kapitolou je vzdělávání, jelikož celá práce byla orientována tímto směrem. Uvedli jsme zde také současný stav vzdělanostní úrovně romského etnika. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na vzdělávání romského etnika v oblasti středoškolského studia. Výzkum byl zpracován systémem sekundární analýzy dat a kvantitativního zhodnocení dotazníku. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké typy středních škol žáci romského etnika upřednostňují, zda studia dokončují nebo ukončují předčasně a zda jim během studia pomáhá asistent pedagoga pro děti, žáky a studenty se sociálním znevýhodněním. Dále jsme zjišťovali, jestli romští studenti středních škol využívají státních dotací ke studiu. Preferovanými typy středních škol byly nejčastěji mezi Romy střední odborná učiliště. Jen malá část respondentů si vybírala obory ukončené maturitní zkouškou. Tento výsledek měl rovněž potvrdit nebo vyvrátit formulovanou hypotézu, která zní: Romská menšina dokončuje středoškolské vzdělání. Hypotéza byla vyvrácena, jelikož převážná většina romských žáků středních škol studium nedokončila. Práce poukazuje i na faktory ovlivňující postoje romského etnika ke vzdělání a vzdělávání. Výsledky práce jsou přínosné pro praxi. Se školami zapojenými ve výzkumu byla navázána spolupráce. Zpětnou vazbou jim byly poskytnuty výsledky výzkumu. Pro školy mohou tyto informace znamenat lepší orientaci v tom, co studenti od vzdělávání očekávají, jak k němu přistupují, jakým volbám studia dávají přednost. Zároveň mohou výsledky výzkumu posloužit jako informační a edukační materiál pro širokou veřejnost i odborníky

Regional label is a modern way to highlight the traditional Czech regions and also to revive their economy. My bachelor thesis is dealing with issues of regional labeling. The aim is to analyze the regional brands in the region of South Bohemia. The result of the analysis is a literature review and territorial analysis of the availability of brands in the Region, which were drawn from a study of related literature and other sources. The practical part consists of marketing research, which was conducted through personal interviews, focused on finding acquaintance reginal brand "Tastes nicely. South Bohemian" and awareness of points of sale. Also were conducted guided interviews, which dealt with the certification process of regional brands. Regionální značení je novodobým způsobem, jak zviditelnit tradiční české regiony a zároveň oživit jejich ekonomiku. Má bakalářská práce se problematikou regionálního značení zabývá. Cílem je analyzovat regionální značky na území Jihočeského kraje. Výsledkem analytické části práce je literární rešerše a územní analýza dostupnosti značek na území Jihočeského kraje, které byly zpracovány na základě studia související odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů. Praktickou část práce tvoří marketingový výzkum, provedený formou osobního dotazování, jenž bylo zaměřeno na zjištění známosti regionální značky "Chutná hezky. Jihočesky" a známosti prodejních míst. Rovněž byly provedeny řízené rozhovory, které se zabývaly procesem certifikace jednotlivých regionálních značek.
