The analyse of the regional brands in the region of South Bohemia

Regional label is a modern way to highlight the traditional Czech regions and also to revive their economy. My bachelor thesis is dealing with issues of regional labeling. The aim is to analyze the regional brands in the region of South Bohemia. The result of the analysis is a literature review and territorial analysis of the availability of brands in the Region, which were drawn from a study of related literature and other sources. The practical part consists of marketing research, which was conducted through personal interviews, focused on finding acquaintance reginal brand "Tastes nicely. South Bohemian" and awareness of points of sale. Also were conducted guided interviews, which dealt with the certification process of regional brands. Regionální značení je novodobým způsobem, jak zviditelnit tradiční české regiony a zároveň oživit jejich ekonomiku. Má bakalářská práce se problematikou regionálního značení zabývá. Cílem je analyzovat regionální značky na území Jihočeského kraje. Výsledkem analytické části práce je literární rešerše a územní analýza dostupnosti značek na území Jihočeského kraje, které byly zpracovány na základě studia související odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů. Praktickou část práce tvoří marketingový výzkum, provedený formou osobního dotazování, jenž bylo zaměřeno na zjištění známosti regionální značky "Chutná hezky. Jihočesky" a známosti prodejních míst. Rovněž byly provedeny řízené rozhovory, které se zabývaly procesem certifikace jednotlivých regionálních značek.

The subject of the thesis, the Development of the rural region of South bohemia and his perspective" is to describe the issues of rural development, actors of rural development, in particular, Local action groups. The first part is focused on the description and the importance of Regional policies, their objectives, both in the past so the current programming period. Here are described the structural funds of the European union. Due to the focus of the work here is more described by the rural development Programme, axis IV. The LEADER, which was necessary for rural development actors. In the practical part are rozebráni Local action groups of the selected regions. At the conclusion of the work is the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and the evaluation of the local action groups. Předmětem bakalářské práce ,,Rozvoj venkova Jihočeského kraje a jeho perspektivy" je popsání problematiky rozvoje venkova a rozebrány aktéři rozvoje venkova především Místní akční skupiny. První část je zaměřena na popis a význam Regionální politiky, jejich cílů jak v minulém tak současném programovacím období. Jsou zde popsány strukturální fondy Evropské unie. Vzhledem k zaměření práce je zde více popsán Program rozvoje venkova, osa IV. LEADER, které byla nezbytná pro aktéry rozvoje venkova. V praktické části jsou rozebráni Místní akční skupiny z vybraných regionů. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a zhodnocení místních akčních skupin.

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the first land arrangements and land reforms that were implemented in the area of the present Czech Republic. The thesis elaborates in detail the oldest land reforms carried out in South Bohemia. Furthermore, it addresses historical land arrangements during the era of the Rosenbergs, who were engaged in fish farming. The Eggenbergs made adjustments to the Český Krumlov estate. The Schwarzenbers settled new lands and adjusted agricultural lands. The Buquoys established the park named Terezino Údolí. After the World War I, the ownership of lands underwent several changes. After the World War II, lands were confiscated due to the construction of the Iron Curtain. After 1989, the properties confiscated in previous years were returned and the process of land arrangements began. Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o prvotních úpravách pozemků a pozemkových reformách, které se udály na území dnešní České republiky. Podrobně je věnováno nejstarším úpravám pozemků v jižních Čechách. Práce se zabývá historickými úpravami pozemků za dob Rožmberků, kteří se zabývali rybníkářstvím. Rod Eggenbergů se věnoval úpravám krumlovského panství. Schwarzenbergové osidlovali nové pozemky a upravovali zemědělské pozemky. Buquoyové založili krajinný park Terezino Údolí. Po I. světové válce nastaly změny ve vlastnických právech k pozemkům. Po II. světové válce nastal zábor pozemků vlivem stavby železné opony. Po roce 1989 nastalo navrácení zabaveného majetku v předchozích letech a začaly se provádět pozemkové úpravy.

This bachelor's thesis on the topic of CO Intoxication in the South Bohemian Region and Triage of Patients is divided into two parts. A theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part is focused on the creation of carbon monoxide (hereinafter referred to as CO), its effect on the body, care for intoxicated people, triage of these people and options for prevention of this type of intoxication. Objective 1 was determined for the research part: Map awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding carbon monoxide poisoning and awareness regarding possibilities for prevention of this type of poisoning. Two research questions were determined on the basis of this objective. Research question 1 is: What is the level of awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding CO poisoning? Research question 2 is: Are the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region aware of the possibilities for prevention of CO poisoning? Research was further extended to include question 3, which is: Do workers of the emergency services in the South Bohemian Region know what the procedure is for treatment of a patient suspected of having suffered CO poisoning? A qualitative research method was used to gain the required data, this being in the form of semi-structured interviews with 16 inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region, divided into 4 groups according to their level of education. The data gained was divided into 12 parts. Summary of the research pointed to a lack of awareness among the inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region regarding CO intoxication. In view of the fact that this is the most frequent type of accidental intoxication, I regard it as important that the population's awareness of this issue be raised. On the basis of this, I designed an information leaflet which could be disseminated, for example via social networks. Another group investigated concerned procedure followed when treating a patient suspected of having suffered CO poisoning. This related to only four participants - paramedics who work for the Emergency Medical Services of the South Bohemian Region. Research pointed to them having sufficient knowledge of therapy for this type of intoxication and triage of those affected. Tato bakalářská práce na téma Intoxikace CO v Jihočeském kraji, triage pacientů je rozdělena na dvě části. Na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vznik oxidu uhelnatého (dále CO), jeho působení na organismus, na péči o intoxikované osoby, jejich triage a na možnosti prevence této intoxikace. Pro výzkumnou část byl stanoven Cíl 1: Zmapovat povědomí obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o otravě oxidem uhelnatým a povědomí o možnostech prevence této otravy. Na základě tohoto cíle byly určeny dvě výzkumné otázky. Výzkumná otázka 1 zní: Jaké je povědomí obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o otravě CO?Výzkumná otázka 2 zní: Mají obyvatelé Jihočeského kraje povědomí o možnostech prevence otravy CO? Výzkum byl dále rozšířen o otázku 3, která zní: Znají pracovníci záchranné služby v Jihočeském kraji postup při ošetření pacienta podezřelého z otravy CO? Kzískání potřebných dat byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 16 obyvateli Jihočeského kraje, rozdělených do 4 skupin podle úrovně vzdělání. Získaná data byla rozdělena do 12 částí. Sumarizace výzkumného šetření poukázala na nedostatečnou informovanost obyvatel Jihočeského kraje o intoxikaci CO. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o nejčastější náhodnou intoxikaci, považuji za důležité, zvýšit informovanost obyvatel. Na základě toho jsem navrhla informační leták, který by se mohl dále šířit například skrz sociální sítě. Další zkoumanou skupinou byl postup při ošetření pacienta podezřelého z otravy CO, což se týkalo pouze čtyř participantů- zdravotnických záchranářů, vykonávajících svou profesi u Zdravotnické záchranné služby Jihočeského kraje. Výzkumné šetření poukázalo na dostatečnou znalost terapie této intoxikace a triage postižených.

Energy use of phytomass in the South Bohemia Region

This bachelor thesis focuses on energetic use of phytomass in the Southern Bohemia. There was identified real and potential production of biomass in the Czech Republic and in the Southern Bohemia. According to the information acquired from literature, internet and questionnairy research there was identified volume of use of energetic sources and biomass deliberately cultivated in Southern Bohemia for energetic use. The results of this research show that Czech Republic meets the commitment to cover 6% of energetic consumption by renewable energy source ? it even reached 8%. Southern Bohemia produces 4,5% of all renewable energy sources of the Czech republic. The research shows that there is a lack of biomass in the Czech Republic, that is why it must be produced by growing energy crops (PEP) and fast growing woods (RRD). Energy crops produces in the Czech Republic are: Sorrel Feed, Miscanthus Chinese, Knotweed, Reed Canary Grass, Hemp, Sorghum. As fast growing woods there are willows and poplars recommended. The most of the renewable energy sources in Southern Bohemia is represented by biomass and its combustion. Its potential is huge, mostly the waste of wood processing ? sawdust and wooden chips, is the most used fuel. Energetic use of biomass has a good perspective in Southern Bohemia. There is still unused waste from logging and straw in agricultural production. There is still hidden potential in growing energy crops and fast growing woods. The development is defended especially by economic reasons and state financial support. Práce je zaměřena na energetické využití fytomasy v Jihočeském kraji. Byl zjišťován stav reálné a potenciální produkce biomasy v České republice a v jižních Čechách. Na základě získaných informací z literatury, internetu a dotazníkových šetření bylo zjištěno využití zdrojů energie a cíleně pěstované biomasy pro energetické účely, včetně množství pěstovaných energetických plodin v Jihočeském kraji. Z výsledků vyplývá, že Česká republika splnila závazek, podílet se 6% z obnovitelných zdrojů energie, podílela se 8%. Jižní Čechy se podílí 4,5% na obnovitelných zdrojích energie z ČR. Bylo zjištěno, že v ČR je nedostatek biomasy, proto se musí vypěstovat pomocí energetických plodin (PEP) a rychle rostoucích dřevin (RRD). Jako energetické plodiny se v ČR pěstují: Šťovík krmný, Ozdobnice čínská, Křídlatky, Chrastice rákosovitá, Konopí seté, Čiroky. Jako rychle rostoucí dřeviny jsou vhodné vrby a topoly. V jižních Čechách tvoří největší podíl obnovitelných zdrojů energie biomasy a její spalování. Potenciál je veliký, nejvíce využívané palivo jsou odpady ze zpracování dřeva zejména piliny a štěpka z kusového materiálu. Energetické využití biomasy má v jižních Čechách perspektivu. Nevyužité jsou odpady po těžbě dřeva i sláma v zemědělské výrobě. Potenciál je také v pěstování energetických bylin a rychle rostoucích dřevin (RRD). Rozvoji brání především ekonomické důvody na realizaci, a finanční podpora od státu.

This part is important because of better understanding of the second part of this work. My work name is Production of public goods in South Bohemian, and public goods are a lot so in the second part I chose description of a czech education from 2004 to 2007. První část práce popisuje teoreticky statky a veřejný sektor. Vysvětluje problematiku veřejných statků a jejich financování. Veřejné statky je velmi široký pojem, proto jsem si pro praktickou analýzu zvolila pouze mateřské, základní a střední školství v období 2004-2007.

The topic of this disseratation work is the regulation of rental housing in the South Bohemia region. The main objective is to describe recent and contemporary legal regulation of rental housing. The overall objective of prior studies law and literature, under which it was prepared literature. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat recentní a současnou právní úpravu regulace nájmu bytů. Dalším cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy regulovaného nájmu bytů na území jihočeského regionu. Splnění tohoto cíle předcházelo studium právních předpisů a odborné literatury, na základě kterého byla zpracována literární rešerše. Praktická část je již věnována analýze vývoje regulace nájmu bytů v jihočeském regionu. Na vytvořených časových řadách, tabulkách a grafech jsou dobře zřetelné rozdíly ve výši regulovaného a tržního nájemného ve vybraných částech jihočeského regionu. Pro porovnání jsem si vybral města České Budějovice a Vodňany.

The work describes the historical treatment of land in the South Region for the period: Rosenberg; Buquoys, Eggenberg and Schwarzenberg; after World War I.; after World War II.; after 1989. This work describes the changing of landscape in different seasons and informs about the most important adjustments, particularly in the fields of: fishing, forestry, water management and agriculture. There are elaborated landscaping history records from the beginning of the registration to the present. The work contains a treatise on colonization reforms, land consolidation, modern and contemporary land consolidation in the area of interest. V bakalářské práci jsou popsány historické úpravy pozemků v Jihočeském kraji za doby: Rožmberků; Buquoyů, Eggenbergů a Schwarzenbergů; po I. světové válce; po II. světové válce; po roce 1989. Práce popisuje, jak se měnila krajina v jednotlivých obdobích a informuje o nejvýznamnějších úpravách, zejména v oborech: rybníkářství, lesnictví, vodohospodářství a zemědělství. Je zde rozebrána historie pozemkových úprav od počátku evidence užívání půdy po současnost. Práce obsahuje pojednání o kolonizaci, reformách, novodobých pozemkových úpravách a současných pozemkových úpravách na zájmovém území.

Felinotherapy in Nursing Homes in the South Bohemian Region

The bachelor thesis focuses on the provision of felinotherapy in retirement homes in the South-Bohemian region. The aim of the thesis is to find out in which way (types, forms, methods, techniques, utilities, financing, staffing, documentation management, involvement of a social worker) felinotherapy is provided in retirement homes. The sub-objective aims to find out the benefit from the point of view of workers providing zootherapy. The theoretical part defines major terms of the particular issue. In the practical part are interpreted results of the exploratory survey. For the survey was chosen a qualitative investigative strategy, a method of interviewing, and a technique of semi-structured interview. The examined sample consisted of 4 informants providing felinotherapy in retirement homes, who were chosen by purposive quota sampling. Information obtained from interviews were analysed via open coding. Acquired codes were divided into categories from which were subsequently formed schemes. The exploratory survey revealed that felinotherapy is provided only in two retirement homes in the South-Bohemian region. Used methods in nursing homes are activities with animals and therapies with the help of animals. The benefit is from the perspective of workers providing felinotherapy seen mainly from the psychosocial and physical sides. Felinotherapy especially helps to better psychical condition and enables more frequent social interaction. From the physical side, felinotherapy serves as a supportive rehabilitation device. The bachelor thesis charted the degree of provision of felinotherapy in the South-Bohemian region, and it will be served as a source of information that can be used for example by volunteers or retirement homes. Further, the thesis may increase the awareness of the general public. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na poskytováním felinoterapie v domovech pro seniory v rámci Jihočeského kraje. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem (druhy, formy, metody, techniky, pomůcky, financování, personální zajištění, vedení dokumentace, zapojení sociálního pracovníka) je poskytovaná felinoterapie v domovech pro seniory. Dílčím cílem je zjistit přínos felinoterapie z pohledu pracovníků poskytující zooterapii. Teoretická část definuje důležité pojmy dané problematiky. V praktické části jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumného šetření. Zvolena byla kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Použita byla metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Zkoumaný soubor tvořili 4 informanti poskytující felinoterapii v domovech pro seniory, kteří byli vybráni účelovým kvótním výběrem. Získané informace z rozhovorů byly analyzovány pomocí otevřeného kódování. Získané kódy se členily do kategorií, z kterých se následně vytvářela schémata. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že felinoterapie se poskytuje pouze ve dvou domovech pro seniory v Jihočeském kraji. Využívané metody v rámci domovů pro seniory jsou aktivity za pomoci zvířat a terapie za pomoci zvířat. Přínos je z pohledu pracovníků poskytující felinoterapii spatřován zejména z psychosociální a fyzické stránky. Felinoterapie především napomáhá ke zlepšení psychického stavu a umožňuje častější sociální kontakt. Z hlediska fyzické stránky felinoterapie slouží jako podpůrný rehabilitační prostředek. Bakalářská práce zmapovala, v jaké míře se poskytuje felinoterapie v Jihočeském kraji a bude sloužit jako zdroj informací, které mohou využít například dobrovolníci či domovy pro seniory. Dále tato práce může zvýšit povědomí široké veřejnosti.
