The effects confrontation of the aerobic and yoga activities upon the cardiovascular system of the college students with the emphasison the preventive health programs and life style optimalization

2013 - Czech The aim of this thesis is to find and compare the physical fitness level of the college students in relation to the aerobic and yoga activities. I also aimed to explore the effects of these activities on the cardiovascular system of women, and to determine the physical load improvement which could influence the health condition and lifestyle in a positive way. 237 students of the University of South Bohemia in ČeskéBudějovice participated in the research. They were 20 up to 23 years old and they were divided into two groups according to their hobbies. They underwent the two-term long physical programs - the aerobic one and the yoga one. To compare the results of these programs I used the anthropometric and motometric methods and a questionnaire as well - BMI, Ruffier´s test, T-test, Spearman´s correlation coefficient and the circadian rhythm, lifestyle, emotional state and self-image based questionnaire. The statistic analysis of gained data shows a considerable change as for the Ruffier index of physical fitness, and this is just a result of the intervention physical program use within both of the experimental groups as for the level of importance p<0,001. These results confirm the hypothesis H1 and H3 and a contributive effect on the physical fitness of the college students either. BMI of the experimental aerobic group also shows an important change as for the level of importance p<0,01. This result confirms the hypothesis H2 and the fact that the aerobic program has a contributive effect on the BMI as for the ES. As for the experimental yoga group, there were not seen any changes and therefore the hypothesis H4 was not confirmed either.The circadian rhythm questionnaire analysis shows that due to the physical stress, these students often face depressions. The gained data show a low level of cardiovascular indicators as for the entrance measurement, and a significant improvement during a regular intentional use of proper physical exercises - both aerobic and yoga ones. This is very important for the preventive health programs and the active lifestyle of women during their college studies. Cílem práce je zjištění a komparace úrovně tělesné zdatnosti u vysokoškolských studentek ve vztahu k aerobikovým a jógovým aktivitám a jejich účinků na kardiovaskulární systém organismu žen aoptimalizace adekvátního pohybového zatížení pozitivně ovlivňující zdravotní aspekty životního stylu a zdraví. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno celkem u 237 studentekJihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích ve věkovém rozpětí 20-23 let, které byly podle svých zájmů rozděleny do dvou souborů s aplikací dvousemestrálních intervenčních pohybových programů - Intervenční pohybový program aerobikový a jógový. Ke komparaci výsledků intervenčních pohybových programů byly použity antropometrické a motometrické metody a dotazníkové šetření - BMI, Ruffierova zkouška, T-test, Spearmanův korelační koeficient, dotazník cirkadiánních rytmů a životního stylu, emočního stavu a sebepojetí. Statistická analýza získaných dat obou sledovaných souborů poukazuje na signifikantní pozitivní změny v Ruffierově indexu tělesné zdatnosti vlivem aplikace intervenčních pohybových programů u obou sledovaných experimentálních souborů na hladině významnosti p<0,001. Tyto výsledky potvrzují hypotézy H1, H3 a skutečnost, že aerobikový a jógový intervenční pohybový program má pozitivní vliv na tělesnou zdatnost vysokoškolských studentek. Signifikantní změny byly taktéž prokázány u hodnot BMI experimentálního souboru aerobik na hladině významnosti p<0,01. Tento výsledek potvrzuje hypotézu H2 azjištění, že aerobikový intervenční pohybový program má pozitivní vliv na hodnotu BMI u ESa.Uexperimentálního souboru jóga změny prokázány nebyly a tím hypotéza H4 nebyla potvrzena. Z analýzy výsledků dotazníkového šetření v oblasti cirkadiánních rytmů je zřejmé, že díky psychické zátěži jsou studentky vystaveny četnějším depresivním stavům. Získané výsledky poukazují na nízkou úroveň kardiovaskulárních ukazatelů ve vstupních měřeních a signifikantní zlepšení při pravidelné intencionální aplikaci adekvátního pohybového režimu, a to jak u aerobikových, tak u jógových cvičení, což je významné pro prevenci zdraví a aktivní životní styl žen v období vysokoškolského studia. 2012 - English In the present study, both in vitro and in vivo experiments were performed to investigate modes of action of selected EDCs including mercury chloride (HgCl2), bisphenol A (BPA), vinclozolin (VZ) and Di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate (DEHP) on male reproductive physiology in fish. Results obtained from in vitro studies showed that EDCs decrease sperm motility via disruption in energetics and damage to spermatozoa; however the effective doses are higher than reported in the environmentally relevant concentrations. In contrast, in vivo studies showed adverse effects of BPA, VZ, and DEHP on sperm quality at environmentally relevant concentrations. Decrease in sperm quality is associated with disruption in testicular steroidogenesis, particularly inhibition of androgens. Only BPA induced vitellogenin production, associated with increase in transcripts of estrogen receptor, androgen receptor and cytochrome P450 mRNA at the high dose approaching environmental level. Inhibition of androgen production is due to disruption in transfer of cholesterol into the steroidogenesis pathway, because transcript of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein mRNA was decreased. In addition, BPA acts through sex steroid-mediated mechanism while DEHP mode of action is sex-steroid independent mechanism. 2011 - Czech Generally, the work deals with social changes, which resulted in creating a modern society. Nonetheless, it does not deal with obvious institutional and structural changes. The focal points on the contrary are quiet unobtrusive transformations of moral imperatives and period conduct patterns. The work tries to depict theses changes not in period literary and normative output, but in everyday experience of unprivileged social classes. As far as the theoretical level is concerned, the work is based on the concept of social disciplination and discussion about its anti-etatistic concept. The central focus lies in answering a question whether these theoretical enticements can be used and practically verified also in particular conditions of the Czech early-modern period state. For that purpose, the typical South Bohemian manor of Hluboká nad Vltavou was chosen as a model environment. Concerning the time, the work is formally limited by years 1661 and 1765, i.e. the arrival of new owners on one side and the escalating activities of the Enlightened absolutism on the other. To meet the selected objective, the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used. Obecně je práce věnována společenským změnám, které vyústily ve vytvoření moderní společnosti. Nezabývá se však zjevnými institucionálními a strukturálními změnami. V centru pozornosti stojí naopak tiché nenápadné proměny morálních pravidel a dobových vzorců chování. Tyto proměny se pokouší zachytit nikoliv v dobové literární a normativní produkci, ale v každodenní praxi neprivilegovaných vrstev populace. V teoretické rovině vychází práce z konceptu sociální disciplinace a diskusí o jeho anti/etatistickém pojetí. Ústředním úkolem je zodpovězení otázky, zda lze tyto teoretické podněty využít a prakticky ověřit také v konkrétních podmínkách českého raně novověkého státu. Jako modelové prostředí bylo k tomuto účelu zvoleno typické jihočeské panství Hluboká nad Vltavou. Časově je práce formálně ohraničena léty 1661 a 1765, tj. příchodem nových majitelů na jedné a stupňujícími se aktivitami osvícenského absolutismu na straně druhé. K naplnění zvoleného cíle bylo využito kombinace kvantitativních i kvalitativních metod. Available in the Digital Repository of University of South Bohemia.
