2020 - German The aim of this thesis is to analyse metaphor use in the field of natural sciences which will be demonstrated on the example of astronomy. First, the thesis focuses on the definition of the term metaphor and introduces the main approaches to this phenomenon. Furthermore, a special attention is paid to the application of the cognitive theory of metaphor in science which represents the theoretical basis for the practical analysis of gathered data, and to the comparison of metaphor use in technical and popular science writing. In the practical part, the occurrence of metaphor, its specific use, and function in providing information about the distant universe are examined by using a corpus compiled from popular science articles. The thesis focuses primarily on the classification of metaphors according to the source domains which they originated from. Specific metaphors are construed within individual categories. In the end of the thesis, results yielded by the analysis are summarised. Based on these results, general tendencies concerning the use of metaphor in popular science literature are defined. Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat užití metafory v oblasti přírodních věd znázorněné na příkladu Astronomie. Práce se nejprve zaměří na vymezení pojmu metafora a představí základní pojetí tohoto fenoménu. Následně je pozornost věnována zejména užití kognitivní teorie metafory ve vědě, která tvoří teoretický základ pro praktickou analýzu získaných dat a porovnání užití metafory v odborných a populárně naučných textech. V empirické časti je pomocí korpusu, sestaveného z populárně naučných textů, zkoumán výskyt metafor, jejich konkrétní užití a funkce při zprostředkovávání informací o vzdáleném vesmíru. Především se práce soustředí na klasifikaci metafor podle zdrojových oblastí, ze kterých pocházejí. V rámci jednotlivých kategorií jsou konkrétní metafory interpretovány. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky analýzy. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou stanoveny obecné tendence v používání metafor v populárně naučné literatuře. 2007 - German The work concerns with the research of the binomials in contemporary German and with their Czech equivalents. The theoretical part focuses on phraseology as a language discipline, which is quite new and steadily developing science, and on division of phraseologisms based on different criteria and theories from morphological, syntactic, semantic and stylistic points of view. This all is based on studying of scientific literature to this theme. In the practical part I work with German corpus by Mannheim Institute for German Language. The final task is to translate the expressions into Czech and order them into groups according to their correspondence with the bino-mials in Czech. It is possible that there will be no equivalent to a particular binomial in Czech. The results will be percentually evaluated. Diplomová práce se zabývá německými binomiály a jejich českými ekvivalenty. Teo-retický úvod je zaměřen na problémy frazeologie jako jazykovědné disciplíny nové a stále se vyvíjející a rozdělení frazeologismů podle různých kritérií a teorií z hlediska morfologického, syntaktického, sémantického a stylistického na základě studia odborné literatury k danému tématu. Základem praktické části je práce s korpusem ně-meckého jazyka Mannheimského institutu pro německý jazyk. Dalším úkolem je pře-klad výrazů do češtiny a jejich utřídění do skupin podle vzájemné shody mezi odpovídajícími slovními spojeními v obou jazycích a procentuální zhodnocení výsledků. 2010 - German This diploma deals with children and the youth upbringing in Muslim or mixed families in Germany and tries to form a picture of their everyday life. This work?s heart consists of theoretical and practical chapters. The theoretical part provides basic information about Islam and children upbringing in Islamic families. These facts are grounded on knowledge emanating from the Koran and statements of Mohammed the prophet. Following theoretical chapters include an essay on the school life of the Muslim children and the role of the Islamic community. The practical part is composed of the evaluation of a questionnaire which was created for purposes of the study of the everyday life of these families. On this study basis, general conclusions will be drawn. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výchovou dětí a mládeže v muslimských resp. smíšených rodinách v Německu a klade si za cíl vytvoření celkové představy o jejich každodenním životě. Jádro práce tvoří kapitoly teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část zprostředkuje základní informace o islámu a o výchově dětí v muslimských rodinách. Tato fakta se opírají o poznatky vycházející z Koránu a o výroky proroka Mohameda. Následující teoretické kapitoly obsahují pojednání o životě muslimských dětí ve škole a o funkci islámské komunity. Praktickou část tvoří vyhodnocení dotazníku, který byl vytvořený za účelem studie o každodenním životě těchto rodin. Na základě tohoto výzkumu budou vyvozeny obecné závěry. 2010 - German The topic of dissertation is the view and the understanding of term ?love? in Turkish-German coexistence. The dissertation is divided into two main sections. The first one contains general information about life of Turks in Germany. The history-overview of migration to Germany precedes this description. In the theoretical section there is also described the meaning of intercultural life, intercultural literature and intercultural movie. This section is based especially on the studied literature. The second section of dissertation includes analysis of literature work and movie from the view of characters-characteristic and their understanding of term ?love?. Also we can find here the description, how each character copes with the feeling ?to be in love?. The goal of the dissertation is to show intercultural life in the context of the basic human feeling?in the context of love. Das Thema der Diplomarbeit ist die Darstellung und Auffassung der Liebe in der deutsch-türkischen Umgebung. Die Arbeit ist in zwei Grundteile geteilt. Der erste Teil beinhaltet die allgemeinen Informationen über das Leben der Türken in Deutschland. Dieser Beschreibung geht die Übersicht zur Migration nach Deutschland voran. In diesem theoretischen Teil wird weiter der Begriff der Interkulturalität, der interkulturellen Literatur und des interkulturellen Films erklärt. Dieser Teil der Arbeit ist also besonders auf der durchforschten Literatur begründet. Der andere Teil der Diplomarbeit erfasst die Analyse des literarischen Werkes und des Films unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Charakteristik der Hauptfiguren und ihres Verstehens des Begriffs ?Liebe?. Das Ziel der Diplomarbeit ist die Darstellung der Interkulturalität im Kontext zu dem elementarsten menschlichen Gefühl, also im Kontext zur Liebe. Tématem diplomové práce je zobrazení lásky v německo-tureckém prostředí. Láska je chápána subjektivně a každý člověk jí prožívá jinak. Z tohoto důvodu byla zvolena dvě díla, která se sice pojmem ?láska? zabývají, ale každé jej zobrazuje svým osobitým způsobem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. První část obsahuje obecné informace o životě Turků v Německu. Tomuto popisu předchází přehled dějin migrace do Německa. V této teoretické části je dále popsán pojem interkulturality, interkulturní literatury a filmu. Tato část práce je tedy založena zejména na prostudované literatuře. Druhá část diplomové práce zahrnuje rozbor literárního díla a filmu z hlediska charakteristiky postav a jejich chápání základního pojmu ?láska?. Cílem diplomové práce je zobrazení interkulturality v kontextu s tím nejzákladnějším lidským citem, tedy v kontextu lásky. 2011 - German This diploma paper deals with the state graduation exam in German with a focus on its development. At first this issue is depictured on the theoretical level where I describe the genesis of the state graduation exam in the Czech Republic and its comparison with the state graduation exam in Germany, concretely in Saxony. Furthermore there is also mentioned the educational problems and problems with the preparation of the teachers for the new graduation model. In this part I also describe the European reference framework for languages. In the second, practical part of my diploma paper there is a questionnaire both for the German teachers at high schools and for the students who decided to sit for the leaving examination in German. Both these questionnaires are related to their opinion on the forthcoming state graduation exam. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá státní maturitou z německého jazyka se zaměřením na její vývoj. Daná problematika je nejprve zpracována v teoretické rovině, kde je popsána geneze státní maturity v České republice a její srovnání se státní maturitou v Německu, konkrétně v Sasku. Dále se v teoretické části objevuje problematika vzdělávání a přípravy pedagogů na nový maturitní model. V této části je rovněž popsán Evropský referenční rámec pro jazyky. Ve druhé, praktické části diplomové práce je zpracován dotazník jednak pro učitele německého jazyka na středních školách a jednak dotazník pro maturanty, kteří se rozhodli z německého jazyka maturovat. ANALYSE DER HAUPTFIGUREN IM ROMAN ?SPIELTRIEB? VON JULI ZEH

2011 - German Undoubtedly, Juli Zeh is one of the most important and interesting current German female writers, who is gaining her reputation abroad as well. In her pieces, there are current issues and philosophical questions combined together and, therefore, she affects readers on several different levels. Novel ?Spieltrieb? isn´t different. The author introduces questions of freedom, guilt, will, violence and law in this novel ? and the individual characters throw light on the matters from different views. The objective of the diploma thesis is to present the way of these topics ?personalizing?, using a precise character analysis (analysis of the names, languages, private stories, corporalities and features of particular characters). The method which has been used for the analysis is close reading, based on a precise and combinatory reading. The analyses and reflections is supplemented an interview with the author. Juli Zeh ist unzweifelhaft eine der wichtigsten und interessantesten gegenwärtigen deutschen Autorinnen, die das Renommee auch im Ausland gewinnt. Sie verbindet in ihren Werken die Fragen der Gegenwart mit den philosophischen Fragen und sie spricht die Leser gleich an mehreren verschiedenen Ebenen. Der Roman ?Spieltrieb? ist keine Ausnahme. Die Autorin stellt hier die Fragen der Freiheit, Schuld, Gewalt und des Rechtes ? und die einzelnen Figuren des Romans beleuchten die Fragen aus den verschiedenen Winkel und Perspektiven. Die Diplomarbeit stellt sich für das Ziel durch die genaue Analyse der Figuren (die Analyse der Namen, der Sprache, der persönlichen Geschichte, der Körperlichkeit und des Charakters der einzelnen Figuren) zu zeigen, wie die Autorin diese Themen ?personalisiert?. Diese Analyse verläuft vor allem durch die Methode close reading, also auf Grund des exakten und kombinatorischen Lesens. Diese eigenen Analysen und Erwägungen ergänzt das schriftliche Interview mit der Autorin. Juli Zeh je bezesporu jednou z nejdůležitějších a nejzajímavějších současných německých autorek, která si získává renomé i v zahraničí. Ve svých dílech spojuje otázky současnosti s tázáním filozofickým a oslovuje tak čtenáře hned na několika různých rovinách. Román ?Spieltrieb? není výjimkou. Nastoluje zde otázky svobody, viny, vůle, násilí a práva ? a jednotlivé postavy románu je osvětlují z různých úhlů a perspektiv. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl prostřednictvím přesné analýzy postav (rozbor jmen, jazyka, osobního příběhu, tělesnosti a povahy jednotlivých postav) ukázat, jak autorka tato témata ?personalizuje?. Tato analýza probíhá především metodou close reading, tedy na základě přesné a kombinatorické četby. Tyto vlastní analýzy a úvahy doplňuje písemné interview s autorkou. Internacionalismy jako možnost rozvíjení slovní zásoby u neměckých mluvčích učících se česky

2010 - German This diploma thesis deals with the problematic of internationalisms and the possibility of their utilization in language education. It concerns broadening the vocabulary by internationalisms of German speakers learning Czech. The theoretical section is devoted to the history and perspectives of Czech language and especially it?s vocabulary. This section provides information about the current condition of foreign language education, and mentions The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, which determines the modern schooling of languages. Furthermore, the work is interested in the problems and difficulties of adopting internationalisms. One chapter is dedicated to the, so called ?false friends? that complicate understanding between speakers of different languages. The practical section consists of a couple of thematic chapters into which the internationalisms are divided. In each section, there are model exercises that can be applied in Czech language schooling of foreigners. When selecting exercises, it is necessary to consider the grammatical ability of students. The work is concluded with a vocabulary of internationalisms gathered from the lexicon of different textbooks of Czech language for foreigners. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou internacionalismů a možností jejich využití v jazykové výuce. Jde o rozšiřování slovní zásoby o internacionalismy u německých mluvčích učících se česky. Teoretická část se věnuje historii, perspektivám českého jazyka a především jeho slovní zásobě. Přináší informace o současném stavu výuky cizích jazyků, je zde zmíněn Společný evropský referenční rámec pro jazyky, který udává směr modernímu jazykovému vyučování. Dále se práce zajímá o problémy a obtíže při osvojování internacionalismů. Jedna z kapitol pojednává také o tzv. ?zrádných slovech?, jež komplikují vzájemné porozumění mezi mluvčími různých jazyků. Praktická část se skládá z několika tematických kapitol, do nichž jsou internacionalismy rozděleny. V každé části se nacházejí modelová cvičení, která lze uplatnit ve výuce češtiny pro cizince. Při výběru cvičení je nutné zvážit gramatickou zdatnost studentů. Na konci práce je přiložen slovníček internacionalismů sesbíraný ze slovní zásoby různých učebnic češtiny pro cizince. 2012 - German My thesis describes a fictional concentration camp Mellern, that lies in Germany, and that made up and described E.M.Remarque. He donated this novel to his sister Elfriede, who was killed by Nazis. I wanted to show how the concentration camp looked like during the World War Two, in which parts it was divided and how it was divided. Then I describe and interpret the main characters of the novel. I occupy with the prisoners? feelings. The most important feeling is the hope. The prisoners would probably not have survived without the hope. The hope that keeps them alive and gives them courage and self-confidence to fight and not to give up. Meine Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Beschreibung des ausgedachten Konzentrationslagers Mellern, das in Deutschland liegt, das E.M.Remarque ausgedacht und beschrieben hat. Der hat diesen Roman seiner Schwester Elfriede gewidmet, die von den Nazis getötet wurde. Ich möchte zeigen, wie das KZ während des zweiten Weltkrieges ausgesehen hat, wie es geteilt wurde. Weiter beschreibe und interpretiere ich die Hauptfiguren des Romans. Ich beschäftige mich auch mit den Gefühlen, die die Häftlinge erlebt haben. Zu den wichtigsten gehört die Hoffnung, ohne die die Gefangenen nicht überleben konnten. Die Hoffnung, die ihnen am Leben hält und die ihnen den Mut und das Selbstbewusstsein gibt. Sie können sich nicht ergeben.
