The bachelor's thesis focuses on determining the current state of security of computing resources and the overall technical security at the University of South Bohemia. To determine this state, intelligence gathering and vulnerability analysis of web-application servers is performed, and a questionnaire is created to determine the level of technical security among students. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare this information with world-famous security methodologies and to propose changes to improve the cyberspace at JCU. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění současného stavu zabezpečení u výpočetních prostředků a celkové technické bezpečnosti na Jihočeské univerzitě. Pro zjištění tohoto stavu se prováděl sběr informací, analýza zranitelností web-aplikačních serverů a byl vytvořen i dotazník pro stanovení úrovně technické bezpečnosti mezi studenty. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat tyto získané informace se světoznámými bezpečnostními metodologiemi a navrhnout změny pro vylepšení kybernetického prostoru na JCU.

Graduation theses deal with fluid intake of adult population in South Bohemia. This work is processed in two part. In theoretical part deal with adulthood (developmental stages, physical and psychological changes). Deal with water and meaning waters in body, need for liquids, fluid intake and drinks description. In practical part I devote research when I find how adult population in middle age care about fluid intake, what most often consume , how often consume alcohol, coffee, coke and energy drinks in what quantity. Tato práce se zabývá pitným režimem u dospělé populace v Jihočeském kraji. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části se zabývá dospělostí (vývojové etapy, tělesné a psychické změny). Dále se zabývá vodou a jejím významem v těle, potřebou tekutin, pitným režimem a popisem jednotlivých nápojů. V praktické části se věnuji výzkumu, kde zjišťuji, jak dospělá populace středního věku dbá o svůj pitný režim, co konzumují nejčastěji, jak často a v jakém množství konzumují alkohol, kávu, kolové a energetické nápoje.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is a tourism development in South Bohemia and Eastern Bavaria as destination. The development of tourism is very important for local populations in these two regions. The main target is to improve the standard of living for the local populations in these areas where tourism reduces unemployment and increases revenue. Another aim of this work is to identify the structures that deals with the development of tourism and cooperation between these regions. This work also shows the results of these structures and evaluates the benefits of the cooperation. Information was takes directly in the particular organizations through in-depth interviews. This thesis suggests how to improve tourism in South Bohemia and Eastern Bavaria and gives specific proposals for tourism development. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání Jihočeského kraje a Východního Bavorska jako jedné destinace. Rozvoj cestovního ruchu je velmi důležitý pro místní obyvatele v obou zmíněných regionech. Proto je velmi důležité zlepšit podmínky života pro místní obyvatele v těchto oblastech, kde cestovní ruch snižuje nezaměstnanost a zvyšuje příjmy. Cestovní ruch nabízí velké množství pozic pro místní obyvatele, a to v dopravě, v ubytovacích službách, stravovacích službách, v cestovních kancelářích, ale i v ostatních službách, jako kulturních, či v kadeřnictví atd. Mezi další cíle patří identifikace struktur a oblastí spolupráce a zhodnocení jejich přínosu. Výsledkem mé práce je návrh, jak zlepšit cestovní ruch v Jihočeském kraji a Východním Bavorsku, který se zaměřuje na rodiny s dětmi.

Early-medieval Premyslid stronghold at Na Jánu, Netolice is the subject of systematic archaeological research, that contributes to the research in the history of South Bohemia. The presented archaeozoological analysis deals mostly with the aspects of animal husbandry and wild animal hunting at the Na Jánu stronghold. It supplements other archeological and bioarchaeological papers that reveal the economical workings of this stronghold. Raně středověké přemyslovské hradiště Na Jánu v Netolicích je předmětem systematického archeologického výzkumu, který přispívá k poznání minulosti jižních Čech. Tato archeozoologická analýza se zabývá zejména aspekty chovu hospodářských zvířat a lovu divokých savců na hradišti Na Jánu. Doplňuje tak další archeologické a bioarcheologické studie, které odhalují podobu ekonomického fungování tohoto hradiště.

Involvement of the South Bohemia in the European region Danube-Vltava

This bachelor thesis is focused on the theme of involvement of the South Bohemia in the European region Dunaj-Vltava. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the development of cross-border cooperation, including the definition of a region, a list of the theories of regional development, explanation of border effect and familiarization with individual European cross-border cooperation programs. The second chapter concentrates on the European regions, their organizational structure, membership, funding and activities, and gives examples of their association. The third chapter is devoted to the European region Dunaj-Vltava and involvement of one of the member regions, the South Bohemia, in its activities. The chapter describes the establishment of this European region, the way of its functioning and its participation in the development of cross-border cooperation. The fourth chapter is a practical part of this thesis. It includes a questionnaire survey, conducted among South Bohemia residents, and the analysis of its results. This survey should show us, how people, living in the European region, perceive the relationships between the Czech republic, Germany and Austria, how well they are informed about the existence and activities of the European region Dunaj-Vltava and what they think about it. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma zapojení Jihočeského kraje do Evropského regionu Dunaj-Vltava. Rozdělena je do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První se zabývá vývojem přeshraniční spolupráce, což zahrnuje definici regionu, výčet teorií regionálního rozvoje, objasnění hraničního efektu a seznámení s jednotlivými evropskými programy pro přeshraniční spolupráci. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na euroregiony, jejich organizační strukturu, členskou základnu, financování a činnost, a udává příklady jejich sdružování v asociacích. Třetí kapitola je věnována Evropskému regionu Dunaj-Vltava a zapojení jednoho z členských regionů, Jihočeského kraje, do jeho aktivit. Kapitola popisuje založení tohoto Evropského regionu, způsob fungování a účast v rozvoji přeshraniční spolupráce. Čtvrtá kapitola představuje praktickou část této práce. Obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, provedené mezi obyvateli jižních Čech, a analýzu jeho výsledků. Toto šetření by mělo ukázat, jak obyvatelé, žijící na území Evropského regionu, vnímají vztahy mezi Českou republikou, Německem a Rakouskem, jak dobře jsou informování o existenci a aktivitách Evropského regionu Dunaj-Vltava a co si o nich myslí.

Factors Affecting a Visitors´ Satisfaction in South Bohemia (The Region of České Budějovice)

The aim of the thesis is to identify factors influencing satisfaction of tourists coming to the Region of České Budějovice with services of tourism. Concretely, how the respondents perceive quality and quantity of primary and secondary tourism offer in the selected region in terms of demand and proposal of measures designed to increase tourist's satisfaction. The presented case study is based on an analysis of the questionnaire answers provided by the visitors in the selected municipalities in the Region. This questionnaire survey is processed, evaluated and also compared with the depth interviews with the specialist in tourism. In the other part of the thesis hypotheses are evaluated. A concept addressing transport infrastructure was designed based on the results of the questionnaire. Furthermore, a proposal to support business subjects in tourism was created. It can lead to a prolongation of the time that visitors spending in the Region of České Budějovice. This could aid tourism in the area and the general satisfaction of arriving visitors. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na identifikaci faktorů, které ovlivňují spokojenost návštěvníků Českobudějovicka. Jedná se o porovnání představ samotných návštěvníků s reálným stavem služeb cestovního ruchu. Konkrétně jak návštěvníci vnímají kvantitu a kvalitu primární a sekundární nabídky cestovního ruchu ve zvoleném regionu z hlediska poptávky. Na základě toho je možné sestavit návrh opatření vedoucích ke zvýšení spokojenosti účastníků cestovního ruchu v jižních Čechách. Případová studie je uskutečněna formou dotazování návštěvníků ve vybraných obcích Českobudějovicka. Toto dotazníkové šetření je poté zpracováno a vyhodnoceno. Následně je také porovnáno s hloubkovými rozhovory s odborníky v oboru cestovního ruchu. V další části jsou vyhodnoceny hypotézy. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření je navržen koncept, který řeší dopravní infrastrukturu ve městě České Budějovice. Dále je navržena podpora podnikatelských subjektů působících v cestovním ruchu, vedoucí k prodloužení délky doby pobytu návštěvníka na Českobudějovicku. Díky tomu je možné podpořit cestovní ruch v destinaci a zvýšit celkovou spokojenost přijíždějících návštěvníků.

Factors Affecting a Visitors´ Satisfaction in South Bohemia (The Region of Český Krumlov)

The main goal of this thesis was to identify factors influencing the satisfaction of tourists visiting the region of Český Krumlov and evaluating the conformity of the visitors' expectations and the reality. Main focus of the research was to clarify how visitors view the quantity and quality of primary and secondary offer of the destination. Based on the results of the quantitative research were made suggestions that could contribute to increasing tourists' satisfaction. Hlavním cílem práce byla identifikace faktorů, které ovlivňují spokojenost návštěvníků cestovního ruchu v Českokrumlovském regionu a posouzení souladu mezi jejich představou a reálným stavem. Bylo zjišťováno vnímání kvantity a kvality primární a sekundární nabídky cestovního ruchu na Českokrumlovsku z hlediska poptávky. Na základě výsledků kvantitativního výzkumu byla navržena opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zvýšení spokojenosti návštěvníků v regionu.

Obstacles to waste sorting of households in Southern Bohemia

Waste sorting and recycling has come to the fore in the last decades in all European countries. The main reason is a necessity to reduce the total amount of waste landfilled without further use. The aim of waste management is to reduce formation of waste and handling with waste for its maximum utilization as a raw material and minimal encroachment to environment. This bachelor's work deals the waste sorting of household and an obstacles in waste separation in households. The work is divided into two main parts. The first, theoretical part, contains a summary of information about the history of waste management and legislation from the European Union level to the regional and municipal planning of waste management and waste management of waste producers itself. The practical part of this work examines through a questionnaire survey the attitudes of the population to waste sorting and influences that may encourage waste sorting or conversely hinder from it. The results demonstrated that the majority of population understands the importance of waste separation and recycling. On the other hand, there is a scope for raising awareness about the usefulness of utilization of recycled materials. Therefore the conclusion summarizes some of the main issues and suggestions for promoting waste separation. Třídění odpadu a jeho recyklace se v posledních desetiletích dostává do popředí zájmu ve všech evropských zemích. Důvodem je především nutnost snižovat množství odpadu ukládaného na skládky bez dalšího využití. Cílem odpadového hospodářství je omezovat vznik odpadu, a pokud to není možné nakládat s ním tak, aby byl maximálně využit jako surovina a aby minimálně narušoval životní prostředí. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou třídění komunálního odpadu a případných překážek v třídění odpadu v domácnostech. Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První, teoretická část, obsahuje shrnutí informací o historii odpadového hospodářství a legislativě od úrovně Evropské unie až po plány odpadového hospodářství na úrovni krajů, obcí a samotných původců odpadu. Praktická část zkoumá prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření postoje populace ke třídění odpadů a vlivy, které mohou třídění odpadu podporovat nebo naopak být na překážku. Výsledky šetření ukázaly, že převážná část populace chápe význam třídění odpadu a jeho recyklace. Na druhé straně stále zůstává prostor pro zvyšování informovanosti o účelnosti využití recyklovaných surovin. V závěru práce jsou proto shrnuty některé hlavní problémy a náměty pro podporu třídění odpadu

Evaluation of climbing routes in South Bohemia

The thesis is dealing with assessment and monitoring of South Bohemian climbing area Jickovice. It has two parts. First one is dealing with climbing itself, classification of climbing routes and the comparison with climbing in other countries. Second part is describing climbing area itself and it focuses on correct classification of all climbing routes in the area using method of evaluation and evaluating team. I have produced a complete list of all climbing routes with verbal a graphic description. My main job was to determine grades of all climbing routes in Jickovice area bearing in mind its utilization by all levels of sport climbers. Tato práce se zabývá zmapováním a hodnocením všech lezeckých cest v jihočeské skalní oblasti Jickovice. První část se specializuje na lezení jako takové a na klasifikaci výstupů v lezení, jejich srovnání a použití ve světě . Druhá část je zaměřena na popis oblasti a zjišťování správné klasifikace výstupů pomocí hodnotící metody a hodnotícího týmu. Byl vypracován ucelený seznam všech cest s popisem a grafickým záznamem u kterého jsem zjišťoval a vyhodnocoval obtížnost výstupů v oblasti a využití cest pro všechny výkonnostní kategorie horolezců.

Influence of investment encouragement on the employment market in Southbohemian District

My work enlarges the influence of investment encouragement on the employment market in Southbohemian District. In the opening of my work I am engaded in basic conception which have connection with a given theme. Investment encouragements are the instruments of aktive labour policy which, in the case of employer who has rendered the decision about undertaking the investment encouragement , financially supports the creation of new working places, staff retraining or training of new employees. In the theoretical part I describe the systém of investment encouragements in the Czech Republic. I primarily devote to the sorts of investment encouragements, conditions and routine for its conferment. In the practical part I focused more the Southbohemian District. First of all I mention here common information on the Southbohemian District, further wages average trend and unemployment progress, how many Southbohemian investors and in which amount were the investment encouragements granted and what influence has the flow of foreign investment on new job creation. At the close of my bachelor work I occupy myself with assertive and averse effects of investment encouragements on the labour market in Southbohemian District and expertise thein effectiveness. Among the assertive effects is ranked e.g. already referenced job creation,then increasing of competitive strength,inflow of educated labour force and rise in wages. On the contrary the averse effect may bet he fact, that the local enterprices are not able tocompete with large foreign companies and that is why Theky may come to the destruction. Práce pojednává o vlivu investičních pobídek na trh práce v Jihočeském kraji. V úvodu mé práce se zabývám základními pojmy související s danou tématikou. Investiční pobídky jsou nástrojem aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, kterým se u zaměstnavatele, kterému bylo vydáno rozhodnutí o příslibu investiční pobídky, hmotně podporuje vytváření nových pracovních míst a rekvalifikace nebo školení nových zaměstnanců. V teoretické části popisuji systém investičních pobídek v České republice. Věnuji se hlavně druhům investičních pobídek, podmínkám a postupu pro jejich udělení. V praktické části jsem se více zaměřila na Jihočeský kraj. Nejprve zde uvádím obecné informace o Jihočeském kraji, dále vývoj průměrných mezd a vývoj nezaměstnanosti, kolika investorům v Jihočeském kraji a v jaké výši byly investiční pobídky uděleny a jaký vliv má příliv zahraničních investic na tvorbu nových pracovních míst. V závěru bakalářské práce se zabývám pozitivními i negativními dopady investičních pobídek na trh práce v Jihočeském kraji a posuzuji jejich efektivnost. Mezi pozitivní dopady se řadí např. již zmiňovaná tvorba pracovních míst, dále zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti, příliv vzdělané pracovní síly a zvýšení mezd. Naopak negativním dopadem může být skutečnost, že místní podniky nejsou schopné konkurovat velkým zahraničním společnostem a tudíž může dojít k jejich zániku.
