DIE GESCHICHTE DES HORRORGENRES IN DER LITERATUR MIT FOKUS AUF DIE DEUTSCHE LITERATUR

2023 - German This bachelor thesis focuses on horror literature, with an emphasis on German horror literature. Its goal is to define the genre of horror in literature, to examine the most important points of its history, namely the most important authors and works, to explain its development and then to present its current form. In the individual chapters, the thesis gives special emphasis to horror literature in Germany. In the practical part, the thesis analyses the horror elements in the novel "Der Golem" by Gustav Meyrink. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to show the typical elements used in horror literature with specific examples and also to demonstrate the development of horror literature by briefly comparing it with selected genre books that came before and after it. Information gathered from both book and internet sources, focusing on the history of horror literature, the analysis of the horror genre, or the overall history of German literature, was used to develop the thesis. Die Bachelorarbeit fokussiert sich auf die Horrorliteratur, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf der deutschen Horrorliteratur. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, das Horrorgenre in der Literatur zu definieren, die wichtigsten Punkte seiner Historie, namentlich die wichtigsten Autoren und Werke zu untersuchen, seine Entwicklung zu erklären und dann seine aktuelle Form darzustellen. In den einzelnen Kapiteln legt die Arbeit einen besonderen Schwerpunkt auf die Horrorliteratur in Deutschland. In dem praktischen Teil der Arbeit werden die Horrorelemente in dem Roman Der Golem von Gustav Meyrink analysiert. Das Ziel des praktischen Teils der Arbeit ist es, die typischen Elemente der Horrorliteratur an Konkreten Beispielen zu zeigen und auch auf dem Buch die Entwicklung der Horrorliteratur durch einen kurzen Vergleich mit ausgewählten Vorgänger- und Nachfolgewerken zu demonstrieren. Für die Erstellung der Arbeit wurden Informationen aus Buch- und Internetquellen verwendet, die sich auf die Geschichte der Horrorliteratur, die Analyse des Horrorgenres oder die allgemeine Geschichte der deutschen Literatur beziehen. 2022 - German This bachelor thesis deals with issue of modality and its expression in German and Czech. The theoretical part is describing modality in both languages. These chapters deal with describing and defining German and Czech particles. There are introduced mainly modal particles that are the most important for this topic. The end of the theoretical part dedicates to express modality, modal verbs, and modal words. The Empirical part of bachelor thesis is formed by contrastive analysis of three chosen modal particles - eben, etwa and bloß. The basis for analysis was the parallel corpus Intercorp, from which documentary proofs for the above particles in German and Czech were randomly generated. On examples are introduced Czech equivalents corresponding with analysed German particles. At the end the results of contrastive analysis are compared with the equivalents of German modal particles that offer selected Czech translation dictionaries. Tato práce se zabývá problematikou modality a jejího vyjádření v němčině a češtině. Úvodní teoretická část popisuje modalitu v obou jazycích. Tyto kapitoly se zaměřují na vymezení a definici německých i českých částic, jsou zde představeny především modální částice, které jsou pro toto téma stěžejní. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje vyjádření modality, modálním slovesům a modálním slovům. Empirická část bakalářské práce je tvořena kontrastivní analýzou třech vybraných modálních částic - eben, etwa a bloß. Základem pro tuto analýzu byl paralelní korpus Intercorp, z něhož byly náhodně vygenerovány doklady pro výše uvedené částice v němčině a v češtině. Na příkladech jsou představeny české ekvivalenty odpovídající zkoumaným německým částicím. Na závěr jsou výsledky kontrastivní analýzy porovnány s ekvivalenty německých modálních částic, jež nabízí vybrané české překladové slovníky. Das Zusammenleben von Tschechen und Deutschen auf dem Gebiet Südböhmens in der Zwischenkriegszeit

2022 - German This thesis deals with a topic that predates the controversial events of the expulsion of the Sudeten Germans. It is one of the chapters of Czech-German coexistence, which influenced and co-shaped the development in the Czech and Moravian lands for a long time. The topic chosen for this work is the coexistence of Czechs and Germans during the period of the Czechoslovak First Republic, which was strongly influenced by the Munich Agreement in the autumn of 1938. In my thesis I focused on the initial and final stages of the newly established state. The attitude of Germans living in the Czech lands towards the new Czechoslovak state and its very creation was examined, as well as the attitude of Czech society towards the German minority, which in the early days tended to refuse to participate in the state under Czech rule. In my work I have tried to summarize at least some of the conditions of the coexistence under study and its historical development, as well as the events of the last pre-war years, especially the dramatic year 1938, which ended with the withdrawal of the German-occupied borderlands. Tato práce pojednává o tématu, které časově předchází dodnes kontroverzním událostem odsunu sudetských Němců. Jedná se o jednu z kapitol česko-německého soužití, které po dlouhou dobu ovlivňovalo a spoluutvářelo vývoj v českých a moravských zemích. Tématem, vybraným pro tuto práci je soužití Čechů a Němců v období československé první republiky, které bylo silně ovlivněno mnichovskou dohodou na podzim roku 1938. Ve své práci jsem se zaměřil na počáteční a závěrečnou etapu nově vzniklého státu. Zkoumán byl přístup Němců žijících v českých zemích k novému československému státu a k jeho samotnému vzniku, stejně tak jako přístup české společnosti vůči německé menšině, která se v počátcích spíše odmítala zapojit do dění ve státu pod vládou Čechů. Ve své práci jsem se snažil shrnout alespoň některé podmínky zkoumaného soužití a jeho historický vývoj, dále události posledních předválečných let, zejména pak dramatický rok 1938 zakončený odstoupením Němci obývaného pohraničí. 2013 - German My bachelor?s thesis called ?Max Brod in the shadow? analyses and thereafter explores the life of important writer and translator Max Brod. Its aim is to find out, if the fact that Max Brod published Kafka?s books after his dead, put his next whole life and his works into the shade. Everything in the thesis builds up chronologically. The first part is dedicated to his life before the World War I., next part is about his life between the Wars and finally the last part is focused on postwar period and the present. There are examined Brod?s individual works and criticism of his works and obviously also the criticisms, which wrote this german-writing member Prag´s circle himself. There are also concerned his activity in Prager Tagblatt and his foreign working in Tel Aviv. Předkládaná bakalářská práce, nesoucí název ?Max Brod ve stínu?, zkoumá a následně analyzuje život významného spisovatele a překladatele Maxe Broda. Za cíl si klade zjistit, zda vydání Kafkových děl, jež byla Brodovi svěřena po Kafkově smrti, zastínila celý jeho další život i tvorbu. V celé práci je dodržena chronologická posloupnost. První část je věnována předválečné etapě Brodova života, další pak osvětluje meziválečné období, a konečně poslední je následně zaměřena na období poválečné a současnost. Jsou zkoumána nejen jednotlivá Brodova díla a jejich kritiky, ale samozřejmě také i kritiky, pocházející od tohoto německy píšícího autora Pražského kruhu samotného. Dále je pak pozornost ubírána směrem k Brodově činnosti v Prager Tagblattu, a v neposlední řadě k zahraničnímu působení v Tel Avivu. 2013 - German The subject of the Bachelor thesis is to describe and assess the relationship of the Republic of Austria to the minorities, so called the indigenous minorities, which the Minority Act of 1976 defines. In the theoretical part the author will focus on legislative changes at the international and national level in relation to the protection of the ethnic minorities and she compares this minority politics with the Czech Republic. The practical part will be devoted to the brief historical background of each indigenous minorities, and at the same time the author will describe their current situation, their everyday problems - whether there is a fulfillment of their minority rights in everyday life. In conclusion, the author will outline and evaluate the expected development of this issue in the future from the acquired knowledge. Předmětem bakalářské práce je popsání a posouzení vztahu Rakouské republiky k jejím národnostním tzv. autochtonním menšinám, které definuje menšinový zákon z roku 1976. Autorka se v teoretické části zaměří na legislativní úpravu na mezinárodní a národní úrovni ve vztahu k ochraně etnických menšin a komparuje tuto menšinovou politiku s Českou republikou. V praktické části se bude věnovat stručně historickému pozadí každé autochtonní menšiny a zároveň popíše jejich aktuální situaci, jejich každodenní problémy - zda dochází k naplnění jejich menšinových práv v každodenním životě. V závěru práce nastíní a zhodnotí autorka z nabytých poznatků předpokládaný vývoj této problematiky v budoucnosti. 2013 - German This thesis deals with the newest trends in developments of morphological system of German nouns. In four examples of nouns Gulasch, Schaschlik, Cola and Limo I will accomplish the analysis of variation in gender of the nouns. Above all, the thesis will be focused on regional distribution of this variation. I have used the corpus DeReKo and its tools (COSMAS II) during writing the thesis. In the theoretical part, I further outline the benefits of methods in corpus linguistics for research of contemporary language. In the practical part I made a corpus analysis of the nouns mentioned above. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nejnovějšími tendencemi ve vývoji morfologického systému německých substantiv. Na příkladu čtyř substantiv Gulasch, Schaschlik, Cola und Limo bude provedena analýza kolísání rodu těchto substantiv, přičemž bude pozornost soustředěna především na diatopickou distribuci tohoto kolísání. Pro práci byl využit korpus DeReKo a jeho nástroje (COSMAS II). V teoretické části práce bude nastíněn přínos metod korpusové lingvistiky pro výzkum současného jazyka. V praktické části pak bude provedena korpusová analýza výše uvedených substantiv. 2014 - German The thesis is concerned on the problematic of marketing strategy and its explanation on the example of the company Student Agency with focus on already ongoing as well as just intended cooperation with the German carrier Deutsche Bahn. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical explanation. It will clarify the basic terms of marketing such as function, significance for the society, marketing strategy etc. In the second part is the above described situation outlined and the theoretical knowledge from the first part on the company Student Agency applied. Tématem bakalářské práce je marketingová strategie a její vysvětlení na příkladu společnosti Student Agency se zaměřením na již probíhající i plánovanou spolupráci s německým dopravcem Deutsche Bahn. V první části práce se bude student věnovat teoretickému zpracování problematiky, definuje pojem marketing a jeho funkce, vymezí jeho význam pro společnost a charakterizuje základní marketingové pojmy. V druhé části práce pak nastíní výše zmíněnou spolupráci s německým dopravcem a naváže kapitolami, ve kterých aplikuje teoretické poznatky vysvětlené v první části práce na společnost Student Agency. 2014 - German The work focuses on the politically system of The Free State of Bavaria, particularly on the Bavarian parliament. In this work is described the development of the parlamentarism in Bavaria, the election system and organization of the parliament. The practical part deals with the comparison of the election in 2008 and 2013. Important parts of this work are the election program of CSU and SPD. Diese Arbeit konzentriert sich auf das politische System des Freistaats Bayern, vor allem auf den Bayerischen Landtag. In dieser Arbeit werden die Entwicklung des Parlamentarismus, das Wahlsystem und die Organisation des Parlaments beschrieben. Der praktische Teil beschäftigt sich mit dem Vergleich der Wahlen 2008 und 2013, mit dem Rücksicht auf die Situation in der Wahlperiode 2008-2013.
