This diploma thesis focuses on the professional development of HR Officers in a selected organization. The main goal is to find out and describe the approach of HR Officers in the selected organization to their own professional development. The presented work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, areas and terms related to the researched issue are defined. The first chapter deals with the field of personnel studies. Specifically, it is dedicated to HR Officers, their roles, HR activities, competencies and opportunities for further professional education. The second chapter focuses on the area of employee education and development. It deals with corporate education, systematic education, methods of education and development, and motivation and barriers in the further education of adults. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the methodology of the research investigation. For the purposes of the diploma thesis, a qualitative method was chosen, and a case study was chosen as the research design. The research was conducted using semi- structured interviews with six HR Officers. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na profesní rozvoj personalistů ve vybrané organizaci. Hlavním cílem je zjistit a popsat přístup personalistů ve vybrané organizaci k vlastnímu profesnímu rozvoji. Předložená práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny oblasti a pojmy související se zkoumanou problematikou. První kapitola se zabývá oblastí personalistiky. Konkrétně se věnuje personalistům, jejich rolím, personálním činnostem, kompetencím a možnostem dalšího profesního vzdělávání. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na oblast vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců. Zabývá se podnikovým vzděláváním, systematickým vzděláváním, metodami vzdělávání a rozvoje a motivací a bariérami v dalším vzdělávání dospělých. Praktická část diplomové práce se věnuje popisu metodologie výzkumného šetření. Pro účely diplomové práce byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda a jako výzkumný design případová studie. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno za pomoci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se šesti personalisty. Pozornost byla věnována pěti hlavním tématům: profesi personalisty, vzdělávání a rozvoji v rámci organizace, vzdělávání a rozvoji v rámci osobního volna, motivaci a bariérám profesního rozvoje. The diploma thesis focuses on the two-year duration of the COVID-19 pandemic and with the usage of the oral history method explains its impact on people working in the hospitality sector in the Czech Republic during this time. The text of the thesis is divided into theoretical-methodological and empirical parts. The theoretical-methodological part provides an insight into the practice of oral history during the global pandemic and reports on studies that address this topic. At the same time, it details not only the chosen methodology, but also the challenges that arose during the fieldwork, due to the limitations that this specific time brought. The main aim of the empirical part of this study is to depict in chronological order how and to what extent the different phases of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic affected the professional and personal lives of the narrators. Based on nine oral history interviews with five narrators, conducted during field research in the spring of 2021 and the winter of 2022, this issue is discussed from a time-lapse perspective. Through interpretations of the testimonies taken, research of press published in this period and reflections on government regulations, the narrators' life stories are thus placed in the context of the pandemic era. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na dvouleté trvání pandemie virové choroby COVID-19 a s využitím metody orální historie pojednává o jejím vlivu na osoby, které se v této době pohybovaly v gastronomickém sektoru služeb v České republice. Text diplomové práce je rozdělen na teoreticko-metodologickou a empirickou část. Teoreticko-metodologická část přináší vhled do problematiky praxe orální historie v době celosvětové pandemie a referuje o studiích, které se tomuto tématu věnují. Současně podrobně popisuje nejen zvolenou metodologii, ale i výzvy vzniklé během terénního výzkumu, jejichž příčinou byla omezení, která tato specifická doba přinesla. Hlavním záměrem empirické části textu je v chronologické posloupnosti vyobrazit, jakým způsobem a do jaké míry ovlivňovaly jednotlivé fáze pandemie koronaviru SARS-CoV-2 profesní i osobní život narátorů. Na základě devíti orálně- historických rozhovorů s pěti narátory, které byly pořízené během terénního výzkumu prováděného na jaře roku 2021 a v zimě roku 2022, je o této problematice pojednáno z časosběrné perspektivy. This diploma thesis focuses on Education towards health at Practical one-year school. The thesis is divided into three parts. First, the theoretical part describes didactic methods used during education, the subject of Education towards Health, intellectual disability and the way it affects pupils at school, Practical one-year school and its place in the Czech education system and lastly it presents tools that teachers use for effective teaching especially for the subject of Education towards Health and with intellectually disabled pupils. The availability of different materials for teaching this subject at Practical one-year school is presented in the second part of this work, that in the form of charts sums up the results of a questionnaire. It confirms the original assumption, that there is a lack of materials among the responders. The last part of the thesis is practical. The aim of this work was to create various tools that can be used for teaching some aspects of Education towards Health at Practical one-year school. The author created and tested 21 different tools, worksheets and games which can be used for teaching said subject to pupils with intellectual disability. Complete set of these educational materials is presented in the annexe of this work. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem didaktiky Výchovy ke zdraví v praktické škole jednoleté. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V teoretické části popisuje pojem didaktika, předmět Výchova ke zdraví, mentální postižení a jeho specifika při výuce, praktickou školu jednoletou v systému vzdělávání a didaktické prostředky, jež učitel ve vyučování užívá, se zvláštním zaměřením na výuku Výchovy ke zdraví a žáků s mentálním postižením. V další, výzkumné, části práce představuje výsledky výzkumné sondy, která měla za cíl pomocí dotazníku zjistit názor učitelů Výchovy ke zdraví v praktické škole jednoleté na dostupnost pomůcek, druh používaných pomůcek a způsob získávání materiálů pro specifickou výuku tohoto předmětu. Zjištěné výsledky jsou prezentovány v grafech a potvrzují předpoklady, že didaktických materiálů pro výuku výchovy ke zdraví v praktické škole jednoleté nemají dotazovaní dostatek. Poslední část diplomové práce je praktická. Cílem celé práce byla autorčina výroba didaktických materiálů pro výuku předmětu Výchova ke zdraví v praktické škole jednoleté. Judicial Decision-Making in Proceedings of Judicial Care for Minors With a Focus on the Issue of Parental Manipulation of a Minor Abstract This thesis focuses on the issue of parental manipulation of a minor in proceedings of judicial care for minors, particularly in terms of proceedings regarding the child custody and personal contact with a parent. The objective of this thesis is to study the forms of parental manipulation and its consequences for a child, as well as analyze the role of parental manipulation in judicial decision-making in the aforementioned proceedings. The final aim of the thesis is to evaluate whether there is room for improvement of the situation of children affected by parental manipulation, and if so, bring up de lege ferenda proposals. The first chapter describes the legislation of proceedings of judicial care for minors. It focuses mainly on procedural aspects of the proceedings, describing them from the moment of the initiation of the proceedings to the enforcement of the decision, including the description of interim measures. Rozhodování soudů v řízeních ve věcech péče soudu o nezletilé se zaměřením na problematiku manipulace nezletilého dítěte rodiči Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou manipulace nezletilého dítěte rodiči v řízeních ve věcech péče soudu o nezletilé, konkrétně v rámci řízení o péči o nezletilé dítě a o styku s nezletilým dítětem. Práce si klade za cíl zkoumat podoby rodičovské manipulace a důsledky, které z ní mohou plynout pro nezletilé dítě. Následně si klade za cíl analýzu role manipulace při rozhodování soudů v nadepsaných řízeních. Po analýze soudních rozhodnutí bude úkolem práce vyhodnotit, zda je zde prostor pro zlepšení situace dětí ohrožených rodičovskou manipulací, a v případě kladné odpovědi přednést návrhy de lege ferenda. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of zoological topics, specifically bird- related subjects, within the curriculum framework and examines their treatment in textbooks. Furthermore, the theoretical section provides a characterization of the chosen location from both historical and current perspectives, along with an overview of bird protection regulations in European and Czech legislation. The concluding portion of the theoretical part outlines excursions as an educational method and environmental education program. The primary objective of the thesis is to develop, implement, and evaluate an environmental education program that integrates students' theoretical knowledge of birds and principles of environmental education with practical learning in a natural setting, allowing students to connect with their local environment. Silvie Svobodová, Ph.D. ABSTRAKT Práce se zabývá tématem využití městského parku Královská obora Stromovka jako lokality vhodné pro realizování exkurzí a environmentálních výukových programů tematicky zaměřených na ptáky. Teoretická část práce specifikuje pojetí zoologických témat se zaměřením na ptáky v rámci kurikulárních dokumentů a zpracování tohoto tématu v učebnicích. Dále je v teoretické části práce charakterizována vybraná lokalita z pohledu historického i současného stavu a přehled informací o ochraně ptáků v evropském i českém právu. V závěru teoretické části je charakterizována exkurze jako výuková metoda a environmentální výukový program. Hlavním cílem práce je příprava, realizace a ověření environmentálního výukového programu, který propojuje teoretické znalosti žáků o ptácích a principy environmentální výchovy s praxí ve smyslu výuky v přírodním prostředí a poznávání místa, v němž žáci žijí. The thesis aims to interpret the actor's reflection on crime in the 1990s. It will focus on the perception and subjective interpretation of crime, which predictably increased in intensity after the collapse of the socialist regime. This socio-pathological phenomenon, typical of post-communist states, necessarily had an impact on the cultural and social development of the time, which is also reflected in contemporary popular art. The diploma text generally subscribes to the new cultural history and uses oral history as its primary method. The research will use newly acquired oral history narratives from several categories that represent actors in the context of the phenomenon in question - justice, prison, police, etc. In the context of pre-defined contemporary cultural categories, the thesis will attempt to interpret their subjective experience of the phenomenon. Key words: Crime, Criminality, Cultural History, Oral History, ActorReflection Diplomová práce si dává za cíl interpretovat aktérskou reflexi kriminality 90. let. Zaměří se na vnímaní a subjektivní interpretaci zločinu, který po zhroucení socialistického režimu nabýval zcela předpokládatelně na intenzitě. Tento socio-patologický jev typický pro postkomunistické státy měl nutně vliv na kulturně společenský vývoj dané doby, který ostatně reflektuje i současná populární tvorba. Diplomní text se obecně hlásí k novým kulturním dějinám a jako svoji primární metodu použije orální historii. K výzkumu budou použity nově pořízené orálně-historické narativy z několika kategorií, které reprezentují aktéry v kontextu daného fenoménu - justice, vězeňství, policie apod. V kontextu předem definovaných dobových kulturních kategorií se bude práce snažit interpretovat jejich subjektivní prožívání daného fenoménu. This Bachelor thesis is dealing with the use of research-oriented teaching during hobbies as part of leisure activities in the field of natural sciences, especially chemistry. Nowadays is noticeable trend to start with research activities and building relation to natural and technical sciences at very young age of students. In the theoretical part the thesis describe principles and forms of research-oriented teaching and their realization, lecturer qualification conditions and work safety during the experiments in the hobby, development of students potential during younger school age, specifics of this students period and characterizes leisure activities in detail and their delineation in relation to formal education. Part of the practical part is a local survey of the accessibility of research-oriented clubs in the Polepy and Libochovice districts. The empirical part contains verified proposals for five meetings of the science-oriented research group for students of younger school age. Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím badatelsky orientované výuky v zájmové činnosti v rámci volnočasových aktivit v oblasti přírodních věd, zejména chemie. V současné době je patrný trend začínat s badatelskými aktivitami a budováním vztahu k přírodním a technickým vědám ve velmi raném věku žáků. V teoretické části popisuje principy a formy badatelsky orientované výuky a jejich realizaci, podmínky kvalifikace lektora a bezpečnosti práce při experimentech v zájmové činnosti, rozvoj potenciálu žáků v mladším školním věku, specifika tohoto vývojového období žáků a podrobně charakterizuje volnočasové aktivity a jejich vymezení vůči formálnímu vzdělávání. Součástí praktické části je lokální průzkum přístupnosti badatelsky orientovaných kroužků v okrese Polepy a Libochovice. Analýza studijní neúspěšnosti studentů FTVS v oborech Management TVS a Fyzioterapie

Title: Analysis of drop-out rates of FTVS students in the Management of TVS and Physiotherapy study programs. Objectives: Main objective of this master theses is to analyse the development of student drop- out and graduation rates in the bachelor's and master's degree programs in Physiotherapy and Management of physical education and sport at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in last twelve years based on data from SIMS (Student Information Matrix). Methods: The paper uses the method of analysis of cohort failure rate linked to the year of enrolment and the calculation of graduation rate based on the methodology of calculation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the framework of the rules for financing public universities. Results: The academic dropout rate in the monitored programmes varies more over the monitored years. Graduation rate values show more stability. The development in study programmes is different, even for the same types of study programmes. The dropout rate in Bachelor's degree programmes is higher than in Master's degree programmes and so is the graduation rate. Physiotherapy degree programmes have a lower dropout rate than Sports management degree programmes and a higher graduation rate. The Physiotherapy study programmes are among the better ones in... Metody: V práci je využita metoda analýzy kohortní míry neúspěšnosti vázané na rok zápisu a výpočet graduation rate na základě metodiky výpočtu MŠMT v rámci pravidel pro financování VVŠ. Výsledky: Studijní neúspěšnost ve sledovaných programech se v průběhu sledovaných let více mění. Hodnoty graduation rate jsou stabilnější. Vývoj ve studijních programech je odlišný, a to i u stejných typů studijních programů. Introduction: Obesity is characterized as an excessive accumulation of fat that can impair health. Nowadays, obesity is considered to be a very serious problem that is becoming increasingly important as the number of obese people increases. One of the options for treating severe obesity is surgical treatment or performing bariatric surgery. These allow significant weight loss with a long-lasting effect, so they are a very good solution for highly obese people. Aim: The aim of this interventional study is to compare changes in fitness and body composition before and after bariatric surgery in patients in the bariatric patient register of the 3rd Internal Clinic of the General Faculty Hospital in Prague who underwent bariatric surgery in 2022. The aim is also to introduce in detail readers with obesity issues, especially with bariatric obesity treatment. Methodology: The monitored group consisted of 11 respondents from the register of bariatric patients of the 3rd internal clinic of the General University Hospital in Prague. For these 11 respondents, changes in fitness based on walking tests and changes in body composition using InBody measurements were evaluated before bariatric surgery and 3 months after surgery. Cíl: Cílem této intervenční studie je porovnat změny ve zdatnosti a složení těla před a po bariatrické operaci u pacientů nacházejících se v registru bariatrických pacientů III. interní kliniky Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze, u kterých byla provedena bariatrická operace v roce 2022. Cílem je také podrobně seznámit čtenáře s problematikou obezity, a to především s bariatrickou léčbou obezity. Metodika: Výsledný sledovaný soubor tvořilo 11 respondentů z registru bariatrických pacientů III. interní kliniky Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze. U těchto 11 respondentů byly zhodnoceny zdatností změny na základě chodeckých testů a změny tělesného složení pomocí InBody měření, a to před bariatrickou operací a 3 měsíce po operaci. This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of psychomotor development in middle and late childhood, school maturity, its aspects and methods of testing. A total of five aims are set and six hypotheses are assigned to them. Two aims determine how much experience, training and home preparation influence the results of school maturity tests, which are based on the evaluation of individual aspects of psychomotor development. Furthermore, the aim is to find out whether psychomotor development occurs uniformly in all its areas and whether the factor of body height is related to the level of development. The last two goals are tied directly to the tested group, which consists of children aged 6-8 years living in the district of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. It is determined whether these children are mature enough to enter the 1st grades of primary school and whether there is any connection between the parents' decision to postpone their children's entry into primary school and their results in school maturity tests. To meet these goals, a cross-sectional study is used, which consists of two components. Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá tématem psychomotorického vývoje ve středním a pozdním dětství, školní zralostí, jejími aspekty a způsoby testování. Celkem je stanoveno pět cílů a k nim přirazeno šest hypotéz. Dva cíle zjišťují, jak moc ovlivňuje zkušenost, trénink a domácí příprava výsledky testů školní zralosti, které jsou založené na zhodnocení jednotlivých aspektů psychomotorického vývoje. Dále je cílem zjistit, zdali dochází k psychomotorickému vývoji jednotně ve všech jeho oblastech a zda má faktor tělesné výšky souvislost s úrovní vývoje. Poslední dva cíle jsou vázány přímo k testovanému souboru, který je složen z dětí ve věku 6-8 let bydlící v okrese Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Zjišťuje se, zdali jsou tyto děti dostatečně vyzrálé k nástupu do 1. tříd ZŠ a zdali existuje nějaká souvislost mezi rozhodnutím rodičů odložit nástup jejich dětí do ZŠ a jejich výsledky v testech školní zralosti. Ke splnění těchto cílů je využito průřezové studie, která je složena ze dvou složek.
